Fantastic experience: Genuinely touched with the customer service from the SF team @Box Hill. Super accomodating and welcoming! Equipment - brand new, not too busy and other members were friendly.

Fantastic experience: Clean, not too crowded and has every piece of equipment you need. Staff is super helpful and friendly!

Negative experience: The gym has compulsory shirts on rules. They stick the notice everywhere on the mirrors. You can't even see yourself in the mirrors as they are blocked by those notices! That's horrible they trying to control what and how much you can wear in the gym. I'm canceling my membership for sure!

Positive experience: Gym is ok just annoying that so called influencers film in here.They give you nasty looks if you cross their camera feed as though they own the gym .The gym is a private space and they should stop these people from filming.

Negative experience: I’m really unhappy with the poor air conditioning, it needs to have the desired temperature moved down. I find myself visiting when sunset due to this.

Fantastic experience: Great to have a Snap fitness in the neighbourhood, I was member of the club in a different location and got to say I love the vibe equally at both locations. Owner operated, ample parking, high cleanliness standards , good range of equipments and classes, value for money! During the day you can also catch RAF jets training, which is pretty cool!
