Negative experience: TOTAL INCOMPETENCE! I normally see Will who is fantastic. However, on this occasion, I saw Olivia as Will was unavailable. I found her to be non empathetic, and on one machine I asked her to pull down the handles (which were up high as seated), in which she rudely advised, "you can pull them down yourself." I never need to ask this of Will, as he does it automatically and with a SMILE! Then at the end of the consultation, I gave the required paperwork, of which they spent 20minutes trying to scan! I was required to pay upfront, of which I did. However, a week later, I find (through MyGov history) that CLAIM HAS NOT EVEN BEEN PROCESSED TO SHOW ATTENDANCE AT THE CLINIC! NOT PROCESSING A CLAIM RESULTS IN PATIENT NOT GETTING REBATE! I had to call them today to bring it to their attention (well over a week later) ! If they are learning,, then the least the Supervisor or Manager can do is spot checks as IT'S A COMPLETE COMPLIANCE FAIL by all 3 people from Olivia to the 2 people it took to try and scan in the documentation!

Fantastic experience: Thank you to Piotr and all the team at Keiser Malvern for the amazing care and customer service to date. I can't recommend them highly enough to anyone who is experiencing neck and back pain and looking for a long term solution. I still have some way to go but looking forward to seeing more results once I start my exercise plan.

My trainer Bec is a special gem & love catching up with her but Nathan, Pat & Aaron have at times helped out & are also wonderful & experts at their job. I am grateful to Nichole for the effort she had put in to help my husband’s mobility. She had been a delight. Keyser is a big family & has to be the best staff ever. A happy half hour out of your day keeping you healthy.

Fantastic experience: I started with Kieser Malvern when it first opened and it's the only wellness establishment that has kept me coming back year after year. I say wellness establishment because Kieser is not a traditional gym. It's hard to explain, but it's VERY different; very personalised and typically uplifting. The staff are so welcoming, knowledgeable and consistently so.

The team lead by Pia have been fantastic in getting me back on track ..it is now part of my weekly routine to go twice to keep myself in shape to do all the things l love ..especially golf

A suggestion: maybe a manager or duty manager could walk around and talk or offer assistance/suggestions to experienced customers as well, ie not only in review sessions.

Fantastic experience: It's always a joy to walk into Kieser and have all team members greet you by name, even people you've barely interacted with! Everyone is friendly and helpful, and as much as I hate exercising, I go to Kieser several times a week because they make it as easy and painless as possible.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of kieser for 5 years. It’s the best investment I have made for my health in preserving my core strength. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The regular reviews adjust the exercise regime to further correct and fine tune the way I work with each machine. It’s expensive as I am retired now but I am convinced its a worthwhile expense.

Fantastic experience: Lovely big gym with a fantastic outlook from its high position, over trees and roofs. It feels very open and spacious. Lots of machines and no wait times. Great hours too.

Negative experience: Definitely the worst Kieser in a Melbourne. Chronically understaffed, absolutely zero supervision or help once you are forced to sign a direct debit agreement, and apathetic staff.

Fantastic experience: The Kieser method has made me feel so much stronger and fitter. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and always welcoming. A place for exercise you can do at your own pace and level. Highly recommended.

Positive experience: Kieser is similar to your everyday gym, except they carry gym equipment nothing like your normal gym. They specialize in targeting certain muscles that need building up. lf your legs are weak because of say a car accident, then some machine will help strengthen your leg muscles. Kieser will increase the muscles and make you mobile over time. They recommend half hour periods 2-3 times a week.

Positive experience: Clean modern fantastic outlook on to the trees both of the north and south end. The equipment is practically new.

Fantastic experience: After nearly 30 years practice as a dentist I had chronic lower back and neck pain. 7 years later things have greatly improved. The back has been operated on, I quit dentistry and I found Kieser training. The first 2 were quick radical necessities, while Kieser has been a constant. Starting 5 years ago I train 2-3 times a week and have never been stronger, more stable and my pain is greatly reduced as a result. In 40 years I have been to many gym's, Kieser has comprehensively outclassed all of them.
