Fantastic experience: A highly cost-effective gym with caring and knowledgeable trainers. Scott helped me stay in shape and guided my diet, tailoring everything to my needs. I highly recommend this gym!

Negative experience: I used this gym for 9 month probably. During my recent 3 months membership one of the employees came and told me, "You are still coming to this gym? You haven't paid for the membership. You need to pay", when obviously I had paid for it just a week ago. Just I had paid for the membership with other employee (probably the owner). Whatever the case, I didn't feel like going there again coz I felt like I would be judged for not paying for the membership. I had bought 3 months membership and I thought I have every right to be there so I went there for a month but lost the motivation to go there after that. Wasted the remaining two month. Won't be going there again.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member for almost 4 months. With the friendly teachings of a personal trainer and CrossFit once a week, I lost 11 kg in 3 months. It is a particularly cost-effective gym. I highly recommend exercising here.
