Fantastic experience: Great gym ver friendly people

Negative experience: Pros:A lot of weight equipment, cold water tap available, vending machine, well maintained bathroom, physical location is good, always friendly staff. Cons: Building itself not maintained, stagnant gym sweat air, vents so dusty and mouldy, roof leaks (that is fixed), half of the treadmills have been out of order for over 6months, TV used to be pay TV now it's not.

Fantastic experience: This gym is the most complete, a lot of space and machines

Negative experience: Went in for a "free" "3 day" pass tonight around 5pm. But when I got there I was charged $10 when a week membership cost $17 and I was told that club is only opened for 3hrs on Saturday and closed on Sunday. So my free 3 day pass ended up paying $10 for a day and a half. DO NOT TRUS

Fantastic experience: I've been coming to this gym for the last three years and it has been like home. Everyone is friendly staff is always around to help you when needed . Great place , great people makes this gym a better place to work out.

Fantastic experience: I’ve signed up with so many gyms and this gym is the first where I actually feel welcomed. Great classes and they have child minding so my kids can come along too while I train. Also all the staff and class instructors are amazing Such affordable prices when it comes to membership.

Fantastic experience: I love my gym! Always a great environment, all the equipment you'll ever need and 24/hr access is my jam. Cant wait until lock down is over so I can be back in my happy/safe space.

Negative experience: The gym itself is nice, pretty busy and hard to get spare equipment during rush hours (to be expected). However, I had several months (I think 3) where i did not attend the gym as I was severely fatigued. Turns out I just received a diagnosis for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. When I contacted Debit Success to cancel, I was advised by Debit Success to contact the gym itself about querying the 30 day cancellation period because of my situation. I was advised by the gym that there was nothing the gym was able to do about reimbursing me about my involuntary absence and that they were not able to wave the 30 day because of my contract. I understand I signed a contract, however I would expect a little sympathy by being diagnosed with this chronic condition that I am unable to exercise and that should be able to at the very least not charge me for the 30 days when I really could be going further to ask for my money back for the months I couldn't attend. Also just for reference I did try to put my membership on hold whilst i was finding out what was wrong with me, when I rang they said that they would contact Debit Success themselves on m behalf to pause the membership, however when i called today about why I was still being billed, they said they never call Debit Success on my behalf (which goes against what they said when i asked for it before). I feel that the gym don't really care about your health and just want your money. EDIT: It wont let me reply so I'll put it here. Yes they offered to hold, I accepted, however they continued to charge me (I was unaware at the time).

Fantastic experience: The classes here have the most amazingly supportive atmosphere. I have been to so many gyms over the years but I've never had one with sooooooo many people ready to pump you up and get you to the end of your workout. The area used for classes is large so people can feel free to spread out.

Negative experience: No aircon don't treat u properly if u r injured and need to take things slows they don't care they push u and u start from the being of your injury even if doc tells them your not to do something they still make you do it. If you can no longer go to gym they don't give to f's and you still have to pay even if doc and physio tells they you can ni long go thanks to them pushing you.

Fantastic experience: This is a great gym! A lot bigger than most. Lots of machines, different classes to choose from, updated equipment. Staff are friendly and helpful. I'm a big fan of music played during peak times and also the disenfectant sprays provided throughout the gym. Great idea!
