Fantastic experience: F45 Turramurra is an awesome place to train. Aimee and the crew of coaches are extremely friendly, fun and approachable. I felt part of the team from the day I walked into F45 Turramurra. Having been a member of other F45 Clubs, I can honestly say that F45 Turramurra is head and shoulders above for community spirit, making you feel welcome from day 1, and creating a fun & friendly atmosphere in which to train. If it wasn't for moving out of Sydney, I would definitely be continuing at F45 Turramurra, and I will be sad to leave. Great job legends :)

Fantastic experience: Best team ever!

Fantastic experience: While F45 is a commercial enterprise the Turramurra version at least is one with a heart. The face of that heart is the super personable trainers and the the class participants. The community vibe of the place is one of its joys. The cardio sessions are consistently of a high standard, with my only gripe being the 'corporate' timetable means there are too few cardio-themed days, with a bewildering emphasis on strength/resistance.

Fantastic experience: Attending classes at F45 Turramurra is the highlight of my day! All the trainers are encouraging, energetic, extremely knowledgeable and go above and beyond to create a fun and motivating environment.

Fantastic experience: The team at Turramurra F45 are exceptional. Friendly, welcoming and obviously well trained and interested in the wellbeing of the members. All of the staff are lovely but I want to make special mention of Lucy and Sas as they remember names and are always interested in saying hello through the class. Questions are welcomed, equipment is clean and well maintained, the studio is large, airy and a lovely space to exercise in. I have been a member for over 18 months and I still love going.

Fantastic experience: I never thought I’d look forward to going to the gym, and here we are. Going to F45 Turramurra is the highlight of my day. The team are warm, authentic, friendly and keen to get to know you and challenge you. The workouts are different every day, and it really feels like a community with no judgment or comparison. They’ve also been incredibly responsive and flexible in response to the challenges COVID has presented. 10/10 would recommend joining F45 Turramurra to a friend.

Fantastic experience: Friendly, professional trainers in a consistently super clean studio. Plus a very supportive community to help keep me motivated. I love that I can get my workout in for the day in under an hour. F45 is the best, it's the one thing I come back to after each of my 3 pregnancies and it works!

Everyone is SUPER friendly and there is such a variety of people training that you never feel awkwardly out of place because the community is just so good!

Fantastic experience: I love this gym! I am an incredibly shy person so I was a legitimate nervous wreck walking into my first class on my own. It says a lot about the trainers and the F45 Turramurra community that I not only got through that first class (alive?) but came back and have been averaging 4 classes a week for 9 months now. Every class is different, the people are great and the trainers are honestly the BEST. Whether it's wanting advice with technique, wanting to be challenged in certain areas of your fitness or wanting to vent about how tough a certain class is (i'm looking at you, Abacus) the trainers are there every step of the way and they have all helped me achieve so many fitness goals I never believed were possible for me. If you're keen but shy like me, or if you're just nervous because the work out videos look intense I really urge you to just book a class, walk in and give it a go like I did. Fantastic experience: What I love about F45 is its variety not only of the exercises, but the up beat music and the, for ever honing and refining of technique . In particular a young lady trainer both last week and this Tara make a major difference in my and many others in the class's training showing me new techniques just little things that made the difference. Her energy, willingness to help and smiling and positive attitude was fantastic. At 71 I can do with all the help I can get. F45 has changed my life. The attitude of the trainers makes such a difference and Tara stands out. Thank you
