Positive experience: Very safe gym which I love. I have been going here for almost 3 years and as a woman who regularly trains at night on my own and am sometimes the only female there, feeling safe is a big green tick. Having the gym in a shopping village there is also great, easy and well lit car parking. I didn’t give it 5 stars because it is small and I have noticed a large gym close by charging the same price that includes unlimited classes. So I think the price is probably a little bit out of line with what is offered. But if you’re just looking for somewhere to start out and feel safe and relaxed I would recommend.

Fantastic experience: the team there are just great. its always clean, gear is almost always back on the racks and there is enough equipment for everyone. the coffee shop next door is also a winner post workout!

Fantastic experience: Went for my first visit to the gym with a friend which was pretty far out of my way, but totally worth it. Good vibes, clean and tidy, Johnny the mascot labrador was a highlight. Staff were friendly, other members were very chill, I recommend to anyone who might be worried about entering a gym, this place is for you.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, nice and clean, great lighting and got all you need for a good workout. Manager Judd was a great guy. Very happy with this place, no fuss at all, highly recommend it.

Negative experience: Awful cancellation policy, said 30 days cancellation period in contract, charged me 6 weeks with no refund for the extra 12 days they overcharged. Sneaky billing system, if snapfitness are really trying to gain this kind of small money which doesn't belong to them, they lose more.

Fantastic experience: Such a great gym! The gym is always neat and tidy and has all the equipment one could ever need. What makes this gym stand out is the staff. Staff are always so lovely and always around for a chat. If you’re lucky you might even run into Johnny the dog who brightens up the place. Definitely enjoy training at this gym

To be fair, I love the people who work out at this gym, out of many snaps that I’ve been up, the rochedale snap is the gym where most of the people will wipe the equipment after use!! Also people with high manners, no one really rush others!! Definitely recommended

Negative experience: 30 days of Notice has gone by. The money will still be charged. Despite many emails and text messages, they don't reply. swindler group. Never become a member of Rochedale Snap Fitness.

Negative experience: Too expensive, I have told them stop my membership in one month ago, they are still deducted my money now. No one reply my email, SMS or call. They are only ring you when you have not paid money to them. Never recommend!

Fantastic experience: Great facilities, the lady at the front desk is super lovely. lots of weights and cardio equipment. The only thing I would say could be better is the Bench press rack as it only has 2 hooks. One which is way too low and the next one is almost too high for a shorter person. Still usable but there is a risk of shoulder injury from having to use your shoulders to help lift the bar out of the hooks if your arms aren't long enough.

Negative experience: One of the worse gym ive ever been to. They are overly priced. Charge you $17.95 per week. And when you walk in to the gym for signing up for the membership, then you realise there are hidden costs on top of the weekly charge of $17.95. Which in total addsup to $22 a week. And also snap fitness would want you to direct debit from your bank account fortnightly. Which in turn has a $2.95 charge on top of your regular payments. Which finally goes up to $25 per week for this gym membership. Thats $50 a fortnight. Their basic gym membership would come with a 30 day waiting cancellation plan which means if you stop going to the gym. You would have to pay a month in advance for the membership to be cancelled. Thats the snap fitness way of ripping their customers off. I wouldnt recommend this gym to any one not even any of their branches

Fantastic experience: Awesome facility with plenty of variety in machines and equipment. Have been a member for over two months and have gone all times of day throughout the week and haven’t had an issue finding the space / equipment to complete my workouts. Staff are welcoming, friendly and genuine and have taken great care to maintain a COVID-safe environment.

Fantastic experience: Have been a member for around 2 months and every time I walk in the place is spotless and all the gear is put away in its place! Judd does a great job looking after his gym and makes sure the vibe is always super welcoming. Great variety of new machines for a smaller space, Snap Rochedale certainly makes it easier to drag myself off the couch and get up to the gym.
