Fantastic experience: good and clean gym
Positive experience: Equipments - 4.5/5 Cleanliness - 4.5/5 Facilities - 4/5 Support and Service - 1/5 Gym is small, less noisy. But if an equipment goes on maintenance, it takes about a week to fix. Tarneit Zap is closer but still I prefer this one. Chloe is the staff member often hard to find in Gym and you wouldn't get any help that you are looking far. Her attitude was bit too much like get out without saying it out loud. She will hardly look at your face when you are talking. But I've seen her being nice to some people. I don't wanna throw any r**st flag but not sure why. To transfer a membership, I had to struggle for 15 mins explaining how it works to the staff member. Then I went to Tarneit Zap, though I don't like that place the staff member Renae is soo good, Very helpful and friendly. I had raised this with Zap Support as well but nothing changed. Parking is bit hard. You have to park in the shopping centre and walk some distance, not big deal but if I have to compare with other near by gyms, then that could get better.
Negative experience: Complete hostility and attitude from the newer manager Chloe. I've been at this gym for over 5 years, from when it was a Jetts and today needed to cancel due to an extended period overseas. From the beginning trying to make small talk, to cancellation, Chloe had an antagonistic, unwelcoming attitude. She was also very demeaning about the cancellation notice/fee despite me not making a big deal about it (I was enquiring about the 1 month notice policy that Zap has, as I was not aware of it existing when it was a Jetts). I didn't appreciate the unprofessional energy, especially after knowing friendlier, welcoming managers in the past at this gym. Seems as though looking at recent reviews that I'm also not the only one who's had an issue. The gym also generally lacks cleanliness and organisation, while also lacking space and equipment.
Negative experience: It is now the end of my one year membership and I won’t be renewing. The people that attend this gym are filthy, the culture here is horrible, people do not use towels and do not clean equipment, it’s better to clean the equipment before you use it because you know the last 5 people haven’t wiped anything down. The people that attend also do not bother to put equipment back after use, so more often times than not you are having to un rack barbells and search for weights They also abuse the machines slamming the weights etc resulting in the equipment being put out of service. As the gym is quite small with limited equipment, this then takes while to be fixed resulting in not being able to complete your usual workout, it takes months for these items to be fixed. I have attended this gym consistently for this past year and only have continued to do so due to the close proximity to my premises. The gym undertook a staff change about half way through this year and it got better, but it is still bad due to the people that attend the gym and the culture within. To top it off after waiting out the entire length of my membership, zap fitness upon cancellation still sucked another month of payments from me due to a 28 day cancellation policy. All in all I do not recommend this gym and I believe the 5 star reviews are from casual gym goers that are apart of the problem, if you are serious about going to the gym and want a good culture and environment this is not the place.

Negative experience: Just went to zap Willaimslanding to join today at 5.00pm. This girl who work as a staff was completely unprofessional. She wasn’t interested in listening while I was asking my query about membership. Zero rating for customer service or may be she is racist.

Negative experience: Girl with the braids tried to sell me a 12 month up front membership for $800 bucks and wouldn't budge. I crossed the road to a much better gym and got 12 month for $399. Zap fitness, talk about a bad business model.
Fantastic experience: Great experience here at this gym and great customer service very kind and helpful, I love working out here everyone is nice here, would 100% recommend coming to this gym the manager here is awesome to talk to and receive help from! And it’s very tidy and clean! ☺️

Negative experience: The gym is in a constant mess, it’s like no one knows any gym etiquette and can’t re rack there weights. If you use early morning be prepared to spend most of your time looking for weights.. come on people
Negative experience: Pathetic management, I have been on call with them everyday since direct debit card number change. Didn’t get any referral benefits as advertised by them and now my swipe card is not working despite of the customer service confirmation of all up to date account payments. Only thing that has kept me going is the gym’s proximity to my home.
Negative experience: Most definitely the smallest Zap I’ve ever been to alongside some of the worst equipment I’ve ever used. No LifeFitness equipment at all and all Matrix machines. 1 cable machine for a gym this busy is absurd. Needs an incline bench press also. A nice gym just shockingly terrible gym equipment from Zap unlike their other gyms.

Negative experience: No body response to my calls, emails. Also visit the gym during staff members timing, but no staff member were there. I want to cancel my membership. Deducting money from my card regularly. Also when I join the gym , charges were different. Now they increase fees and keep deducting from my card. At least they should notify me about this. It's more than a year , I haven't go to gym. But I am paying regularly. Worst experience. My membership no. is 8629608. Plz respond early, otherwise I hv to raise complaint.

Negative experience: The hygiene was terrible when i visited on the weekend. The gym is quite new with great equipment. However it had run out of sterile wipes in the entire gym. Then when i went to shower they appeared not to have be cleaned for a cery long time. The white tiles were greasy and dirty. They also had mould growing in the corners. Not just in the silicone but on the actual tiles. Real shame as it looked like it could be a great gym.

As soon as I walked in the doors I felt really supported and welcomed, Tommy and Sophia your amazing I used to have a little gym anxiety in other gyms I’ve been too, but honestly Jetts Williams landing Has the best vibe and really friendly people. I love the layout of the gym and is always clean. Very very happy
Fantastic experience: One of the best gym in west. Staff was very professional, friendly. If you go for PT need to give special mention about Tommy and Chelsea, they were genuine, knowledgeable, passionate, approachable and fun! Tommy will always be happy to show you interesting variations to use the equipments. Tell him, he is not good as Chelsea and see what happens next . Will miss this place. Thank you guys❤️.

Negative experience: They never answer the phone. I tried again now with no hope. I asked for suspension since May and cancellation since August and it was never actioned although they confirmed by email. And surprisingly, my bank account was debited for several months till now. I am trying to call from 3 days to ask to refund their mistake but no one is answering. Just a recorded message. Lots of hassle . I have a 100+ refund. Really concerning. There is an agent working their on Wednesdays evening that is very supportive though and she genuinely tried to handle my problem but it looks like I have to follow it up everyday by visiting the gym and wasting my time to resolve their mistake.,

Fantastic experience: First time to the gym and after the trial I knew this is the place for me. Its staffed 6days a week, always clean and tidy. Tommy is the best!! Genuine, knowledgeable, passionate, approachable and fun! It might be small gym compare to others around, but its got all the essentials. Tommy will always be happy to show you interesting variations to use the equipments. Which is super appreciated for a first timer!!

Positive experience: I normally go to the one in Point Cook but have recently started occasionally going to this gym again. Nice and clean but the weights and benches aren't always in their designated spots, which can be a bit of pain at times. Not sure what Jetts can do about it. They also need to fill up their hand sanitiser containers as I have always found them empty.

Positive experience: The gym is very good but the environment now becoming day by day is worse the people are coming in so much big group and they stay for more than 3 hours and moreover only 2 person has the gym card and 15-16 are coming along that's really annoying

Fantastic experience: Excellent staff, Tammi a super manager, easy to contact and help with inquiry. Clean and well maintained equipment. Bathrooms clean and don't smell. Mirrors clean so I can see myself getting fitter. Can get busy at peak times but everyone friendly and shares equipment. 50/50. Men and woman. Great location right near good restaurant and woolies. Plenty of parking nearby and well lit streets for safety. Big tick.
Fantastic experience: I get in, do my workout and get out. No hassles from staff or other gym users. Always clean. Very little wait time for equipment if any. Have not had a problem with other people when sharing equipment.

Negative experience: Access key deposit is non refundable ! Can’t reverse a direct debit payment ! No proper communication with the customers! All in all typical rip off business behaviour... totally dissatisfied.
