Fantastic experience: Friendly staff, good range of equipment and clean facilities

Fantastic experience: Best gym. Worth the money, no lock in contract, has hydro beds, message chairs, spraytan machines - heaps of other stuff too o and gym equipment. Staff are all really friendly, don't feel judged and it's 24/7 I honestly can't believe the price it's well worth it.

Fantastic experience: Without a doubt, one of the best Gym experiences I’ve had in over 30 years of using gyms. The equipment was clean. The staff were friendly, and the Gym member vibe was amazing. It was so refreshing to use a gym that was full of helpful staff and courteous members. I can’t recommend this place enough I’ll definitely be back!

Negative experience: They say you can cancel at any moment. Not true there was an extra charge hidden. Staff were ridiculously rude when trying to do this. Its the sort of place when you walk in they too busy talking to each other to even say hi. They never help anyone on the floor. Its just very basic. The level of cleanliness in the spray tan booths was not good. Just a bad experience

Negative experience: Poor Customer Service, . I had hoped for a better experience and attempted to resolve matters, but unfortunately, I no longer expect any improvement.

Fantastic experience: Super cool gym. Gym equipment is always clean and well maintained. Friendly staff and great parking. They had cupcakes and pizza for special events. Monday’s are packed and so is 1-4pm. 5am is the best time to train. A++

Positive experience: Great gym. Well equipped. Sometimes the Change room and toilets are a bit neglected though. Staff are always friendly and helpful

Positive experience: The gym is spacious and well equipped except it has no free bar options. The staff are nice but they don’t give any information session for new customers about the gym and how to use the equipment which I think they should do it for everyone joining the gym at least for safety reasons. They got heaps of treadmills and cycling options but few benches!. Overall the gym is one of biggest and well equipped that I’ve been to so you don’t feel jammed even at peak times and it’s well ventilated. Most gym goers have good hygiene but few stinks definitely need some deodorants!

Fantastic experience: Planet Fitness is a great gym, I never feel out of place or embarrassed. I've lost 27kg and it's still going down.

Fantastic experience: Have been training here for about 3 months now and found it really good. The staff are friendly and helpful, the equipment is very good and well placed around the gym. Have had no problems or drama here with any people, it's a friendly environment. The gym is clean and tidy and not busy in the morning. Had a few billing problems with extra payments but they fixed it quickly. Very happy with Planet Fitness

Fantastic experience: As a first time Gym goer. I have to say hats off for creating a judgement free place where I can go without fear of ridicule or mockery. I enjoy my time here and feel it's a terrific place for both beginners and also the well advanced. I love that I can go if I wake up at 2am. Win win.

Fantastic experience: Its good because everytime i come out i feel good about myself knowing im getting fit and motivating my oversized friend to lose a weight and helping him with his weight loss journey

Negative experience: Joined up to get fit and build up my cardio for a big surf trip, and then 2 weeks before my trip my barcode would no longer work for after hours entry. Bought this issue up with staff a number of times over a 2 week period just to be told a manager will be in touch..... this never happened. Went in to cancel my membership as I have not been able to use it properly only to be told there is a 7 day waiting period for cancellation on my (no lock in contract) that I haven't been able to use for 2 weeks. Very disappointed

Fantastic experience: Very nice

Negative experience: Friendly happy staff, decent amount of equipment, black spa is great. Edit: basic cleaning is severely inadequate especially of the bathrooms/showers/change rooms and general maintenance is so poor eg the broken locks on 80% of the doors for 3months, shower heads that leak from the walls, shower shelves with bolts missing. The general hygiene and maintenance is such a big let down, dropped from 5 stars to 2 stars.

Negative experience: Really dirty compared to Tuggerah but good for price. They need a towel hanger in the showers though lol.

Fantastic experience: I love that PF is judgement free. I feel happy and confident everytime I walk in there. The Hydro massage is amazing and the staff are always helpful and lovely. I look forward to going to the gym now.
