Negative experience: So sick of being ripped off. None of the premium classes are ever available, have to book a week in advance. Avoid fernwood tuggeranong.

Fantastic experience: The gym is like one big family. Trainers are knowledgeable, qualified and the atmosphere of fernwood tuggeranong is such a vibe. The staff are caring and always happy to help with the workouts, classes and tips! Love the upstairs daycare for kids. It takes so much weight off looking for a baby sitter to train! Negative experience: Very scammy, buyer beware, lots of hidden chargers. There attempts to contact you is borderline harassment.

Fantastic experience: I only joined a few weeks ago, and I love it!!! The staff is very professional and always friendly. The gym is very tidy and clean, the fresh flower are a nice touch too. The app works really well and I appreciate the reminders I get. The classes I book are just great!!!! I feel so good after being at Fernwood Tuggeranong!!

Fantastic experience: Great Gym & Staff!

Negative experience: The communication is bad. I went in for PT session and I waited for 15 minutes no one shown up. Later I found she cancelled it on app but they don't give you cancellation notice at all. She decided to stop the class and resume in Jan. But I was not involved in this decision making process and no one tell me when the session start. That's ridiculous and I got charged DNA for session not booked by myself.

Fantastic experience: Such a great gym!! The staff are super friendly and helpful. The classes are fantastic, and I ALWAYS walk out feeling like I cant walk which is totally a positive!. The creche is great for little ones also - my toddler loves it. For the girls who live close and are thinking about it, I say jump on the Fernwood train. You definitely wont regret it. Also, a big shout out to Lesley she has been amazing throughout my whole experience. THANK YOU Fernwood ladies!!! You Rock.

Positive experience: I was so nervous about joining but everyone has been so friendly and helpful. The classes are heaps of fun and designed to cater to women of all ages and stages. Although I am definitely a beginner with a long way to go, there is no judgement here. Every time I go home I look forward to coming back!

Fantastic experience: So happy I joined :) I had heard some not so good stories from what it was a few years ago, but wanted to check it out for myself. Those stories weren't my experience at all!! The atmosphere is always amazing, so supportive, no judgment whatsoever about your physical ability or what you look like. Everyone is always so happy, I always get greeted with a smile and a hello when I walk in the door. Have had nothing but good and supportive experiences here, love the classes & personal training. Fantastic experience: Best gym ever! The staff are really helpful, friendly and encouraging, the classes are fun and can be modified with options for all levels of fitness, the facilities are always clean and tidy and there is no shortage of available equipment. The atmosphere is also spot on.... no judgement whatsoever and you feel very much a part of the Fernwood family.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful staff and supportive environment

Negative experience: Prior to Covid, I rated five stars because I felt the support within the club was great. Now the booking system is in place, if you miss three booked classes (doesn't matter if you're the only one in a 6am virtual class, and the reception desk isn't staffed during the hours you need to call to cancel a class), you're barred for a week and are still expected to pay the fees. I used to think Fernwood cared about women's health and fitness, but it's become crystal clear this is just another soulless business.

Now that I've moved to Sydney and transferred to a new gym, I realise why this one has won multiple awards nationally for it's facilities... If only all outlets could be this good!

The moment you walk through the door you will feel like this is where you belong. It's lovely, modern, clean and full of state of the art equipment. But if that doesn't get you hooked then try a class. You'll love the many many classes they hold every week and held by awesome Instructors.They have a lovely crèche and even a beauty therapist. This place is ran by the two of the most amazing women that geninuly care about your health and happiness. Got to love Fernwood Tuggeranong!!!

Fantastic experience: There's no better way to start or finish your day. his Gym is friendly, fun, full of encouragement, and fantastic staff and members. The staff really know their stuff and you can see they enjoy what they do. It's a great lifestyle to get into.

Fantastic experience: The club is lovely and welcoming, so too are the staff!! There are just so many reasons to love Fernwood Tuggeranong! Great new state of the art equipment just installed, great range of cardio and strength equipment, big functional fit area, packed timetable full of great group fitness classes, excellent personal trainers who will push you towards your goals in a supportive and motivating way and amazing food coaches full of knowledge to help you grasp the nutritional aspects of your health and fitness. A nice members lounge area to enjoy those free breakfasts or just to sit and chat, big locker room and clean bathrooms and showers! Hair dryers, deodorant, moisturiser and massive mirror to get ready after a workout. Not to mention 24 hour access and a well priced crèche staffed with wonderful ladies to mind your cherubs while you get your sweat on! With so many positives, I almost forgot to mention they also have a Beauty Therapist on site who is amazing and also very well priced! The staff are always happy to help, even if its just a chat to try and help you find your mojo when you're feeling down. And they are truly happy to celebrate your victories with you too! On a more personal note, with the knowledge and support of the team at the best gym in town, I have lost over 30kgs and gained so much more. The best part is, I lost enough weight to achieve a long term goal and can't thank Fernwood Tuggeranong enough for their contributions to my success!! I would and do highly recommend Fernwood Tuggeranong to any woman looking for a great gym!!

As someone who has a fair way to go on my weight loss journey, I have never felt as comfortable in a gym as I have at Fernwood Tuggeranong.

Fantastic experience: Since joining late last year, I have found the staff to be so motivating and helpful. There is a great atmosphere and the staff are so friendly and always willing to help. There is a wide range of classes provided and the equipment is great. I especially love the small group Grit and Functional Fit classes. I would highly recommend Fernwood Tuggeranong to everyone.

Fantastic experience: I love going to Fernwood Tuggeranong. Having just finished their Get Foxy 12 Week Challenge, I have lost over 20kgs and feel great. I couldn't have done it without the support of the fantastic ladies who work there. They are so lovely and the gym is so clean. My kids love Rhonda in the creche, and I love the 'me time' I get while there. The timetable is fantastic - there always seems to be a class on if I'm not motivated to do my own workout while there. Highly recommend it - best gym I've been to!

Fantastic experience: I've tried many gyms without much success over the years but after a four week trial Fernwood Tuggeranong had me hooked! The staff are knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and supportive, and I found that the members were also very welcoming. The club is clean and tidy, with state of the art facilities, great crèche, convenient food coaching appointments, extensive group fitness timetable (7 days per week!) and now 24 hour access too!
