Fantastic experience: From the moment I stepped into The HIIT Factory Essendon I felt comfortable, welcomed and accepted. Fiona and the other coaches are super friendly and encouraging. There are multiple classes to pick from and you can go at your own pace. I love that I can choose from online or in person classes which is a perfect option to fit around my family commitments. A huge bonus that I can bring my 4 year old to the classes if needed! I am so happy that I found The HIIT Factory Essendon and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking at joining a fun, accepting and non intimidating exercise family.

Fantastic experience: I have been at Hiit factory Essendon for the past few months and I can say I felt so comfortable the first time I walked in . Fiona is amazing , she really makes you feel welcomed and accountable. She always checks in if she doesn’t see you for a few days which is great . Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend the HIIT factory enough. After being a member of goodlife for years I switched to the HIIT Factory Essendon and haven’t looked back. As a busy mum, I love the 30 mins sessions and the livestream option is a game changer if you can’t make it there. My two kids love coming with me and have so much fun. The community is amazing, so welcoming and supportive. I love supporting small business and Fi is amazing. She is so passionate about health and gives you the personal touch and holds you accountable. Her two amazing trainers Jude and Jo are energiser bunnies and fantastic. Love the challenges they have throughout the year. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I love the classes HIIT factory, Essendon. Fiona, Judi and Jo are excellent trainers that are really motivating and fun. It’s a great work out space with a lovely bunch of people. Everyone is welcomed and the friendly environment makes the classes really enjoyable. Im a mum, so the 30 min classes are handy and I know I’m completing a challenging workout in that time. There’s lots of time slots available and each day has a different variety of workout sessions. Highly recommend, great value for money with motivating fitness challenges along the way.

Fantastic experience: Before joining HIIT Essendon I felt unfit and unmotivated and like I’d never be able to make changes to how I felt about my health and fitness. I took the seven day trial to see what the gym was about and found both Fi the owner and the people who attend the classes super welcoming. Four months later I can’t believe the change in my energy levels, my general fitness and the way I feel about my body. Committing to regular classes is super easy because you can livestream from home or go into the studio. Fi is super supportive and checks in regularly and is motivating and fun and heaps of women bring their kids in and everyone helps each other. I honestly can’t believe how good I feel now and how just committing, eating well (most of the time!) and turning up yields results. I’ve gone from having zero strength and not being able to do even one burpee to leaping around with the best of them. I also have some old injuries and the classes offer variations for the exercises you can’t do so you can totally set your own pace. Recommend to everyone!!!

Fantastic experience: I work from home mostly and I am really enjoying the online classes, now about 3 months. There are also on-demand classes when you cannot attend the live stream version, which is so convenient! Fiona is fun and caring. I am glad I joined – I feel fitter, stronger and healthier!

Fantastic experience: I was new to the area and was looking for classes to recommence my fitness journey as I’d become quite unfit - I couldn’t be happier with the HIIT factory! The class variety is amazing (cardio, weights, Pilates etc) and I love the 30 min format as I started off doing a couple of days a week and am now attending 6 sessions a week and seeing some big changes in my fitness. I really look forward to my daily session as I train alongside some lovely people and I feel so supported by Fi as she is so positive and genuinely encourages me every session. The beats are bangin’, the equipment is high quality and clean and I always finish with a smile, albeit a sweaty one…there is so much I love about the HIIT factory!

Fantastic experience: I love so much about the HIIT Factory, Essendon. Firstly Fi is such a lovely person and has great energy from 6.15am on Monday that lasts all through the week! She takes extra care to check in to see how you’re going and I find that very motivating. The classes are fun and efficient with flexibility to do them in the studio or online - both work for me depending on what my day is looking like. Fantastic experience: I first spoke to Fiona in Dec 2020 about starting classes and Fiona was helpful and answered all my questions plus helped me sign up for a trial at first. After the trial finished I signed on to be a regular at the classes as they give me exactly what I want. A quick high intense workout and I can choose to go into the studio or do it live on Zoom at home. Having the ability to do a live class has given me the opportunity to incorporate an exercise routine into my work day. Also the fact Fiona and other instructors interact with you during the class and encourage you to continue doing your best is definitely why I have lasted this long. I think its important to feel comfortable with instructors when on a weight-loss journey and so I highly recommend The HIIT Factory Essendon.

Fantastic experience: I started with Fi while in lockdown, and it was the best decision I made. I love that they are quick workouts, that you can do at your own pace with no pressure & you definitely know you have done a workout at the end. It also gets me motivated for the day ahead. The zoom sessions are perfect for me due to location & other commitments. Fi makes you feel a part of the room and group every session you are in. She also keeps in regular contact to check in and see how you are doing & for encouragement.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love HIIT Factory Essendon. Fi has so much energy that you can feel as you walk in the room. This past year we were unlucky to go through lock downs- but soooo lucky to be able to keep fit with Fi by live streaming classes. All clients are super happy and smiling. The work is hard- but so worth it at the end. I love attending classes at the venue- a church. We all have a love of HIIT in there and Fi is our wonderful coach. After 3.5 years, I still can't get enough.

Fantastic experience: I was never a big group fitness fan but once I tried a few classes at The Hiit Factory Essendon, I found my place. The team is friendly, welcoming and supportive. You can work at your own level of fitness and not feel intimidated. Classes are always varied and at varying levels if difficulty. Fi is always encouraging and gets the best out of you. I owe my health and fitness to Fiona and her team. Give it a try .... but be warned, it's addictive.
