Club Lime Campbelltown (Tindall Street)

Fantastic experience: Don’t have many photos but it’s a huge gym with a sauna and 24 hour access. Really cheap aswell

Negative experience: DO NOT RECOMMEND, Kate (Club Lime Macarthur Manager) and Andrew (Area manager) is unprofessional and rude. Honest feedback. Sad experience, Kate ( Gym Manager ) Andrew ( Area Manager) unprofessional staff. Massive health and safety risks at this gym. False promotions, Bathroom smells like piss, sauna smells like 1 months worth of dried up sweat. No icepack for first aid. Injuree member nut has no ice. No Sauna even though they advertise it, false promotion advertisement. No attempt for customer service to injured member. Rude for no reason. Tryna make me the suspect when I got video evidence of their mismanagement. Manager does not know how to use technology. Manager providing false information saying Sauna works when it was broken. Manager Kate made me feel unwelcomed and due to technical issues on their side, was banned from the gym. Andrew the area manager was condescending and did not put any effort to resolve a matter that left me with an injured knee.

Positive experience: Great gym with great equipment however, the owners must have difficulty calling a Plumber because it smells like straight sewerage all throughout the gym…

Fantastic experience: So big and lots of room to workout. It is 2 floors. Plenty of machines that are always maintained. Rarely find one that isn't working. Bathrooms have sauna that fits 2 people. There is also a spin room as well as a studio for group classes. Gym goers are to themselves. No judgement or weird looks even on busy days. I have been to 7 other Club Lime gyms in NSW. This one is by far the biggest and has the best vibe. I love this place.

Negative experience: Too expensive for lack of numbers in the group classes. Time to find another gym.

Negative experience: Staff are lazy and careless they only act if you constantly go on and on about certain things otherwise they do nothing people hog machines leave them racked up don’t wipe nothing down they are discriminating place is filthy not worth it

Positive experience: I love this gym I honestly don't have any problems with it. The staff are super friendly and always greet me. But $47 a fortnight is insane dog Also I love the new addition of perfumes, hand creams, beauty products etc makes the whole gym experience so much better and price more worth it

Positive experience: Love this gym but you’re making us pay 39 a fortnight and you can’t even fix the broken cable. Basically paying 39 to just watch and wait for other people to finish the double cables like a cuck

Negative experience: Look. I love the gym. I really really do. But holy hell the staff and some ammenities are just not it. (Only reason I’m not giving one star is because of the sauna). 1. Staff pick and choose who and when rules apply. The guys who walk in, has a 30min chat with staff hogging several machines, wear work boots (there are signs against this), smell, keeps their bag with them and hog machines by doing supersets at peak hour? Nah you’re good. Average Joe who likes lifting and has his bag with him one time? “Sorry but you NEED to put your bag away right now”. Not only has this happened to multiple people but it’s so common just watching at 4pm-5pm. What about jabroni next to me who DOSENT EVEN HAVE A TOWEL, never wipes down the equipment and is leaning on the weight rack and smells? Nope. Just a fun chat I guess. You guys need to overhaul your staff and just clear house. 2. Clean your toilets REGULARLY PLEASE. for the love of god just maintain it. If Plus Fitness can do it then “Australia’s Largest growing gym” can do it too. 3. Just get a proper incline machine press PLEASE

Negative experience: The gym is nice and big and has a lot however the atmosphere is not great. The back corner of the gym always seems to smell like a sewer not to mention the staff are very discriminating against certain people. They have a go at certain people about putting weights away etc yet people all day long leave machines racked up and weights around and they do nothing about it. They also don’t do anything either when people hog machines for 45 mins to an hour. I feel like the staff could be more attentive in keeping it clean and ensuring EVERYBODY puts their weights away and that EVERYBODY is considerate of others.

Fantastic experience: First time I have ever been in a gym and I have to say I really enjoy going. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It's got a nice atmosphere, and people are just attending the gym, not bothering others, and going home, how it should be. Definitely recommend this gym to others, especially if it's your first time setting foot in one.

Negative experience: Legit smells like someone took a dump in a corner, this gym is soooo stinky

Negative experience: It’s turning into a teenagers meet up. Very little adults, too many teenagers. More adults are wanting to leave, which is making it hard to want to stick around also. And they’ve closed the crèche, making it even harder for the adults to attend. It’s losing its vibe

Fantastic experience: I love how this gym is a just another vibe! It’s huge, many options for working out- cardio, weight, machines, battle ropes and classes is a bonus! The toilets smell at times, and the corner of the gym upstairs smells too, maybe due to the toilets on the bottom floor. Overall, it’s the best gym in the area!

Negative experience: I booked 3 casual classes to try out the spin classes. I showed up for the first class and no one was at the front to let me in and I had to reschedue my classes to be when the gym is staffed. When I go to reschedule, my bookings have been erased and I am now out $60 for 3 classes

Fantastic experience: Best gym in the area in my opinion, the price for the memberships is low and affordable, their accommodations and facilities are beyond match. Lovely, positive staff and PTs and the fitness classes are the best money can get at no extra cost!! Love this place

Negative experience: Words cannot express my dissatisfaction with this gym. After persevering through months of disruption due to renovations, in anticipation for the promised improvements, the gym is now less than half the size, the locker rooms are now the size of a shoe box and in disorder, 95% of the equipment is still old and damaged and I can't remember the last time the air conditioning was on. On top of this, money was deducted from my account without my knowledge or consent for a new access pass; existing members have already paid sign up fees, it is absolutely unreasonable to force members into a position where if they dont pay for a new fob, they will not have access to the gym. The management team through to the owners are completely inflexible, unreasonable and have zero understanding of customer service. I used to stand up for this gym when others were jumping ship. Very disappointed that they would rather loose members than offer a resolution. It's their way or the highway. I'll be taking the highway thanks.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love working out at FitHQ! The staff are always so warm and welcoming, the music is great, there is plenty of equipment, and I always leave feeling energised and excited about my next visit. This is the best Gym I've been to yet!

Fantastic experience: I love this gym it is the best gym in Sydney I believe. All the reception staff are really nice and all the personal trainers that are amazing and able to help you with any of your fitness goals. The facility also provides Rehab hq Where members can see physiotherapist and a dietician. When you sign up you get free personal training session is with that with that with the pet wit where members can see physiotherapist and dietitian. I feel so welcomed in this gym I have never been happier with a facility like this. To my understanding the gym is also making renovations I am super excited for what the future has to bring for the gym .!!!! Thank you again to everyone who works at Fit hq!!!!

Negative experience: Pathetic management , didn't get my free personal training session or physio session. There is 28 day cancellation rule which no one mentions of so when you decide to quit , you still have to pay for a those days which is hopeless. The person at the reception didn't inform me of such details. Purely unprofessional

Negative experience: If there was a 0 to give I would give it. A place that I was loyal to for years and for what??? Lies after lies, equipment breaking and never replaced. They say they offer a sauna which doesn't WORK!! also being told they won't be fixing it. I would recommend everyone I know not to go to that stupid place. It was better when it was fitness first!!!

Negative experience: This is the worst managed gym I've ever been to, I have been a member here since I was 16 now 23 and the customer service is appalling. I had lost my debit card and received a new one and I could not quite remember all the payments linked to that particular card and my membership happened to me and me finding out I am pregnant stopped me from attending the gym so I was not aware that my payments weren't going through and no one had contacted me to let me know that! When to my understanding the club was given my home phone number, my mobile number, my home address and email! So there were many ways for them to contact me instead I go into the gym one day to find out that I am 250 behind on my membership which as you can understand was very frustrating I than gave my new card details and agreed to a payment and double checked that they had all my details because for some reason they didn't??? Why you may ask incompetence!! So I double checked they had all of my details! Now two months lately still heavily pregnant so this is adding to my stress, my wanted to take over my membership because I'm moving countries they tell me I still owe them money for something that should have been sorted and they had the nerve to say to my mother they I'm an adult and I should have checked my statement NO!!!! I had sorted this out gave all my details and a payment came out and then nothing so that is on your companies fault AND YOU DID NOT CONTACT ME WHEN YOU ARE CLAIMING YOU DID. This is not how you run a business! You do not treat your customers like this and the main reason I writing this is because one of your workers had the adacity to blame it on me. No it's your accounts fault and thank you for stressing a pregnant woman out and being rude to my mother.

Negative experience: Pros: parking is not an issue depending on the time you go. The layout is great except at the dumbbells area. Cons: Avoid the toilets , I found them very repulsive for such a big gym . No air fresheners and very mucky . Definitely lacking in customer relations . The staff should have clear colour coded polos shirts so you know who to approach if you want a PT. Lastly it should be 24/7 gym if its all about the numbers .

Negative experience: Been there this week and dunno how one gym can be so dirty ? It's not a 24/7 gym so there's really no excuse.

Negative experience: I have been a PT and Instructor for the better part of 15 years. I recently "retired" and joined this gym. After all, Les Mills use it as a work shop and it looks awesome so must be. Since joining a year ago, I have to say I have only been less than 10 times due to many reasons, but on each time I have gone, the staff there (that I have encountered) don't make you feel welcome at all. It seems that the desk staff are just PT's who have little to no idea how to interact with the public and honestly make you feel small and inadequate. They can barely crack a smile, and half the time you feel rude giving them your card cause you will interrupt their talk time with their mates. Secondly, I have never worked in any club ever that does not check in on its members if they don't attend. This club has no hesitation in taking my money even though I am not using the club. Not one message or phone call from the club to ask how Im going and if they can help me get back on track. This itself makes me feel like a number; someone that has signed a contract, then has it take my money week in week out and forget about me. I honestly would like to cancel my contract as you are not living up to even the minimum of what I expect from a club, but the cancellation fee is insanely expensive. At the end of the day, you need to train your front desk staff in making a warm welcome to each and every person that walks in your club. If your staff cant do that, then don't put them on the desk. Also, If you find a member has dropped off and hasn't been for a couple of weeks, send them a text at least? Tell them that you noticed they haven't been around and hope everything is okay. Offer them words of encouragement to get back into the swing of it. Every other club does it... It is the least you can do.
