Negative experience: No improvement on any of the issues raised, music still on full blast, why bother replying to comments if you won't take action 3 weeks ago: Ellenbrook Anytime Fitness... Not impressed 2 out of 10. Possibly in the top 3 worst anytime gyms in perth!!! Poor lighting. Blasting their music...can hear it over headphones . Smells of humidity inside. The equipment is clustered together. The smell in there is next level, get a dehumidifier please! On a positive note it is a big gym with great variety of equipment. After above issues are rectified it has the potential to be solid 9 out of 10 gym... put your booty into gear and sort it asap!

PTs are friendly and best thing about them is they respect your space not pushy and leave you to it As expected they're busy at times you get that at most gyms. Equipment it's like anything else improvise with what equipment is on offer if the specific machine isn't at this gym

Fantastic experience: Fitness for life, plenty of equipments to workout, loads of inspiration from other gym goers, very spacious gym with clean equipments. The staff are very helpful if you're willing to ask questions, and the bathroom are clean and tidy as it is being maintained daily. You get what you pay for!

Positive experience: This is by far the cleanest gym that I've ever been to. Every time I visit a new Anytime gym I miss the Ellenbrook one for this reason. However the tall blonde mid 50s lady has the worst attitude. I actually thought she was just racist until i read a comment here.

Positive experience: I go out of my way to come here as I like the layout and it's just the right size, not too big or small with a good balance of machines

Fantastic experience: When my father fell sick and during the pandemic, I asked for my membership to be paused. They not only paused it, but gave my 2 extra months on top for the time I'd missed. Compassionate staff, what more could you ask for these days? I'll never go anywhere else.

Negative experience: After first moving out to Ellenbrook, my partner and I decided to join up to this Gym, After our first time using the gym we were appalled by the manners of the Blonde lady personal trainer who thinks she owns the gym. She walks around with an attitude, puts off a very negative vibe, will kick you out of an area your using if she has 1 client, making you feel very unwelcome. Would not recommend this Gym, and I would say that personal trainer needs to look for a new career as customer service is not her Forte.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful welcoming staff, went in for a lifting session with my husband while on holiday in Perth, advised staff if okay to attend as a paid casual, they were nice enough to offer us a free trial for our first time. A well equipped gym, clean facilities, comfortable workout atmosphere, just an excellent gym experience - 21.08.18, 10am to midday.

Negative experience: Coming from another anytime to this one was a bit of a strip back sadly this place isnt big enough to host and i found myself waiting for equipment to the point my workout would start with legs and quickly change to arms. Gym membership is an average cost per month but the lack of size makes it feel wasted.

Negative experience: Highly disappointed with the cancellation of my membership process...despite having a genuine reason for cancellation (moving address to a location where anytime fitness was not available) there was no understanding at all and they continued to take money from my account even after I moved address.

Fantastic experience: The staff here are fun, open and honest. The equipment is high tech helps you manage/count all things fitness and sincs to your phone so you can manage any further exercise outside the gym

Fantastic experience: Very modern gym with knowledgable and enthusiastic staff plus friendly environment and members.

Negative experience: Appalling customer service and nothing but issues with billing. When confronted about issues the staff have no experience in dealing with it and simply do not want to help. Doesn't have crèche services You're locked into a 12month contract Won't be recommending this gym to anyone and will not be returning at all.
