Fantastic experience: Excellent range of equipment to use, and facilities are nice and clean. There are also a couple of classes, that are usually pretty small in size so there plenty of room and instructors are very accommodating. Staff are also super friendly and knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend!

Fantastic experience: I'm an AF member and was just in the Bendigo area for a day trip for work - so decided to check AF Kangaroo Flat out on my way home after work. It has an open plan gym floor with a good selection of machines, squat racks, dumbbells and cardio machines. There's also a space for classes or functional training, which was useful for me to practice my bodybuilding posing after training when no classes were on. There are also plenty of change room, showers and toilets available. It is convenient to get a car park outside too.

Fantastic experience: I’m enjoying going to this gym, enormously. It’s all very new to me, but I’ve been made feel very welcome from the get-go. I love it now & NEVER thought I would say that, EVER! Being mature age (& then some) I NEED gym to regain strength & balance. Thank you to the staff members I’ve met so far, you’ve been awesome. And no, I’m not being paid for this review.

Fantastic experience: After training at other gyms in Bendigo, AF kangaroo flat is a refreshing change. The staff actually care about my training and love seeing me progress. The group classes are always fun and a good variety for something different to my normal training and the facilities are always clean which is rare for other gyms

Fantastic experience: Very nice and clean gym. Friendly atmosphere both by staff and gym members, almost like a family. Great for free weight exercises, bathrooms and toilets are also in good shape and kept neat and tidy all the times. Staff is always there for support from personal training to coaching or if you just wanna have a chat.

Fantastic experience: Very accommodating staff, all happy to provide support to all body types. I'm not a small girl and have basically never performed any kind of work out prior to joining Anytime Fitness. Yesterday Tegan took me through a workout with zero judgement and oodles of support. Turns out, despite my anxiety screaming otherwise, this can be fun! So worth it. If you're a big person and want to start going to a gym, I highly recommend this Anytime Fitness.

Fantastic experience: Best gym you’ll find - the staff are incredible, helpful, bubbly, and take the time to truly get to know and understand their clients so they can achieve the results you’re after, without feeling uncomfortable or judged. There is always plenty of equipment available, so you’re not stuck waiting awkwardly. The whole vibe in the gym is so good- you don’t feel uncomfortable to ask for help or try something new with the worry of being judged, everyone is so so lovely, fun and friendly, this is the gym of gyms ❤️ plus the classes are free with your membership and are really enjoyable depending on what you’re targeting too.

Fantastic experience: NEW REVIEW- anytime fitness is now located at Lansell Square. This has a new modern layout with a lot of great facilities for everyone. Well priced and the staff are fantastic to chat too.

Positive experience: Who ever reviewed this prior went to the wrong address.. theres a cheesecake shop in Golden Square not kangaroo flat. Anyway, Anytime Fitness has modern machines, as well as the more traditional gym equipment. Several trainers are available most times if you are after assistance. The prices are reasonable for the access. There is video classes of many types and grades, so you dont even have to worry if you want to take a class on your own, as long as the room is available. I've been a member for over a year. There is always room for improvement.
