Anytime Fitness

Negative experience: Walked in 6 months ago, signed up on the spot! Joining fee extremely high @$120 bucks, plus gym membership fees all up $150 roughly. Next day had an emergency and had to leave the country. I reached out to the club manager and he put it on hold for 3 months. When I got back I let him know I would not be returning to the club (again only ever walked in the door) next thing you know I have a debit & it goes to debt recovery. Newbies BEWARE

Negative experience: Watch out when joining up for this place they will charge you thousands to end your contract. Plus the staff are too up themselves to care

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing staff and owner. Facilities are well looked after and they met all of my needs.

Negative experience: Does not allow members to cancel unless they have a medical cert or moving interstate.

Fantastic experience: I started shoulder rehab at AFB in early Jan ,the gym has made me feel welcome and it's a friendly atmosphere . I'm feeling great and my lifestyle has really changed for the better ,I'm feeling much fitter and healthier and enjoying working out at AFB

Fantastic experience: It is very hard to find a excellent PT and I have found that in Leilah . She is a massive asset to Anytime fitness and her knowledge in fitness and nutrition is second to none. Her personality fits the position perfectly. As much as she is kind she knows what's best for you and pushes you to your capabilities and helps you to achieve your goals. Could not ask for a better trainer 100% the best ever. Thanks Leilah

Negative experience: Ripped Off. One of the reasons I joined this gym is because I was told I would not pay anything until the start of June (which was around 5 weeks after joining). I was informed that I would need to give 30 days notice to cancel my membership. I cancelled my membership 9 days after joining which was 29th of April only to be told I would need to pay for the month they had given me for free! THIS WAS NEVER COMMUNICATED TO ME AT THE TIME I JOINED. So I ended up paying $70 for a fob key (non refundable) and $60 for a month of membership I was told was being waived. BEWARE!

Negative experience: I would not recommend anyone go to anytime fitness Butler after my horrible experience with their staff. After joining their gym my partner was harassed over Facebook and text message by a male staff member. I had a meeting with the manager and he completely blew me off saying there was nothing he was going to do about it. This made us feel extremely uncomfortable so we simply stopped going and continued to pay our membership. I tried multiple times to cancel my membership over the phone and through emails, they made it extremely difficult. I am frankly disgusted with the service and lack of professionalism I received. Absolutely no consideration for us at all. The whole ordeal left my partner no longer wanting to attend any gym due to extreme anxiety , me very angry and both of us with a massive bill which is just plain wrong on their end.

Fantastic experience: I have had the best time training with trey. He supported me with my training and my weight loss challenge. Got the best 1 on 1 sessions at the gym with great workouts and circuits. Glad to have him as a great trainer.

Fantastic experience: In the top tier of gyms North of the river. The trainers are highly qualified and the group classes yield great fitness results.

Positive experience: A good little gym. They could replace the Smith machine with a proper rack for busier times though.

Fantastic experience: Anytime fitness Butler is a great facility, the staff members are extremely passionate about helping others achieve their goals, especially Darwin the club manager /fitness instructor , ruby is a great personal trainers as well as Sam I highly recommend them to anyone wanting to better their lifestyles. You always feel welcomed and the club has a wide variety of equipment and group fitness classes. Darwin is a great leader and role model for the club if you are thinking of joinging any gym I recommend Anytime Fitness butler.

Fantastic experience: Can't say enough about the staff at this gym. They are helpful, keep an eye on your form, and will help with your goals. Always approachable. Gym it's self is not an Olympic setup but is more than acceptable for most people's needs. Membership is fair and can be reduced with recommendations. Promotions, initiatives and competitions are held regularly to keep you motivated. Membership allows access to the rest of the franchise also.
