Fantastic experience: I have been attending plus fitness Balgowlah for well over a year now, and it has been an overwhelmingly positive experience. The equipment is of high calibre, always clean and ready to use, The staff are very professional and friendly and will offer advice or a spot at the drop of a coin. Other gyms I have attended just do not compare to plus fitness, for the price, wuality and accessibility it’s a win for me.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member at plus fitness for more than 3 years and i can say i will never change. The staff are all super friendly, and i have become very close friends with all of them. They are incredibly welcoming and helpful and always greet me with a smile. The gym is modern and versatile with state of the art equipment. It’s the perfect size and accommodates to every individual’s needs. I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have been at this Gym for a number of years. The staff are friendly and equipment is of high standard. Parking can be difficult sometimes. People at the Gym are generally courteous and no real difficulty in obtaining equipment albeit some people sit on a machine for way too long between sets usually on their mobile phone. Highly recommend this Gym.

Negative experience: It's 24hour gym but you can't really workout at night. The aircon turns off at night around 9pm and gets really hot in there and it's impossible to workout after that in summmer time

Negative experience: Worst gym I've ever been in the NB. I've only been there twice and called to cancel my membership. I went there around 5:00pm and the gym was full of teenagers, still in their school uniforms, It was clear that they had no control at the entrance. They entered in groups and work out. There were lots of backpacks thrown on the floor, everything very unorganized, not everyone used towels on the equipment. The bathroom was very dirty. The chaos!!!!

Positive experience: I was a member for 5 years, I watched the gym go from average to great under current management by Jess and co. Gym has good training atmosphere, clean environment and great machines.

Fantastic experience: Very good value for money

Positive experience: Gym is okay but the money people behind the scenes are heartless and ruthless. Had a 4 month spell out of action with an injury and travel, then find my membership has been cancelled, my key deposit is non-refundable and I have to pay full whack to 'rejoin'. At the same they don't police all the school kids sharing a single door pass and bundling through the door all at the same time. Instead of treating genuine members with disdain how about doing something about all the people that haven't even paid?!!

Negative experience: I like the new gym but it's too hot after 10pm. Aircon is never on at night. Can't workout at night it's like burning hell in summer.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, with all the equipment I need and a nice space to work out. Staff are friendly and helpful too, which makes me feel really welcomed and happy to train here!

Positive experience: Needs more parking

Positive experience: Clean, secured and well spaced. Plenty of equipment available. The gym culture is also really chill and respectul. Ice cold filtered water available for everyone and a pre workout drink dispenser at a cost, if needed. You can also choose your own gym music now, which is fun aaand I always watch TV when running on the treadmill. I would personally make a bit of an effort and make the bathrooms look a bit more charming, but at least they're clean and decent.

Negative experience: Staff are extremely rude and unhelpful over the phone. Would not recommend.

Negative experience: Twice at this chain of gyms a treadmill has malfunctioned in the middle of my workout. To be fair it was fixed, however its clear that the machines are not regularly serviced. This particular locatIon is large, but its in a shabby, desolate building.

Fantastic experience: Best described as "Just right!", I have been to quite a few PF gyms and some are less kept or equipped than others, however this one is on the plus side of that scale for sure! It is very clean and well stocked with a great assortment of equipment, both with full coverage of free weight range and machines for all muscle groups. Suitable for new comers and daily grinders.. All'n'all, a great gym!

Positive experience: Does what it says on the tin

Negative experience: Covid Crooks!! Didn't inform me a date they would be recommencing deducting fees after Covid shutdown and then took the opportunity to charge multiple late fees because I had no money in my account. Really says a lot about a person and a company when they take advantage of people adversely effected financial during the current crisis. Updated reply - With everything else going on it's up to your customers to check your website and socials daily during a once in a 100 year pandemic to find out that you are reopening??? As I received no email i would suggest this is not the most efficient form of communication moving forward. As discussed via email I have logged a dispute with government fair trade agencies so will leave the resolution of this now up to them.
