Fantastic experience: Have been a member of zone for just under three years. This gym is the only place that has ever made me want to go! The staff are knowledgeable, the instructors are passionate and the gym is always SO clean. Everyone is very welcoming and you feel like part of the family. Going to miss zone when I leave adelaide!

Fantastic experience: I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks so normal busy gyms don’t suit me, the zone is small & people are friendly and the trainers are not the pushy type. They leave you alone if that’s what you want. I only just started but looking forward in improving my health physically bad mentally and enjoying the gym. It’s also good price and would recommend the place, for a single dad having the crèche is great and it’s run very professionally

Fantastic experience: This gym has a great variety of Les Mills classes and even offers virtual classes which means more classes can run through out the whole day, perhaps also a good start for people who may be a little shy when beginning. The rooms I found to be highly motivating and the equipment is of good quality and condition. The lay out of the gym floor is not over crowded and clean and simple, some equipment may be a little dated compared to other gyms but still does the job. This gym is also open 24/7 which is great and the staff are very friendly and encouraging.

I'm no muscle bound person however feel very much at home in the gym. The coffee is also the best....

Fantastic experience: I've been going for almost a month and have enjoyed every minute being there. The staff are polite and very welcoming and the atmosphere isn't as intimidating as other gyms which means you can use thr equipment comfortably without being shy, scared or nervious. DEFINITELY recommend going to this gym. ☺
