Fantastic experience: I went in for a quick tour and was instantly Impressed with the customer service I received from Emili! Her smile was infectious and I knew she had a genuine care and passion for the gym and the members that trained there. I instantly signed up and all my friends and family will be signing up as it’s a no brainer with such amazing staff! Give that a girl a pay rise she’s an asset to your team! 10/10

Fantastic experience: Such an amazing environment to train in, staff are amazing the vibe is always positive. I highly recommend this gym.

Negative experience: The gym is quite small which can be a benefit when you consider it is in a small local area, however once it hits after school hours all the local kids come into the gym and it gets busy. There’s not a lot of equipment or cardio machines to use as is so once it’s busy this can lead to waiting for what you’re wanting to use or just leaving. I have been trying to cancel my membership and have sent a contact form through as well as two emails and no one has gotten back to me. The staffed hours are every week day and yet no one can respond to an email regarding how to cancel my membership.

Fantastic experience: Machines are modern and the interface on the cardio machines are very helpful. Especially with the guided programs.

Negative experience: If I could give this 0 stars I would. They wouldn’t let me cancel when I requested and told me I needed a good enough medical excuse to do so, and when I had given them one it was still not good enough. The staff are all incompetent tbh. Even when I tried sorting it out they can’t answer the phone. Would recommend any other gym then this one honestly :)

Fantastic experience: I was getting in touch with this gym recently for membership enquiry. During the conversation I can feel the staff are genuinely thinking about each customer, even you haven't signed up with them. Thet explained the plan details and will SMS / phone you (NOT door-knocking types of selling which usually makes me upset) to see if you need anything. I will encourage everyone who wants to choose a gym consider it.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Snap Fitness Windaroo to any new member. From the pleasant hello by Andy, Eliza or any other staff member as soon as you walk through the door to the wide range of equipment. Nothing beats it! Also love the weekly pt session with Nikhara. She shows and teaches me everything i need to know. Snap Fitness Windaroo is definitely a go to!!

Fantastic experience: My husband Chris and I highly recommend snap fitness Windaroo 1000% best gym! From the moment you walk in nothing but smiles from Andrew and he’s fantastic team. All the trainers are highly knowledgeable, consistently positive, and great motivators always going over and beyond to achieve our goals. We absolutely love the friendly community vibes and we will definitely recommend to our family and friends.

Negative experience: Not happy since started free trail 30 days noone shows you equipment your free personal trainer took.nearly week.get back to me and then we had book another time. I not been to gym i felt not that welcomed from.start.

Fantastic experience: I was staying in Windaroo for a week and my brother, boyfriend and I got a guest passes. I have been to many gyms while travelling but and this one has been my favourite. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the gym including the toilets and showers are always extremely clean. There is a large range of machines that are all new and well maintained. Honestly such a great gym with an incredible atmosphere. I definitely recommend training here :)

Fantastic experience: Snap fitness Windaroo has a really great layout and flow. The crèche is really nicely done with new toys and different colouring sheets for kids each time we go. But I think the best part is the staff are all incredibly supportive and helpful. They are always up for a chat and to help with technique or use of the machines and they continually push you to do your best. I cannot recommend this gym enough!

Fantastic experience: Incredibly lucky to consider myself a part of this community. The gym and all PTs cater to all fitness levels. All equipment is clean, easy to operate and there are plenty of options. The classes are brilliant and allow you to push yourself alongside like-minded people. The staff are kind and welcoming and always happy to have a chat and/or offer advice. My 5 month old has been attending the crèche for more than 3 months now and nothing feels better than knowing that she is in the most capable of hands while I attend classes or training solely. Participated in their first 6 week challenge and had a blast whilst kickstarting my postpartum healing journey. Would encourage and recommend Snap to everyone. Remi and I love our daily visits and consider the Snap community as our second family.

Fantastic experience: Amazing classes, amazing equipment and amazing atmosphere. The club doesn’t see you as just someone who’s paying, the owner remembers your name and says hello and goodbye every time he sees me. The 2 PT’s that I’ve had training with are lovely and are always hyping me up to push through and they celebrate the small wins and the big wins. The rest of the PT’s all seem so happy and will say hello regardless if you’re a client of theirs or not. The Crèche centre of the gym is amazing and when I need to take my baby in they are so relaxed and nothing seems to hard. The whole vibe of the gym is just amazing!

The atmosphere is amazing and really friendly and helpful trainers that welcome you every time you come for a workout! They also have lots of new equipment for any part of your body!
