Negative experience: Staff are friendly. Facilities are filthy and poorly cleaned when they do. Water bubbler almost never works. Expect to see a better looking facility considering the cost of membership. For a health facility you would hope to see it in better condition.

Fantastic experience: This is my daily gym. Facilities are well kept, all necessary equipment is there and it is not usually packed. Great value for the money!

Negative experience: The facilities are very unclean. Thick layer of dust on everything, the mirrors are always dirty as are the floors. Brought it up with management a few times but no improvement in the 5 months Ive been a member, so I'm now finding myself looking for a cleaner gym.

Negative experience: Staff is nice and place is kept relatively clean. However this gym is way too busy. The only quiet times are perhaps middle of the day during the week. There's rarely a day where you'll be able to use equipment you want without having to wait.

Fantastic experience: Easy accessible throughout Canberra as they have covered pretty much each suburb and 24 hrs access is +point. Free fitness classes amazing. Platinum membership gives you access to all the gyms and swim access in CISAC. Staff are very helpful and professional. Been with them over 2 years and zo far itz been a great access.

Fantastic experience: Been going here for about 9 months. Defs the most comfortable I’ve ever felt at a gym. Rarely crowded, great equipment, always clean. Amazing views from upstairs and lovely open area downstairs. Not intimidating at all, just a great place to train.

Negative experience: Management rude, pushes personal trainers onto you. I was told what do you expect for $12 per week, I asked for a personal trainer to call me, I’m still waiting for that phone call. Rang the Manager to get a refund & she said the finance department will be in touch & the phone abruptly hung up. Wouldn’t recommend this gym to anyone.

Positive experience: Great facility - although crowded during hours of 5pm - 7pm - 2 floors with weights and machines downstairs and upstairs cardio room and floor space

Fantastic experience: Clean and pleasant. Everything is new as it is newly opened. It has a variety of equipment suitable for everyone. And an upstairs area with more space as well. 24 gym, located in the Molonglo valley area so useful for those who live nearby.
