Fantastic experience: Hive is such an incredible group fitness/bootcamp. I've been coming here for a few months now and no workout has ever been the same! Karla is an amazing trainer and makes you feel welcome and the workouts a sweatfest but fun. Cannot recommend this group fitness enough.

Full of motivation and great at correcting technique, but not making anyone feel bad either. Exactly what you want in a fitness coach and a friend. Bec is the best trainer and will always help or correct technique or add weight if she knows you’re slacking and always does it in a way where you can’t be mad about it. She cares about everyone in there and she’s the reason I drag myself there most days!

Fantastic experience: In September 2023, I made the move to Hive, seeking a new gym home after years of working out at various gyms across Brisbane. Despite being a regular gym-goer, stepping into a new gym was daunting and stressful. However, from day one at Hive, owner Kat and her team made me feel incredibly welcome. What sets Hive apart is its inclusive and non-judgmental environment. Each day brings a new workout, allowing everyone to work at their own pace. The atmosphere is vibrant and positive, with friendly gym-goers always willing to lend a hand. The trainers at Hive, including Kat, Rebecca, Ally, and Karla, lead fun and challenging sessions that are personally rewarding. They celebrate achievements and offer encouragement freely, creating a supportive community. Kat has fostered a safe space where you can work out, connect with others, and feel a sense of belonging. The Honeypot Cafe, run by Kat, is a fantastic addition, offering delicious and healthy smoothies as a post-workout treat. Hive also runs 6-week fitness challenges, which are optional but a great way to track your fitness journey. Winners are rewarded with a beautiful gift and recognition on the Hive page. I mainly attend morning classes with Rebecca (Bec), who is an absolute gem. Bec's cheerful greeting as we enter the gym sets the tone for the class. She provides individual attention and encouragement throughout the workout, making classes enjoyable. Her sense of humour and positive attitude are infectious, making her a favourite among gym-goers. Overall, Hive has become more than just a gym for me; it's a community that supports and encourages me on my fitness journey.

Fantastic experience: Hive Progressive Fitness is a local community gym with a difference. They care about their clients... I host our No Lights No Lycra Morayfield dancing there and they are the most welcoming and friendly bunch. We witness the interactions with the people who go there and its very low key, high impact and diverse with family friendly options. Fantastic experience: Hive is not only an amazing gym it is also a mental health booster, and happy, safe place that has become an integral part of my day. With multiple styles of group fitness classes that suit ages from 8 - 80. An incredible group of trainers that all bring sparkle and fun to every class . Every morning @ 5.30 Bec welcomes everyone personally and then with a mix of Dad jokes , love , pain and awesome dance moves gets you to achieve more than you ever thought you could .

Fantastic experience: Hive is amazing! Cat and her team are absolutely the best. Morning sessions with Rebecca start the day right. She is real with good energy and vibes, committed to helping and supporting me to achieve my goals and be the best me I can be. Encouragement, support, kicking my butt when needed but also being there when I need a friend. I have not looked back since joining Hive 9 months ago, made new friendships, laughed, cried and most importantly I enjoy training again.

From the first interaction and the whole way along my health and fitness journey the team at Hive have been so Kind, Caring and Respectful to me and my family. Fantastic experience: Ms Bec is an inspiration to me. She always tells me "that's too easy, you should up the ante" I know she's right! Her sense of humour makes every interaction a ball of fun and time just flies by. Exercise with Bec is not a chore, she creates an atmosphere of 'can do', adapts the exercise to accommodate every individual regardless of age, fitness and any injuries. A joy to be around, such a positive outlook on life and a great motivator

Fantastic experience: No words can explain this gym. Can give all the kind words in the dictionary but the main one that sticks out is family. While sitting on the floor after a 915 squat day session looking at all these amazing faces and watching them all achieve something little or something huge is just inspiring. The coach's walking around congratulating their team members on their PB's or finishing their work outs on the board. Their is always one face who has eyes on you watching, pushing and helping you achieve your best Miss Rebecca Burgess. This chick is an inspiration to hive, whether she is pushing you to do box squats with 75kgs between your legs or helping the tough man in the corner reach his squat bar PB. She is always in your face with kind words, pushing for bigger and better for your self even if you can't see it. You wouldn't find anyone else to call a sister, a friend, a trainer or just bex. Hive is amazing with all its trainers and the owner is just amazing. This is home, my family and they could be yours to. Rebecca Burgess thankyou for holding my v while I squat that 75kg. Xx

Fantastic experience: I joined HIVE early 2022 after major surgery, needing to re-find my strength and fitness, lose a couple unwanted kilos and build back up my muscle. My life took a dramatic turn with so much happening all at once, but the HIVE team and family community Kat and Dave (and their instructors) have created made me feel welcome no matter the frequency of when I could actually make it in for a class and also gave me regular encouragement, compassion and understanding for all that life was throwing at me. Instead of just being a number or a dollar sign walking thru the door, at HIVE you become a part of the family and are always welcome regardless of your goals or how many times a week you can make it in for a session. I’m so grateful to have found HIVE and the bonus is, I’ve made lots of friends since joining as everyone is super friendly! Also love that I can take my kids in with me and they have an awesome kids area that is air conditioned and full of toys and games. 10 of 10 recommend

Fantastic experience: Seriously the best gym everyone is soo lovely and helpful I have lost over 20kgs so far the trainers really care and we all have sooo much fun they go above and beyond I was 150kgs and sooo nervous going into a gym. Well after my first day I felt like apart of the family truely beautiful human beings and I’m soo glad I joined I’m now at 81kgs and loving life. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to all the trainers and the owners you have change my life.

Fantastic experience: I have been to many gyms in the Moreton Bay Region but nothing compares to hive. The biggest thing I love about hive is the community, if you are someone who doesn’t like to train alone then this is the place for you. There are many classes to choose from, amazing and supportive trainers who care about you and your results. I find that to be rare these days and it was always an issue at previous gyms for me. Yes you can be paid to do a job but these guys live and breathe what they do every single day and it truly shows with the amazing community they have built. Fantastic experience: Before I found Hive I was not a gym person. I disliked the atmosphere of most gyms full of ego, and mirror selfies. Hive is different, there are no mirrors and no judgement. Their trainers genuinely care and work with you at your level to help you towards your goals whatever they may be, lose weight, gain weight, build muscle , or even just build confidence. It’s also not just the trainers , all the other members are supportive, encouraging and it’s just like an extended family! If you’re thinking about giving it a shot, just go in and talk to Kat , try their $5 no pressure trial. You’ve got nothing to lose!

Kat, Ally & Bec made me feel so welcome and at ease.I absolutely love how friendly and part of a family you feel at Hive fitness. I am pretty new to area and I am soooooo glad I reached out to Kat, who was so kind and welcoming and invited me to a couple of sessions straight up... as soon as I walked into that gym door, on that first morning, everyone was so welcoming...I didnt feel uncomfortable, judged or like I wasn't fit enough to be there. I now not only have a place to come and kick arse every morning, but I also have a place where I have people I now consider my friends.
