HIIT HAUS Fitness

Fantastic experience: After deciding I needed extra help in gaining some strength, I was advised by my daughter to reach out to Sam of HIIT HAUS for some PT sessions. I find Sam to be very approachable, supportive and knowledgeable. Reaching my goals under great guidance, all while still having a laugh! Would highly recommend PT sessions with this lady!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member with HIIT HAUS for about 6 months now and I’ve honestly hit more fitness goals here in 6 months than in the 11 years at the previous gym! This is down to the large number of classes on offer that fit my schedule, the classes are fantastic and they never repeat the same program, so there’s no chance to get bored. The coaches are highly skilled and motivating, and really nice people. I really enjoy being a member here

Negative experience: Very unsatisfied with the way overcharged payments were ‘dealt’ with after canceling my membership at Hiit Haus. After 4 or so months of trying to get in touch and communicate, I had no luck receiving it back which resulted in me having to dispute with the bank. It’s a big shame as I enjoyed my time at the gym.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym and community. We really enjoy training here, the flexibility of the classes makes it even more enjoyable. Well done to Wayne and Sam for bringing fun to training, makes showing up much easier!

Fantastic experience: Hiit Haus is the place to be! It has such a supportive, welcoming environment thanks to Sam and Wayne for creating this space. I have been excelling at my fitness and goals since I have joined Hiit Haus this year, I am reaching my PBs every week. I could not be happier to have found this place and would not want to go anywhere else. You become family

Fantastic experience: HIGHLY recommend Hiithaus!!! Gym and equipment are fantastic, always clean and tidy. Sam and Wayne go above and beyond to create a “family” vibe and always encouraging and very supportive. If your lagging that motivation I suggest you give the Big Orange House a go and will not be disappointed Best shape I have been and have lost about 8kg since starting a year ago!

Fantastic experience: If you are looking to join a REAL gym, this is the place. The trainers (owners Sam & Wayne) are amazing, very helpful and above all, experienced and knowledgeable. The best I can say. Value for money and so affordable! The sessions here are different and guided workout. Once in the class, it’s enjoyable and one can really feel the difference in few weeks. Definitely more than 5 stars. Words can’t describe the service these guys offer. It’s like a family affair! Give it a go, you won’t regret. Stay healthy guys.

Fantastic experience: “If you are looking for a gym then you can’t go past HIIT HAUS Fitness. It’s a group fitness gym that really does deliver results. Since starting with the HIIT HAUS I’ve lost 12kg and gained some serious strength whilst having fun along the way. When I first started with HIIT HAUS I couldn’t do one push up now I’m punching out 20 full push ups and this is just one area I’ve seen my strength and fitness improve. The team at HHF plan classes that cater for all people and their goals, whether you are new to the gym or been going for a while they've got you covered. The gym has a wonderful diversity of people, young, mature, strong, fit and people just starting out. Its open light and airy and has a great vibe. I absolutely love this gym and I can’t recommend it enough. Without a doubt the Best Gym you've never heard of

Fantastic experience: Wow just wow. Are you familiar with the Lynx Africa ad where all the women follow the cobba after he sprayed some of the scent? That's similar to how I felt leaving HIITHAUS after doing HIIT HEAVY UPPER, women falling at my feet. This is likely because I now have the arms of Arnold Schwarzenegger. Thank you HIITHAUS.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing gym run by two of the nicest people you’ll ever meet, who make you feel incredibly welcome and at ease. Not to mention the standard of the gym is amazing, so clean and great classes. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: The absolute best place in the world! The team is so welcoming and are always ready to help when you need it. Since starting in October 2020, I have felt myself gain more energy, more muscle, and loose this fat then I have at any other gym I have been too. The workouts that Sam and Wayne create are always enjoyable. there are definitely challenging days but they always encourage us too do our best.

I have been coming to Hiit Haus for 2 years now and it was the first gym I’d ever joined. I enjoy every class that they have to offer and in particular really love that they not only train but teach you how all things work in regard to fitness and health and they do all this with a smile on their face. Everyone is at different fitness levels & ages but all treated with the same care and motivation. The best start to my day is doing the 6am class. Go for a trial you won't regret it!

They make me want to come in on days where i don't feel like it. My Husband loves it and he is a judgey person, but he takes his hat off to both Sam and Wayne for how they make you feel inside and out of the gym. Your confidence will rise here.

Fantastic experience: Sam and Wayne go out of their way to make your experience at this gym one of a kind. I was able to maintain my fitness throughout my pregnancy thanks to Sam's thoughtful programming catering to my limitations and goals. You will not find a more caring pair to begin or continue your fitness process with. There is also a creche available for littlies which makes Hiit Haus that much more appealing. Everyone at the gym is friendly and it feels like a community compared to other gyms that offer similar style classes. Can not recommend Hiit Haus enough!

Fantastic experience: I was welcomed with open arms and that hasn't changed the whole time I have been coming here. I have found a second family who include you no matter your size, fitness level or amount you complain. This beautiful bunch of people encourage you when you're hitting the bottom of the barrel and happily celebrate your achievements with you. Sam and Wayne are epic encouragers and I have not seen an atmosphere at the gym like this in so many years. These guys are a rarity. 1000% recommend the HIIT Haus Family if you want a supportive environment where everyone encourages you to hit your goals in your own time and at your own pace.

Fantastic experience: I was looking for a friendly new gym, that would motivate me, I found it all in Hiit Hause! There so so friendly & the training is amazing! No clicks!! One big family happy to welcome any new members! We only train as hard as each one of us personally wants to train. I have sore wrists & all injuries are taken in to account & I’m given other things to do if I can’t do that one. I’m so so happy now I have found Hiit Hause.
