Fantastic experience: Has everything you'll need for a decent work out

Negative experience: Ungodly filthy gym with zero hygiene practices. Not once in 2 years did I see a single trainer clean it sanitiser anything. If there was an option for zero stars it would get that. The owner doesn't care, ignores any all complaints and just hires new staff and signs new members on instead of fixing equipment, cleaning or addressing issues.

Negative experience: This gym never answers their phones I have been calling for the last three to four weeks to get some assistance and no one answered I had to call another gym that is no where near me and they answered right away and they were the most nicest person ever honestly think i might drive all the way there instead of this gym. Really disappointed with this gym’s services.

Negative experience: Everything negative that’s been said in the comments is still present to this day and memberships have gradually gotten more expensive. After staffed hours it’s a nightmare

Negative experience: Since you deleted my comments on Facebook, ill give you a nice review here. Manager at this venue wouldnt give me (male) no sign up fee or match my current gym pricing but he would give it to my partner when she called (female) he is a creep and rude human. Choose your gym wisely peeps. This one isnt it. Plus he is managing the new one at Logan reserve. Dont sign up here. Well if you a female. Males prepair to pay max prices and have a useless manager

Negative experience: Poorly managed gym and a little tyrant of a manager, sad to see the gym being run to the ground ! Manager of this gym gives AF a bad reputation ! Not accurate with his processes and under-qualified for his job I hope AF get rid of him other wise they will continue to be a sub par gym, leaving this gym is the best thing I ever did. 1 star is the best I could give avoid this gym at all costs so many better gyms around for better money, facilities and staff !

Fantastic experience: Just to begin with, the atmosphere and facilities are amazing. As for personal trainers, I had my first session with Jayden this morning and what can I say. She’s is also amazing. If you are a beginner, the look her up. She listens and takes everything into consideration. Looking forward to spending a lot more time here.

Positive experience: Nice for a small gym. 4 squat/power racks so always a positive for a gym this size, but can get busy so it can be a hassle to get the equipment you need.

Positive experience: Disappointed they forced my husband to buy a new swipe when he already had one (other AF gyms don’t do this) BUT he is happy overall with the gym and customer service from the guys at the desk. ***Owner of the gym should really review this change, when transferring memberships there is no real reason to charge them for a new key if they have the existing one… transferring or reactivating a swipe is very simple and easy to do. It’s called extortion***

Fantastic experience: Joining anytime crestmead is the best decision i ever made. The equipment and the facilities is top quality. But its the staff like Ramona with her welcoming smile and her infectious positivity and know how thats helped me personally achieve my goals in the last 10 weeks I've lost 12kgs of fat and gained 5kgs in muscle her advice has helped me become a better version of myself. Fantastic experience: Good location of gym. Always busy. Could do with industrial floor based fans, as can get really hot and no air circulation inside the gym I feel. Even with the ceiling fans. I'm yet to experience the gym in summer time. But better airflow and fans could be provided. But overall enjoy the gym and it's location.

Fantastic experience: Signed up to Anytime Fitness at Crestmead just under a month ago and so glad I did. Affordable prices and being able to go 24/7 is a great incentive. Equipment is all new so it's the highest of quality, plenty of machines for every type of workout and exercise and everything is kept very clean. Staff are always welcoming and friendly. My only worry is that the gym may become too crowded with new members signing up everyday, It is quite a small gym so hopefully it doesn't become full to the point of not being able to get a park or a machine. Otherwise this is a great gym and perfect location for myself!

Negative experience: don't bother signing up just wait at the door and get a friend to scan you in, its what everyone else does, perfect gym if you want to feel like you are in high school again, full of loud obnoxious teenagers that have no respect for anyone seeing as they are not even members of the gym, staff do not care either.

Negative experience: so small gym, when you try doing your training you need first see what time don't have too much people over there. another think before you sign the contract, the attendant does not tell you how works to the cancellation sign, after signing it, she tells you how to do it, that is fines and fines for you to try to cancel one day. very dodgy

Negative experience: We pay hundreds of dollars to go to this gym, just for the staff to allow whole cohorts of high school kids to prance in with a single dongle. At 11am on a Wednesday, there were groups of high-school kids waiting outside the gym waiting for their one friend with a membership to let everyone in. They all gather in the toilet area and were loud and obnoxiously playing around. As more and more kids show up, they gather around the purple mat area and start to box and fight each other with complete disregard of others. Despite being on the very edge of that mat and next to the machines, they were constantly backing close into me. As a small build woman, I’ve avoided gyms for this very reason. I assumed it would be fine considering how much they emphasised that the gym is MEMBERS ONLY, and that penalties will apply if you bring in non-members with your access key because they have cameras and facial recognition. Apparently not, upon confronting the group and the PT, we were informed by BOTH people that the manager allows this type of behaviour. Update: we came in a week later and absolutely nothing has been done about it. Only promised that something would be done AFTER we confronted the manager herself for a breach of the contract.

Fantastic experience: Needs a vomit bin

Negative experience: Gym was extremely small for its said size, equipment was cramped together and made the gym feel crowded. Blokes were staring unnecessarily at my female friend there creating a gross and uncomfortable atmosphere to be apart of. Sound system was of poor quality sounding like a radio in the corner, ruining the overall vibe and joy of training.

Positive experience: Great gym! Has plenty of equipment, and a heap of room for stretches, lunges or whatever else you might need to do. A lot of the equipment have images on them to show how to use it. And the app is extremely handy for either at-home exercises, or to set a routine for regular gym workouts.

Positive experience: Love the range of equipment and welcoming friendly staff the thing that let's this gym down is the cleanliness by far!! As a female using the bathroom it is daunting having to wipe everything down before using it because it is filthy.... Floors throughout the gym look like they haven't been vacuumed or mopped since it opened machines and lockers are dusty and are in desperate need of a good clean.

Negative experience: Advertised as a super gym, honestly lots of equipment if you enjoy being in the pockets of others training. Whatever happened to 1.5 metres across the board. Staff were somewhat dismissive, awkward location, this is far from a super club, redbank plains trumps this gym in every aspect.

Negative experience: Completely ridiculous calling it a super club and outright lying if they stand by that , and the prices compared to gyms 3 even 4 times bigger than it within a 15 minute drive makes it even more of a no go , 15.95 ( which is thier special ) for a 12 month membership of a gym that small a size is just classic anytime fitness , if there only difference as they "pitched" me is that they have hammer strength equipment ( barely any ) which all the other gyms in area have than it's extremely clear that whoever own this franchise just went with the stock standard anytime fitness pitch , put a couple hammer strength bits in thier , and then had the arrogance to call it a superclub .. save your money and go down the road and get a gym 3 even 4 times the size for the same price
