Multi Style Gym

Fantastic experience: Been a member of this gym for 5+ years and honestly wouldn’t look to part ways with this gym unless i relocate elsewhere. The owners are extremely nice and friendly and always look to greet and interact with their members whenever they get a chance. Because of this in my opinion, it establishes such a welcoming and friendly atmosphere in the gym that many members are happy to voluntarily interact with one another and get to know each other whilst training. Additionally, they have plenty of machines and free weights available to use which is spaced out nicely for members to easily and comfortably navigate through. Fantastic experience: Multi style gym is the first gym I have ever walked in and felt comfortable in. Staff are very welcoming and showed me how to use all the equipment correctly. Great price and all round great gym I highly recommend

Negative experience: Avoid avoid avoid ! This gym is a scram. They randomly direct Debit your bank account even you didn’t have a membership with them . When you talk to them, they don’t even care.

Fantastic experience: I have been training for 30 years and frequented many gyms all over Sydney, but this is the finest by far!!! The owners and staff are friendly ,helpful and highly trained. The equipment is technologically sound , beautifully maintained and cleaned to the highest degree of hygiene. If your a professional athlete looking to enhance your performance or a busy mum wanting to shed some kilos -then Multi Style Gym is the place for you! I'm a 10 year member & cant recommend this gym highly enough! Great place, great people!! Pete

Positive experience: Cardio machines are too old compared to other places but otherwise good for strength training.

Fantastic experience: Has every machine u may need, cost is nominal, open 24 hours, amenities are always clean, and everything works. Good helpfull staff and free classes included in membership. No hidden fees and option for monthly contracts. Thats all the boxes ticked for me.

Fantastic experience: This is my first time joining a gym and all I can say is positive things about it. Multi-style gym has a good atmosphere with friendly management which accommodate anyone new to the gym very well. The membership is a reasonable price as they provide many machines for your needs as well as a martial arts academy which you can join. A really great gym and recommend it to anyone.

Fantastic experience: It's a huge gym with great facilities. The MMA classes run by Re are not only affordable but he takes the time and effort to guide you through your weaknesses and focus on what you'd like to train unlike other, bigger classes. Great gym run by even better people!

Fantastic experience: Came here with the intention of trying an MMA session only once - ended up coming back multiple times a week Very friendly & encouraging staff/trainers who will make sure you get the most out of any training session. The gym is kept very hygienic and and follows COVID-safe protocol Was well surprised to see that this gym has more equipment both in number & variety than typical brand-name gyms Would strongly suggest any and all gym-goers to try out an MMA training session; joined as a group of mixed athletic ability and the trainer’s accommodation + support are beyond what I expected

Fantastic experience: As a life long martial artist who has trained at several gyms this is one of the best gym environments i have experienced in regards to the available equipment and the knowledge and proffesionalism of the coaches and staff. Multi Style is a great place to train and very affordable. Check it out.

Fantastic experience: Got excellent information about the plan and how to join the gym. There couldn't have been any other decision, other than to join it. All machines are clean and looked after, management is nice.

Fantastic experience: Hands down the best overall gym I have ever been to. The range of machines is extensive and the quality is up to a high standard. The gym is always clean and tidy and the owners have even established adequate sanitising stations in response to the COVID situation. The staff have been very welcoming from the beginning and make you feel like you are part of the family from day one. Would highly recommend 10/10

Fantastic experience: I trained at this Gym in the mid 90's, and have just recently rejoined. Tried a few other places out but can't really compare to this place. Staff are very helpful and friendly, and facilities are fantastic. If you are looking for a Gym with a good mix of people, and want to feel comfortable when working out this is definitely the place to be.

Fantastic experience: My son, started at an early age, probably one of Sharifs first classes. he left due to personal reasons, after 4 years, BUT, if sharif sees him outside, or in public, he hugs him and treats as hes own as if he never even left. Now my son is wanting to come back, Sharif is not about the money but there for the Kids, he adores them and passes all his knowledge and experiences to them. RESPECT, LOYALTY, FRIENDSHIP, MOTIVATION, DETERMINATION are all attributes my son learnt there, and I choose those over the rubbish coming out of other schools. Sharif I have the utmost respect for you, and please keep up the good work... Al David
