Plus Fitness 24/7 Bass Hill

Negative experience: Been coming to this gym for a few months now and everything seemed to be great until there was suddenly a random influx of childish school kids attending. It’s kind of annoying when you’re trying to attend the gym and all of a sudden you see kids in school uniform at the gym in large groups running around and punching each other or they’re just sitting in big groups around the machines wasting time. It makes it unpleasant to attend the gym that was actually quite nice before and is definitely be a reason for me not to renew my membership after the year contract but instead go to a different gym.

Negative experience: The most run-down GYM ever. The equipments are not maintained at all. See photos as reference. The walls are badly damaged, as well. I am absolutely surprised that they can operate like this.

Negative experience: I wasn't able to tear my tits apart because their dumbbells were limited to only 50kg. It would have been nice if I could rip my ribcage apart with dumbbells weighing at least 70kg.

Fantastic experience: Hilson and the Plus Fitness staff at Bass hill is very exceptional in the work they do and I can clearly see the effort the whole team puts out in the gym. The community at Plus Fitness Bass Hill has very strong sense of belonging where I feel safe and welcome overall.

Fantastic experience: This is the only gym where I feel comfortable and confident training! It’s always clean and staff are always, welcoming, friendly and willing to assist members! Couldn’t recommend this gym more

Fantastic experience: This gym has everything I need and more! The variety of machines and weights is good! I also appreciate the 24/7 access, so I can work out whenever my schedule allows.

Negative experience: Gym is very good nice and cozy, regarding to equipment it is up to date and very clean hardly any scratch marks or sticky marks which is a plus, in the other hand staff could be better there is reports where they tend to be in the meta world of tick tok and instagram reels to promote which is highly understandable but it’s a gym end of the day not a dance party but main concern is that members that lift heavy weight do not return the weights to the racks like you want big go for it at least return the weights if your strong enough to return it at least return it and I feel like gyms tend to not bring this issue up or do anything about, most of the staff are great some are there just to purely waste time and the members as well that train there let’s say 40% of them love Hogg in the weights and having a tea party I believe that’s a issue that has to be rectified. Fantastic experience: Best gym in the area, wide range of equipments, super clean, all the staff are so friendly and welcoming, makes me feel so much more at ease being a first time gym go-er, shout-out to Julie? (I think that’s her name), so attentive and was such a great help in showing me the gym and welcoming me to the new gym, I can’t wait to train and seeing the friendly faces

Negative experience: I have been a member since 2019 and still getting charged and I haven’t been there for almost 3 years, tried to cancel many times but when I get there they tell me the manager responsible is not there, and still a gentlemen I didn’t stop paying

Positive experience: I like Plus Fitness Bass Hill because the staff are very friendly and helpful and the place is large enough to accommodate all your gym needs, but small enough not to be over crowded and waiting to use the machines.

Negative experience: I dont go anymore, I don't feel comfortable with all the men in the gym at the one time.

Fantastic experience: If you're looking for a Plus Fitness to call home, look no further. Bass Hill Plus Fitness has a very clean space, a wonderful staff team who couldn't be more helpful and amazing members to match it. The equipment is regularly maintained and looked after, not to mention updated constantly to fit your needs no matter what field of training you strive for. It's quite chill in the mornings and through the late night which is perfect for people like myself who enjoy taking their time on sets and having heaps of breathing room. They've got a supplements store with reasonable pricing, a massive variety of equipment even for the gym's size and very clean bathrooms with dedicated spots to dispose of female hygeine products. Oh and did I mention? You also get a free training session with a top of the line personal trainer just for joining, which really helped me when I first joined as I had no idea what I was walking into when I first started. I've been going here for 8 months now and I've never looked back even once.

Fantastic experience: The gym has a great atmosphere. The staff are super friendly and great to have a chat to before getting into your workout. They have recently added a second bench press which is great because I don’t have to wait for a bench on chest days.

Fantastic experience: The staff here are very helpful and friendly, always open for a chat, big up to Julianne and Tony! The gym is always tidy and filled with satisfied members reaching their dream physique. By far this gym tends to always have a sense of welcoming to all members. I’m currently training with one of the personal trainer in this gym, Daniel. He excels in everything a personal trainer stands for, he goes above and beyond and is super knowledgeable. I’ve been training with Daniel for a while now and would highly recommend him to everyone who need help with reaching their health and fitness goals.

Fantastic experience: Absolute cracker of a gym. The equipment is top notch and the layout is very logical, the gym is also kept very clean. The gym space itself is massive with modern facilities and some gym equipment I haven't seen in other plus fitness gyms. There's a good amount of floor space dedicated to squat racks and there's also a deadlift platform as well. Located right next to maccas (which is dangerous for a post gym sesh bite) so there is ample parking nearby. Also located near MIDAS in case you need to get your car fixed while you're working out. Great gym, would highly recommend.
