Negative experience: Deceitful flexibility plans terrible customer service, only concerned with making money. Not a good gym vibe, would give 0 stars but have to give 1

Fantastic experience: Has a home feel. Comfortable gym nice people.

Positive experience: I’m not really a ‘gym’ person but wanted to access weights to improve bone density. Wasn’t sure what to expect, but found this place suits me just fine. I can go at hours that suit me when the place isn’t too busy, I can work at my own pace and the trainers I’ve met are knowledgeable and friendly. The warehouse space is great - even though there is a lot of equipment around, the high ceilings and open space makes it seem roomier. Also the bathrooms/showers are really clean and have lockers. However, it’s not a totally accesible space 1. If you are someone who gets overstimulated by noisy environments bring your headphones along (probably true in most gyms). 2. If you’re wanting to come here to help with lower body rehab, be aware that all cardio machines (bikes, treadmills, etc) are up a flight of stairs.

Fantastic experience: This place is a great spot to come workout been coming here for years and the staff are amazing and people that come here are ok too . Got plenty of great gym equipment and most of all boxing equipment so why not come and see for yourself see what you think

Fantastic experience: There is are friendly and welcoming staff. The ladies when I was signing up where so very helpful and lovely. The classes are great - honestly I hated spin before I started Tracey’s classes! The kids room is a WINNER, and well equipped for the kids.

Fantastic experience: Great facility at Kurri and even better customer service. The GM went out of their way to meet me at the gym on a Sunday to make sure my access tag will work for first thing Monday morning. Outstanding care for their customers

Fantastic experience: I trained with mate that's member there. Walking into the gym like walking into a spaceship. Some areas bit cluttered with equipment. And i train there again one day in the near future.

Negative experience: Wouldn’t refund money that was taken out for 9 weeks after I canceled, they just care about themselves and money, save yourself the trouble and money and find another gym

Fantastic experience: Great 24/7 gym with dongle swipe in. Gym is new with plenty of equipment. Staff are great and approachable. Defo the best gym in the area. Barry. Update Jan 24, some equipment needs updating, defo cables machines upstairs ( 2 uneven weight stacks )

Negative experience: Really nice gym just needs a new manager, Matt is pathetic, He comes across like a nice person but that all goes out the window when you are canceling your membership and he has to make it hard for you and treats you with disrespect, I would think twice about signing up with this gym until they have new management

Fantastic experience: Great gym good rates open 24/7swipe your tag open the door.. massive space heaps of equiptment.. even a little fenced off kids play gym so ya can get your workout in while the kids play
