Anytime Fitness Whyalla

Fantastic experience: The new gym looked excellent and spacious. Gym always clean, heaps of parking and staff are all friendly (even over the phone).

Negative experience: The gym has a very noticeable smell as soon as you walk in, a combination of sweat and musky. By far the grossest smelling gym I’ve even step foot in. Multiple machines are missing the adjustment tabs. They had parkway drive playing when I entered so I will give them a star for that.

I'm not one to ever put a rating on Google at all, but in this case I had to, the staff here are amazing and the gym itself is set up great, if you live in Whyalla, do yourself a favand join up and if you're only passing through, definitely stop in for a week pass or more! Will only come to this gym if I'm ever passing through here, has all the machines I need and I never find myself waiting for a machine! Great staff and great gym!!!

Positive experience: Located at Westlands, just around the corner from my usual accommodation at The Quest. Well stocked for a small gym - couple of racks, plenty of resistance machines, two rowers, and the usual cardio equipment. Clean and well managed. Never too busy, but clearly a popular option for locals. I use it on every visit to the fine city of Whyami.

There is an incredible culture at this gym which is clearly led by management and dealing with Nicole for my membership and help with finding the right PT for my goals has been honestly life changing! Positive experience: A great anytime, with a decent variety of equipment and a safe environment. Minus one star for the quality of the treadmills, the five of them are so outdated, I can’t connect my devices to share data, they vibrate under my feet from being old and worn out and are so loud I can hear them past my noise cancelling headphones. Definitely an area for improvement.

I honestly feel so comfortable when entering the gym and im usually a very nervous person. Thanks for making me feel welcome as a newbie !

Fantastic experience: Great facility. We have been cleaning the carpet and tiles there for the 5-6 years and the staff couldn't be more helpful from what I see every time we go there. Would highly recommend this gym to anyone in Whyalla.

Negative experience: I've tried to go to gym at 4:30am twice in the last week and the door wouldn't open. About a month ago I left a private review with them after they emailed me, letting them know that all 4 exercise bikes didn't work, that replied a generic email but didn't put in any effort to fix the problem
