Positive experience: Very big and spacious, didn’t have to wait for any machines and bryanna was lovely at front desk

Negative experience: Membership payment - I have been trying to get a hold of someone at world gym busselton for 3 years regarding a membership cancellation that occurred in 2022. I have called numerous times and emails multiple times. I am still being chased for payment that should have been actioned well over 3 years ago. I will not be paying this as i moved to Perth, outside of the distance radius for the gym per my contract. I am extremely disappointed in the service provided and cannot believe i am still trying to close this.
Given the fact you are unable to provide any evidence of ever contacting us, and yet we have evidence of months upon months of us attempting to contact you, it would seem your claims (and therefore this review) is flawed. There is no record of you ever making such a request. There is however plenty of records of us trying to contact and assist you. You actively chose to ignore all communications and accumulated a great deal of debt - this is through no fault of our business, and we will not be liable for your debt to the third-party businesses you have impacted. As per every form of contact we've ever sent - we are here to help and welcome your respectful and cooperative efforts to assist you further.

Fantastic experience: I'm 62 years old. I hated gym and mirrors! 8 weeks ago, after years of being sick, medicated and exhausted, I started doing HIIT and weights 3 days a week with WGB personal trainer Karyn Beeson. Cannot believe how much my body is changing and how great I feel! Karyn has been so responsive to my needs and has been taking progress photos. Look at the change in just 8 weeks! WGM has great equipment, facilities and staff, and plenty of non-mirror workout areas. One of the best things, for me, is the diversity of ages/shapes/sizes and how supportive and down to earth everyone is - as an older, overweight person I feel welcome and motivated. The prices are good; I'm on a pretty tight budget but it's manageable - and worth every cent.

Fantastic experience: What an amazing way induction and the staff were so helpfull and full of knowledge. What a gym. And. It to mention the shakes. oMG!!!! Bring on the mango. I can’t say enough of Theo’s place. (I really can’t ). “Choking on shake”””. But really. Get down here and join up. It’s amazing service and you just don’t want to leave, and I must say Karen went above and beyond making me a shake even when she had said she was finishing, awesome work Karen, love going to world gym busso!!!!

Fantastic experience: I have had a great experience with World Gym and the staff at Busselton. Nothing is too hard and they are always happy to help. The group classes are great and Ive really enjoyed the Hot Yoga, a lot more than I thought I would!! Would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to join up. :)

Fantastic experience: Went for a visit to Bussleton and got a 7 day gym pass. Every person that worked there was friendly and when I asked for help with a spot, helped me with what I needed to get done. Has pretty much everything you need to do most if not all exercises you can think of.

Fantastic experience: Have been a member for nearly 2 years. Was my first gym experience and naturally I was nervous and self conscious. But the team is super welcoming and happy to help which set my mind at ease. Highly recommend if you are a newbie to the gym or a seasoned trainer.

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym definitely the best outside of perth.. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, The gym equipment is modern and well maintained with plenty of variety.. Would definitely improve the water refill station as it's pretty slow and they might wanna think about putting up a few signs to warn of excessive perfume usage by female gym goers

Fantastic experience: Great variety of classes and experienced instructors. Lots of class times available. I mainly do yoga and pilates and can generally get into the classes I want. The staff are very friendly and have always been helpful.

Fantastic experience: Excellent facilities and friendly atmosphere. "A" class equipment on the gym floor and very knowledgeable PT's. Where else can you do a HITT class, Reformer Pilates, Yoga and have access to the sauna and the gym equipment? Been a member for 2 years and love this kind of access, can't beat it.
