Club Lime Titanium Pyrmont

Negative experience: I had an uncomfortable experience with a trainer at Pyrmont Club, where I felt intimidated. I reported the issue to the manager and the central office, but two weeks have passed, and I haven’t received a satisfactory response. This has made me feel anxious about returning to the gym. I feel like my well-being hasn’t been prioritized. If you’ve experienced something similar at this club and felt unheard, please let me know. I’d like to know if I’m the only one.

Fantastic experience: Clean, good equipment, not too busy on peak times and good price

Positive experience: Highly rate this gym. Whilst was skeptic seeing some negative reveiws, but I can confirm this is a good gym where they try their best to keep the good hygene standard unlike Fitness First. The equipments are well maintained and looked after. Good squat racks and compound zone. Also, classes are good as well. The only thing missing is the leg raise support equipment for abs and few mirrors would be good near the lat pull down area in the middle section on the empty walls. Overall, very good gym, good funtional equipment, aesthetic bathroom - highly recommend if you are in Pyrmont. I also visited their Gold Coast gym, that was phenomenal as well.

Fantastic experience: Love this gym and the friendly staff. The Thursday morning class with Lucas is great, he’s super helpful and ensures I have good technique. I’ve started private sessions with him and have never felt stronger. Would highly recommend!!

Negative experience: Went to try out this gym because I just moved to the area. Before I start at a new gym I would like to try out the equipment. I was not allowed to take a free trial, while my girlfriend who came one day before was allowed to do so? He only wanted to give me a 3-minute tour and then I had to sign the membership. The way the guy spoke to me was so dismissive and rude. It made me feel so unwelcome and gave me a really uncomfortable experience. I will sign up with another gym in the area because of the bad customer service.

Negative experience: I bought 1 drink from the vending machine and I tried to pay by card they took double the price and I didn't get my drink!!! Is this stealing people or what? I will never stop talking about your vending machine service. I will share my bad experience every where and in all social media. It's really stealing us

Negative experience: Avoid at all costs smells damp and they charge a $20 fee for missing a payment.

Negative experience: I recently moved to Pyrmont and have been shopping around for a new gym. I called in the afternoon to make sure it was okay to come in for a trial. Upon arrival I was treated with so much disregard and was made to wait over 15mins just to get someone to show me around the gym. I do not want to call my experience micro aggressive/racist but that’s definitely how I felt. Best case scenario this was just mismanagement and poor customer service. Neither are a good. Do better.

Positive experience: Thursday Morning Functional Class with Lucas is always exceptional. Great Atmosphere and good Coach. Located close to Pyrmont Bay. The Gym has a good shower and essential gadgets such as Hair dryer and hair straightener, but doesn’t have Iron and Ironing Board - which makes it a tad incomplete, hence the 4Star.

Fantastic experience: A very nice club. Great range of modern weights and cardio equipment available and awesome that all machines are well spaced out so people don’t get in each others ways.

Positive experience: Great Gym All staff have been amazing over the years except one who told me all men are f&*king pigs when I was advising about the status of cleanliness in the men's bathroom. Cleanliness of gym is great however the male bathroom is average and sauna smells like it rarely gets cleaned. Still a great sauna.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic equipment and facilities. Best looking gym so far, but they may like to bring in some abdominal machines as this place doesnt have any oddly enough.

Positive experience: I have been with this gym a year, but lately there is a lot young boy teenagers came in here after hour or weekend taken non members in here any make a lot noise disturb or people.

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff - the reception is always so helpful. Has reformer classes. (Love them! The ones I've been to are more like traditional reformer and not the HIIT reformer. Peak pilates machines) Clean, good equipment, has everything I need. I only go 6pm after work. At 6pm it's busy but not packed. 7:30pm - fairly quiet and the equipment I need are always free

Fantastic experience: Travelling into Sydney for a couple of days. Staff hooked me up as a HIIT republic member and looked after me.

Negative experience: Way too many people going here now. Been coming here for around 8 months, just tried to get in and there was easily 80 people in here. 13:10 27/2/23. Seriously having to consider going to another gym now. Wayyyy too many people. Especially for the price. Always running some sort of promotion for new members trying to cram people in… Even the best gyms are only worth it if you can actually get onto some equipment… this is still a good gym but way too many people now. It’s crazy. This gym is well and truely starting to loose its way. It’s a shame as up until the last 6 weeks or so, the gym has been pretty much flawless.

Positive experience: It was a great gym when it just opened, but since then a lot has changed. Fans and equipment are covered in dust, they don't ever clean it. Also the towel paper in the man's changing room is gone now, I haven't seen it for a long time. Very disappointed!

Negative experience: $39 for an “activation fee”. Can’t believe gyms are still applying this idiotic fee. They’re going to charge you for wanting to join so you can give them money.

Fantastic experience: I've recently joined club lime Pyrmont. It's a great gym with high quality equipment, plenty of space to workout and friendly fitness professional staff. Highly recommend it

Fantastic experience: Clean, spacious, and close to light rail station - this is a perfect gym for local residents or people who work nearby and want to avoid a gym full of people. The club has provided smart phone/Apple Watch app for access and load check, and full range of equipments and well maintained change room and amenities like hand sanitisers and wipes. In summary, it’s worth $20 per week membership fee.

Fantastic experience: I have recently shifted from another gym to this one and I am overly happy. The gym is very spacious and I can always find the equipment I need without queuing. Every piece of equipment is the latest technology, very modern even in its design. Staff is excellent and friendly. The cleaning staff is incredible, they keep the place SPOTLESS - gym floor and locker rooms are the cleanest I have ever seen!!! Love this place!

Negative experience: It’s ok but it’s not very clean even the sign that says tell us if it’s not clean needs cleaning‍♂️. This weekend all the toilets have been out of action so you can imagine how much of a disaster that is and there’s nobody on hand to inform. —- I have emailed as suggested and NOTHING HAS CHANGED.

Fantastic experience: I’ve trained here since it’s opened - probably one of the best gyms I’ve been too. State of the art fitout, brand new equipment and not too busy which is a major bonus. 24/7, clean gym and friendly staff. The best thing is loads of lifting platforms will defo be going back

Fantastic experience: Probably the best commercial gym in at least a 10km radius. Fully decked with solid, modern equipment; 24 hr access; friendly staff all at competitive pricing. If you’re remotely near this gym it’s easily your best option.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Club Lime Pyrmont for about 4 months now and I have to say it's up there with the best gyms I've trained at. It's very spacious as opposed to most overcrowded gyms these days, the equipment is top of the range, and it's always clean and tidy. The staff are also friendly which is a novelty these days!

Fantastic experience: I have trained in this gym since it was opened. Their staff are extremely courteous and friendly. The locker and change rooms are immaculate and very clean. It has easy to use locking system to house your belongings and shower facilities are very modern and well though-out. It offers wide range of high quality and the latest gym equipment. It even has re-chargeable massage guns. The gym is very clean, tidy and well-organised, their staff and members take cleanliness seriously. There are disinfectant wipes available throughout and everyone is encouraged to wipe down their equipment after use. I also love that it is open 24/7 and easy to access with their app.

Fantastic experience: I have trained at a few gyms in the area and Club Lime is by far the BEST gym around! Such a pleasant environment to train in - The staff are vey helpful and knowledgeable, the layout is very thought out and spacious and the club is always kept immaculate. A state of the art facility with all of the top brands of equipment. A huge offering of cardio equipment, machines and free weights to meet all your fitness needs. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: This gym is NEXT LEVEL! The most premium, luxe and incredible fitness club I have ever stepped foot in. It's massive, with a huge range of equipment, and I love how affordable the Reformer Pilates and gym membership is - so much better than my old Reformer Pilates studio. 10/10!

Fantastic experience: What a stunning gym! Heaps of space, top of the line equipment (alphafit & technogym), incredibly large group fitness studio, helpful and knowledgeable personal trainers and even the bathrooms are amazing! This has got to be one of the best and premium gym facility I have seen and is the flagship gym in NSW for Club Lime. It is worth just going in to look to see how premium gyms SHOULD look like! Also located right next to the tram line making it super convenient to get to.
