Fantastic experience: Great gym, good variety of equipment and enough space to not feel cramped. Creche is super helpful for mornings.

Negative experience: I attempted to try out a Body Attack Class on ClassPass as I was trying out different gyms in the area. Came 10 mins prior to class and was met with staff saying that the instructor hasn't showed up and class was cancelled which is understandable (schedule changes are expected), however she instructed me to cancel the class on my end (even though I'd be charged a cancellation fee) as 'it may be cheaper than being marked as attended'. Which I was confused as to why she suggested that, a cancelled class from the studio side should not result in a penalty from the client. I mentioned I'd contact ClassPass straight away to arrange refunded credits. She said she would also contact ClassPass. Messaged ClassPass who processed the refunds. I instead booked another class at a nearby studio which ran at the same time, only to find after that ClubFit had marked me as attending the class even though I was informed they had cancelled it. ClassPass rectified the issue immediately but really poor form from the studio side. I wonder how frequently this happened to others, I was considering rebooking a different class to try but this definitely won't be happening nor will I be recommending this studio to friends or family. Definitely go to a studio that is more honest to their clients and save your money

Negative experience: ClubFit Gym is a disappointment. The poorly maintained equipment makes every workout a struggle, and the dim lighting creates an unwelcoming atmosphere. On top of that, the absurd policy of not allowing friends to join is simply frustrating. Save your money for a gym that values its members' experience.

Negative experience: This gym is a disaster. The equipment is outdated, the cleanliness is questionable, and the staff seems more interested in chatting with each other than assisting members. The only thing getting a workout here is my patience. Save your money and find a gym that actually cares about its members.

Fantastic experience: Good gym, very spacious with a lot of machines and friendly staff!

Negative experience: Women’s section is always messy, not stocked with cleaning supplies, has faulty equipment that won’t be fixed for a long time and the area is super humid - no AC or ventilation. For the price we pay you’d think they would have a decent soap dispenser but no, instead they refill the same plastic dettol bottles.

Negative experience: Annoyingly money hungry, I attempted to try the gym on fitness passport, they wouldn't let me try as I need to buy a pass even though I made it clear I have no intentions to visit outside of staff hours. They then told me to pay for a casual visit, I pointed out on their website they have a free trial for 1 session but they said I cannot use it because I don't live within 5km, which I do and I offered to show them my license as proof but was denied by the door staff and since I have fitness passport so the gym worker assumed I have no intentions to join the gym.

Fantastic experience: Great atmosphere is not too crowded and great classes for all fitness levels.

Negative experience: Everything is good in that gym but the ac isn’t that good and they don’t fix the machines in the women’s part

Fantastic experience: Undoubtedly the best gym in Casula/Liverpool. I have tried all of them but this is amazing. The management knows what they are doing let it be layout of machines or other onsite facilities. Additionally, the classes they offer are very productive as well. Would highly recommend it to everyone.

Fantastic experience: Amazing place to train, work and meet new people. The staff will always help you and make you feel welcome. The gym is clean and accomodating. Gym classes offer a variety of sessions for everyone. Ladies only section is great for privacy and comfort for the female clientele.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been doing personal training sessions with Carole Chinn at ClubFit Gym for just over a month now and have been loving it. I feel and move better in daily life, and know I’m getting stronger session to session. Training with Carole sets me up for the rest of my busy work day and puts me in the right frame of mind. A total pro, she also makes me laugh, essential when you’re up bright and early. I’d recommend Carole to anyone!

Negative experience: I have cancelled my membership with this gym since 15/11/2020 and they withdrawal all outstanding amounts and I paid an extra month after ending my membership and then still taking money from my account just today 29/12/2020 the withdraw 44 $ without any reason even I finished my membership one month and half ago and I spoke before to one of the staff and I show her my bank account and send her email with screen shot but still stealing money from my account which make me change my bank card because of their dishonesty. I need my money back.......!!!!

Negative experience: Was a starter member then covid came then rebranded and want extra $250, what's the point of being a starter member and promising same rate if paying a whole year up front! Good luck New Planet fitness is gonna squeeze your members out of there real quick maybe try them out guys

Fantastic experience: Well laid out, lots of equipment. Solid covid19 plan with lots of sprays and wipes. The staff are always friendly but not overbearing. Been a member for a couple of hears now
