Negative experience: Pauls a self-qualified loser who scams people out of money. He was unorganised, late or forgot about majority of our 1:1 sessions. Major kick in the guts for someone who was at a crossroads in life.

I don't have a boxing background so was like a fish out of water to start with, but the coaches (Paul and Liam) are very professional and can direct individually no matter your experience capabilities. If you are looking for a great way to get fit whilst learning a new skill, get down there and check it out. My wife even attends now! (not great if I am late home for dinner-I might cop a right hook).

Fantastic experience: I am a fighter in Sanctum forges Amateur class. I have never trained in a more professional and sophisticated environment from the moment I walked in I was encapsulated in the atmosphere. A true boxing gym. I have now been training here for 5 months and have learned a strong foundation ready for construction week after week. My coaches Paul and Liam both have a plethora of skills in guiding a fighter to their maximum potential. Creating a strong mindset and a healthy body prepared for the worst and built to handle the best. I believe there is no better gym and I hope to see you here soon!

Fantastic experience: Been training with Paul for about 4 years now and the expierence and knowledge Paul has as being a professional boxer and a boxing Coach is amazing, the location of the gym is in a good spot, every Saturday there is a open stretch class and open sparring which has helped the fighters heaps, trained with a few coaches before Paul but would definity recommend Paul and Sanctum Forge over any gym or coach on the gold coast

Fantastic experience: Paul is the real deal Mr. Miyagi of boxing on the GC. If you have tweens or teenagers, get them in there. Mine go three times a week without complaints. The space they hold for my 5 year old son with his development -both physical and emotional - is unlike anything we have found in any other space. My son has natural athletic abilities and has tried various athletic programs on the Gold Coast. Sanctum Forge is the only place I have found that takes conscious care that he is taught the proper foundations of stretching and technique. I never would have dreamed of signing my child up for boxing, however it is not the boxing we are here for. He is surrounded by positive role models who are demonstrating the importance of caring for the physical body and what supportive camaraderie is. Because he is training with boys and men of all ages, he has an opportunity to see the embodiment of focus, determination and will power.
