Fantastic experience: Great F45! Really well run by Bec and the team. Trainers are all knowledgeable and really help to motivate you. Friendly and fun group of members.

Fantastic experience: After having a break from F45 and trying other brands I recently joined F45 Ashmore and am so glad I did. I really missed these classes!! Bec, Linz and the other trainers have all been so welcoming. You can see the passion the owners have for their “cubby” and you can feel the positive vibe whenever you walk in for a workout. No egos just friendly faces all there for the same reason no matter your fitness level. The new passport makes it even better as working in Brisbane it means I don’t have to miss a class if I’m running late due to traffic. I can’t wait to make F45 Ashmore my 2nd home in 2025!

Fantastic experience: Bec and Linz have made this F45 incredible. They are super supportive and someone is always making sure your form is on point and making you feel like part of the family. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Love this place and love them ❤️

Fantastic experience: F45 Ashmore would have to be the best in queensland. Linz and Bec where so accommodating to myself and my Husband. I’ve been doing f45 for the past 5 years and been to many whilst on holidays Ive visited many studios and would have say apart from my home f45 Ashmore would have be one of the best I’ve stepped into.

Fantastic experience: After my first weeks trial last year, I quit my regular gym and have been attending F45 Ashmore six days a week. Everyone is friendly, welcoming and supportive of each other. No one is ever left out or made to feel less than anyone else. The coaches are always helpful and knowledgable. Everyone young or old and whatever level you're at is accommodated. The studio and equipment are always kept clean and tidy. And everyone is always happy :-) I'm just so glad I stumbled across a really random ad and gave it a go. Great vibes. Great gym. I wouldn't want to be anywhere else but here. Don't let the burpees scare you off, there are other alternatives you can do - as the trainers say, "as long as you are moving".

Fantastic experience: I started my fitness journey doing the 28 day kickstart at f45 ashmore and its definately one of the best decisions ive ever made! Ive never been healthy, heart problems etc all run in my family. And after the 28 day kickstart i actually stopped and tried going to a standard gym. It didnt work. Also moved away for work for 6 months. But ashmore is where its at The trainers are awesome! The vibe is always on point! And the classes are never boring. Not to mention all the awesome members! Fantastic experience: I decided to try it out last year, having never completed a fitness class. The owners, staff, and other members were so welcoming. It is a completely positive, super supportive, respectful, and zero ego environment. The classes are challenging which is great but tailored for all ages and fitness levels. The coaches are highly engaged, experienced, knowledgeable, and responsive to each person's goals and circumstances. So well organised - in and out in 50 mins - fantastic business and couldn't be happier.

The coaches were really engaging during the workout, and there for a good push when I needed it. Can't wait to get back in for more sessions!

Fantastic experience: My favourite place honestly !!! Bec & Linz (owners) are fantastic they always motivate you and push you to do your best and care about you. It’s always a vibe at the gym and everyone is at different levels I don’t feel uncomfortable about not able to do certain things. Everyone that goes is so friendly and helpful! It might cost a bit more then your average goodlife gym but it’s the best investment and you will not regret it. It’s actually one of my favourite things during the day.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to a few F45’s around Australia and Ashmore is in a league of its own! You can tell the owners put their heart and soul into this place and because of that, it’s created an environment you know you’ll be able to achieve your goals! Can’t wait to come back soon !!

Fantastic experience: Been going to f45 Ashmore for over a year now and I'm still just as excited as ever to get in and train. The community and the coaches are super welcoming and friendly, but will also push you when you need to be pushed. It's done wonders for my fitness, I couldn't recommend it enough!

Fantastic experience: I have been with F45 for 2 months now and it's been simply amazing. All these years I have never had the drive to go to the gym but I truly look forward to going to F45. I could not bend and touch my toes before but now it's plausible and I am a lot more confident about my body. The trainers are very friendly and welcoming especially Linz and Bec and they push you to do better every day. Thank you F45 and while writing this I look forward to my 5:30 PM sesh today :P.

Fantastic experience: After my first class at F45 Ashmore I knew I would be signing up; for the first time in my life I am enjoying a gym and feel pumped to go each morning. The owners & staff are so welcoming, friendly and helpful. I love that I don’t have to think about what exercises I’ll be doing, like I struggled with in the past at a regular gym. I was nervous to go at first, thinking I wouldn’t be able to keep up or do the exercises planned; but everything is super adjustable to suit all fitness levels. Highly recommend!

After having the twins nearly 6months ago I was in a pretty low headspace and you guys have saved me! Bec, Linz, Toby and the team are amazing. They are all passionate in bringing out your best. Everyday the twins and I walk in to be greeted by happy smiley faces. It’s obvious you all love what you do. Not only has my daily visits improved my headspace but I feel fitter and stronger and that’s all a big thanks to you coaching and supporting me. Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this place. It has an amazing vibe. The owners and trainers are all about the members and are invested in helping you achieve your goals. They genuinely care about you and you dont feel like just another person in a gym, you are family. Highly recommend this place for all sorts of people with different backgrounds and levels of fitness. Even though I have always generally been pretty healthy and into working out, this place has made me feel comfortable and brought back the excitment and passion of training. Fantastic experience: Literally, F45 Ashmore has transformed my life. I used to have unhealthy habits (e.g smoking, sedentary lifestyle, junk food) but F4 Ashmore has directed me to a journey that increased the quality of my health. I've been smoke-free for 2 years and counting, I eat the right food, I now had toned muscles (which I never had in my entire life) aaaand I look ridiculously good in a bikini. Sad that I had to move houses and life must move on. Thank you F45 Ashmore. I will miss you.

Negative experience: *Under new management now I believe* Still continued to take money after I cancelled. Bec and Jessie and awesome face to face but lack completely in running a business. Hardly reply to emails unless nagged, it's been 2 months since I cancelled and still waiting for some of my refund.

Fantastic experience: F45 in Ashmore has got it all going on! If you want to join a group of like-minded people who are not only friendly, but quite frankly inspiring to be around, you absolutely must join this club. The trainers are so engaging, helpful and are beautiful both inside and out. They inspire me so much that I can't help going to more classes than I would usually fit into one week. Come and join us, do not give it another thought, just come!

Fantastic experience: Today exactly one year ago I walked into this studio and it has been the best thing I could have done. I am the most uncoordinated and clumsy person & the first 2 weeks I really did not enjoy it. I was convinced that I will leave once the trial would finish but then it just clicked and now I am officially addicted and I LOVE it!!! My body is so much stronger and I feel fantastic! Bec, Jesse and the other trainers are so amazing, knowledgeable and REAL! No over the top, fake jumping around like I've seen at other gyms. This gym is smaller than a lot of the others but I really like that because it is more personalised and we are one big FAMILY. And no I am not getting paid to write this- I am somebody who genuinely recommends people, companies and places if I truly believe they are AMAZING!

Negative experience: Continued to take money after membership was canceled and was not returned
