Fantastic experience: I was looking to get active and in November 2022 and was looking online. I found 6X straining via Google search. I rang and had a chat with Brad who invited me to come in and have a consultation. My goals are different from majority of the population who join the gym. I wanted to gain weight and strength training to eventually take on boxing. A few months away from this goal My first PT session with Jade was so good and decided to continue. I have gained 7 to 8 kilos in 5 months and feel so much better and stronger physically. Highly recommend Jade and 6X training if you are looking for a friendly and professional gym.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of 6X Training for 12 weeks now and the entire team are so dedicated to see you achieve your goals. The team push you during your personal training sessions and group classes to ensure you are getting the most out of each session. The community at 6X is great, the other members are so welcoming and friendly which is great when returning to the gym for the first time in many years. It’s a lovely community where the trainers remember your name, goals, even music taste ,… For not being a fan of gyms, weight lifting, and all that jazz, it amazes me how much I’m looking forward to my work outs! Good quality for the money, highly recommend it!

Fantastic experience: I was supported by members that I have never met the first day I started training. I have been to many fitness facilities . You can tell a good one because the members are mostly mirroring what the trainers and management are like or rule modelling. As someone with Depression , I found it hard to start back due to setting unrealistic goals/ expectations. I though I would be judged , look so unfit. But the environment is so open, inviting, trainers are welcoming and supportive. Definitely recommend 6X.

Positive experience: Absolutely beautiful location, shared with local families. Great friendly trainers. I'm training with Jack, and he's great. Best decision for while gyms are closed. Pricing is genuine for the quality of service. Not too much equipment (only 1 bench press and 1 squat rack) so can't share with many PT sessions happening simultaneously. Lost a star because I called 3 times over a month to manually book in, slow to organise.

Fantastic experience: I have tried many gyms over the years. In all that time I have find 6x Training to be an incredible place to train. Brad Ellison and his staff always ensure that you are trained appropriately, taking all facets of your age, lifestyle and problems into account. The gym is modern clean and friendly, with zero egos and everyone just wanting to help others become better. If anyone is serious about improving their health you should look at 6X. They are the realdeal

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to 6x for a couple of years. Friendly place with a motivating bunch of trainers. This gym is less about posing in front the mirrors and taking selfies, more about working towards fitness goals and being held accountable along the way.

Fantastic experience: The community at 6X is by far the greatest part of being a member at this gym! All of the trainers and clients are so welcoming and encouraging, always pushing you to do your absolute best. PT or classes - these trainers are always focused on your form and technique and can cater each activity to your ability. Joining 6X has been a great decision and I won’t be looking back! 10/10

Fantastic experience: Usually I never give 5 star ratings for a business as I feel most need more effort to gain my ultimate rating. In saying this the team at 6X are professional and always on time. I'm the one usually late for my PT session. In this case 6x deserve even a 6 star if I could give a rating this high. I would recommend anyone wanting to train regularly then 6X is the place to go.

Fantastic experience: One of the best things about this gym is the community. It doesn’t matter how often you’re in, whether you do small group classes, personal training or are just coming in to do your own training - the staff know who you are and are supportive of you reaching your goals. You get to know other clients because the classes are like mini PT sessions, and everyone is so supportive and encouraging of each other. On top of that, this gym helped me reach my fat loss and fitness goals and change my lifestyle to maintain them. When I began nursing and put on 12kgs in the first 2 years, I came back to 6x and they helped me lose 4.5 kilos safely in their 6 week challenge, in my first 6 weeks of exercising since beginning shift work. Excited now to reach my goal of getting back to my pre-shift work fitness levels, which I know I can do with 6x training. Could not recommend a gym more highly.

Fantastic experience: All trainers at this gym are genuine and professional. The equipment is always clean and well maintained and the space never feels over crowded. The classes are small so I always feel safe and that my technique will be corrected if needed. And of course my trainer Jess is accommodating and encouraging when I’m having a busy week.

Fantastic experience: This gym is amazing! As a Maroubra local I love the convenience. It's clean, equipment is up to date and staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. I used to play a lot of team sport over the years, this was how I kept fit. 3 years ago I sustained an injury that took me off the field permanently. I had no accountability so the weight crept on and bad habits started. Getting a trainer, something I had never done, gave me a new lease on life. I train with Aaron, and he told me he's now my coach and team mate, so this is what is keeping me accountable. I am loving training again, and see my time at this gym as an investment in myself. I still have a ways to go, but for the first time in so long, I can see I will achieve my goals. Signing up with this gym at the start of the year was the best decision.

I selected this studio to train at as I wanted personalised service, and this has definitely been the reason I have stayed on and continued to train here. The new studio is fantastic- great layout equipment and plenty of space to train.

Brad and the team of trainers are fantastic, very committed to training their clients, and are always friendly, helpful and approachable....while still making you try your hardest. It is definitely a very personal experience - everyone remembers your name, and everyone is definitely keen to help you reach your goals. The classes are great, with a variety to choose from. The numbers in each class are kept small, and you definitely benefit from this - though it makes things tougher at the time! The studio itself is very modern, with all the equipment that you would need to reach your training goals. I would definitely recommend 6X Training to any one who is considering joining.

Fantastic experience: 6x is one of the best gyms I have ever been to! It's small and boutique and they really focus on their clients and their goals. I have really enjoyed the small group training and they also offer 1 on 1 personal training which is also handy. The gym is always clean, you can always find a car spot close by, the machines are modern and in good working order and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. After finishing up at big over crowded gyms who do nothing but take a direct debit I think I will be with 6x for the long haul.

Fantastic experience: The staff are extremely friendly and helpful which made my first visit so easy to navigate. The Max 8 training sessions are diverse so I can tailor the workouts to my needs such a core based, cardio based or weights based sessions. The gym has every type of equipment that you would every need, even the latest treadmills that are not electronic. (very cool). In summary I love this place and it has a great friendly atmosphere with everything I need to work out. It also has loads of price options to suit any budget.

Fantastic experience: Fitness. Scared the critters out of me. Then 6x happened. I felt like all the trainers were totally accountable for me and my goals personally. Such a great training team. I also have the whole family come with me, and we each feel the same. A favorite for me is the 8 week fast loss challenge. A really awesome way to kick start the year.
