Fantastic experience: Great Team work, and superb Trainers
Negative experience: I just wanted to say firstly, i was highly interested in coming here but after i saw your companies responses to ANYONE who had an issue or something wrong with their experience, i will say im absolutely appalled at your insultive and unprofessional responses. Instead of taking any responsibility all I have seen so far is you talking bad about that person. is that really how you speak to people who have paid you? I was really happy to give this place a go but I would be too scared that if I had a problem I would just be spoken down to.. clearly there's a problem with management here. (I have no relation to anyone who goes here and simple saw your responses to people here on google reviews, genuinely appalled at how these issues were handled) yuck

Negative experience: F45 as a training concept and fitness model is amazing, but unfortunately Sandgate doesn’t have the right management. All they care about is revenue, and play the “we’re a family business and care card” but only give a damn about money. I trained here and when I had an issue management brushed it off, we’re condisending and rude, the subscription consultant could do with some customer service training because, yes F45 training is good, but you’re only as good as you’re own employees. If you like quotes F45 Sandgate “Do more with your actions than your words” I do hope you can start to care about your customers, as without the them you have no business regardless how big your brand. Update* I’m not another competitor, if you cared to research my company I’m a local web designer, I feel for you too, you need to get over your ego. Best of luck mate.

Fantastic experience: Well organised, extremely effective setup to help achieve your fitness goals. Sangate team are motivated, supportive and adaptive. F45 seems to alleviate some of the time churn with beginners with the use of apps and technology in class.

Fantastic experience: I love everything about F45 Sandgate, mostly the community and friendly environment. They always manage to push me a little harder and maximise my workouts. As a shift worker the Multiple classes each day make it really easy to get a training session in.

Negative experience: These people play their music so loud that it has damaged my nieces hearing, she now has ringing in her ears, have advised her to seek legal redress for the damage, apart from that apparently the exercise program is good downside the owner does not care about the loud music
Hi there Arthur. I'm writing this reply more for the general public who might find it unusual to see such a poor rating among consistently high ones... The fact it's from the uncle of someone who supposedly came to a session at F45 makes it even stranger. Please read on interested audience, it's worth it! ;) The reality is Arthur, that you're actually the cranky old bloke who works once a week on a Saturday morning at the tackle shop up the road. I know you mate, I've spoken to you several times as you knock on our window to complain about the crazy volume of noise, only for me to walk to your shop's front door and hear a barely audible base note. And that's not just my ears, that's the noise meter we used to make sure. Regardless, we tried to be community-minded and had our amplifier EQ altered to significantly lower bass levels, and even came to make sure it no longer impacted your ears (again testing the dB results). As you pointed out at the time Arthur, your hearing aids amplified the noise more than anyone else would normally hear. Still you persisted and made repeated claims to council, who've now checked and verified our sound levels meet local requirements. That will come in handy should your (imaginary?) niece ever actually sue us,. I'm sorry for you mate, I really am. I've actually tried my best to care not just about the music but our impact on the community. Until you popped up that fateful Saturday morning, we've not had a single complaint, even from the block of apartments that are about the same distance away directly out front of our premises.
