Fantastic experience: Have been coming here quite a while now and have really enjoyed it overall. I take going to the gym pretty serious and have gone to several around the gold coast and brisbane and can confidently say that snap is one of the best. It was my first gym that I ever joined when I was needing to make an inprovement to myself and I'm glad I did. Always been ran by very keen and great staff. Equipment is very high quality and the night enviroment is amazing. Also nikki is hot ahaha.

Negative experience: How about actually show up for an appointment that was booked for 2:30 during staff hours I show up and door is locked so no access and I ring the club 4 times with a couple messages with no answer. I had other obligations to attend in my opinion completely unprofessional, as for your reply I wasn’t even communicated with. I would have completely understood if a phone call or text message was received

Negative experience: I had tried talking to staff members on multiple occasions about freezing my membership, they weren’t in the gym at all on 3 different occasions (during the day, afternoon, night) so it took me an extra couple of days to finally come in at the right time… when I finally came in and asked to put my membership on hold the staff member said she did and it turns out she never did! I was charged $30+ for an extra 3 months until I finally had to email the regional office asking to cancel my membership… Poor service and barely in the gym at all which is bizarre

Negative experience: There is no ventilation in this gym. Covid could spread like mad in here. Please put some windows and fix the fans and have more airflow. It's so stuffy and hot in there !!!

Negative experience: Horrible website with zero information on pricing and membership details. Cant even say its vague, its just not there. A couple a pictures of people smiling and some fluff about how good they are but nothing on membership offers. A person has to fill out a detailed personal information form just to access pricing. For this reason I declined even considering signing up even though they are 2 mins drive away. I have instead signed up to a place further away that had nice, easily accessible pricing information that anybody could view without filling in online forms. Information like this should be readily accessible to people conducting research trying to make a choice without having to waste time and having to release personal info to a place that will most likely hold it even if you don't sign up and keep targeting you with their marketing campaigns.

Fantastic experience: I joined Snap Pac Pines after losing my job last year and since then my mental health has improved immensely, I have a routine in my life again. The group classes are really fun and it’s something different each day. The staff are friendly, welcoming and supportive.

Fantastic experience: Snap gym is a very professional gym that also provides great support and friendship to members. My husband and I have been coming to this gym for years and we can't fault the gym, location or the staff. Would highly recommend it.

Negative experience: I am so sorry to give the gym this review because the gym itself is great! BUT the PT Giovanni is incredibly unprofessional! Was rude when missed a session. Insulted me when I couldn't make the session and apparently it was rude of me to workout at the gym on my own terms just because i missed a session due to family commitments. When I confronted him about his actions he brushed me off and was incredibly smug. Really disappointed that snap would have such a rude inconsiderate PT in their gym.

Fantastic experience: Great Gym, friendly staff, nice and central. Heaps of equipment and even at peak times you can get to what you want pretty quickly. The Meathead level is also refreshingly low, for the Gold Coast. Could do with an update in the music/video department, otherwise amazing!

Fantastic experience: Love my Snap Fitness membership at Pacific Pines with Lloyd and Ali. It's affordable, the new layout is awesome, quality of equipment is top-notch and love the boxing bags, doing spider crawls, chin ups, tyre flips and HITT sessions in the outdoor training area. They're really helpful, I made friends with other members and it's a great environment and culture that took my training and my mind, body and soul to the next level. Negative experience: Absolutely disgusted in SnapFitnees Pac Pines. My daughter was in finical hardship she went to cancel it but instead they put her membership on hold. Snap fitness has her details no call no letters no emails. But today my daughter got a collection notice advising she has until FRIDAY to pay $200. How rude she is 20 and now has a bad debt because when she asked to cancel her membership use put it on hold then never contacted her
