Negative experience: This Gym is closing... If they say the fee is 16.95 what they really mean is $20.50 or maybe 21.00... don't sign until you read it, what they say by mouth is not true, just sounds good 16.95 but it's not that at all and once you sign, your locked in! So read or don't sign.

Negative experience: Beware of there dodgy membership tactics l signed my 13 year old son up after 1 month he didn't wanna go back I tried cancelling his membership but couldn't l have to pay the entire 6 months and then give 4 weeks notice of membership l understand holding adults to these agreements but a 13 year old no wonder there going under l was thinking about joining but but will now reconsider

Fantastic experience: I came to this gym for a casual visit as one of my friends trains here and had ask to train together. The gym has a good vibe and nice machines. Staff are really nice and friendly particularly Liam who was working whilst I was there. He was welcoming when I had entered the gym and even offered me a tour of the gym which was helpful! Overall great experience.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member at the gym for about 3 months now and I have been loving my experience here. Liam is very warm and welcoming whenever I come in and definitely makes the best shakes. Marie is also always very friendly and helpful, and makes really great shakes too. They have made my experience at the gym amazing and I always look forward to coming in to a warm welcome. Ben is nice too and has great taste in music. Coach Annalise is definitely one of the best coaches and I have been loving her 6:30pm Tuesday DUT Class. Overall, an amazing gym with an incredible environment.

Fantastic experience: I love this gym! The staff and coaches are fantastic. The classes for both kids and adults are amazing. It’s a little on the small side regarding equipment but it makes up for this with the personal touch and the classes.

Negative experience: I trained at UFC for about a year I must say the people are great very friendly and helpful. The gym itself it’s ok not a WOW, I personally got bored as the environment is not motivating enough there’s no culture. Even the music they play is boring it makes you want to sleep instead . The gym definitely needs machines they barely have any which is annoying. Closing hours too early specially on a Saturday 4pm … this is not suitable for most people specially those who work and I must say it is expensive from the shakes to the membership! A single visit is $30 !!!!! That’s insane compared to other gyms. If you decide to contact them for a trial be prepared for the endless calls daily for you to sign up! I am just giving my honest opinion!

Negative experience: "We have GREAT NEWS! UFC GYM Gregory Hills is relocating to UFC GYM Macarthur Square!" This was at the top of the email that I received recently. This is not GREAT NEWS. They "relocated" customers with less than a weeks notice, that is poor behaviour, they should have given at least a months notice. Also they were still taking memberships in the month before the closure, were these people warned about the imminent closure, I think not. The travel time alone makes this great "opportunity", an impossibility, travel times are longer, there is greater traffic, we have to park farther away, walk longer to get into the gym, the timing does not work for many of us. I started coming here and really enjoyed the community built within the gym, I liked coming in and seeing familiar faces, and also the new faces that would come in. I was going to eventually being my children here as well, to take in the MMA, boxing, and DUT classes. Now that is all gone. After founding out we talked about where we would go, which gyms, what locations, how the location and timing suited our little UFC community. Within a week, our community was swept away, gone with the winds of change. Sadly I most likely won't ever see some of these people that I established relationships with ever again. There are other costs as well, I had recently bought some nice leather gloves, and a drink bottle with a straw, intending to use these for all the boxing and MMA classes that I would attend, at least 3 times a week. The gloves now sit dormant, silent shiny and black, like 2 black holes that punch holes in my heart. This gym closure is another in the list of recent UFC gym closures, Balcatta in Perth, UFC Castle Hill and also UFC Blacktown. UFC Parramatta was closed, and its member relocated to Wetherill Park, which is a 25 min drive without traffic. UFC Penrith closed its doors without warning. UFC Macarthur Square was an independent franchise which collapsed and has now been taken back by the franchise. Also I participated in the Myzone Contender Challenge, and to my surprise, the person who won the competition outright was Maz Hagemrad, who accumulated almost double the number of Myzone points that I had. Maz Hagemrad is the owner of UFC GYM Australia, seems like a conflict of interest to me, guess he'll be happy with his prizes.

Negative experience: Lady at the reception was way too rude. You do realise there are another 10 gyms around your radius.

Fantastic experience: I joined a boxing conditioning group training with Coach Abby and it is one of the best trainings I have ever had. She is very considerate and keeps an eye on everyone, her energy shows that she loves what she does, that is helping people reach their fitness goals. Will book a PT sesh with her soon.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful atmosphere with postive vibes. This gym is has excellent cleanliness and is well represented by staff who are friendly and very approachable. Showers are clean and lovely protein station after workout. I have been to many gyms but one thing that stood out was how the environment supports a healthy mindset to train as staff are friendly, supportive and very accommodating. Well done Gregory Hills team for making us feel welcome.

Negative experience: Very good customer service until We said that we have fitness passport and then there was change in his tone and body language...

Negative experience: I would not recommend it. They have horrible employees and a tendency of "accidentally" taking more money out of your account than they should.

Positive experience: So neat and tidy. The care about COVID safety, wiping down all their equipment. I only got to do their kickboxing class and I admit, it was awesome. Friendly staff.

Negative experience: Signed up to a 3 month GYM membership. Found out two weeks after signing up that I was pregnant. Due to COVID my doctor advised not to attend the gym due to health reasons. I requested my GYM memberahip to be cancelled as I was only two weeks in. This was refused and I am now left paying the whole 3 months. Cancelling the membership would have cost them nothing as I just signed up. No understanding from this GYM or any compassion. Will not recommend them to any of my friends or family.

Positive experience: I haven't been inside a gym in 20 years, as you could tell if you could see me. Nice looking gym though.

Fantastic experience: Great amount of classes & other services provided such as protein shakes etc. For those looking at getting in basic training you got it here, for those looking at getting into boxing, kickboxing, BJJ, wrestling etc you also have this here! Family friendly & great for a fitness centre. Have been a member of UFC gym for many years, signed up at Wetherill park & am now living closely to Gregory Hills, have also visited Parramatta with some other friends! Cam the Fitness Manager (FM) is very friendly. Well done guys! Keep up the good work! *POST COVID19 rules/regulation* You will need to call to book an hour spot even if you're just doing your own workout.

Negative experience: I want to inform that the staff working at this gym is unprofessional. First of all i went in to cancel my membership for which i was just given a form and had nothing explained to me by the staff. After that i spoke with Adriana apparently a manager at the gym where she advised that i had to pay a further 4 weeks of charges as it was written in the inital agreement (never explained) i was under the impression that there was free cancellation. After Adriana excitedly proved her point by reading some fine print, she proceeded to laugh in my face. UNPROFESSIONAL

Negative experience: so due to all whats happening these days i wanted to cancel my membership its too expensive and i was off work i went there to cancel and sign papers the guy told me its one month notice i explained to the receptionist that the gym was close, i couldn't give you a month notice then he called the manger and she/he advised his that shes will call me back the 2ed day never did and the still taking money like what does it take you guys to have abit of understanding!!!!

Fantastic experience: I joined UFC Gym recently. This gym is great with very good equipment and classes. PTs really friendly. Especially Bella. Love her classes. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: Great place! The price for the memberships is low and affordable, their accommodations and facilities are fantastic. Really nice staff and PTs, just one problem, it’s a wee bit too crowded in my opinion, nevertheless, it’s a great place ️‍♀️

Fantastic experience: I love this gym. It's like a Martial arts club / Gym hybrid! And the boxing conditioning classes involve each participant having their own bag to work on. Awesome.

Negative experience: I rang this gym in the hope to get a three day trial only to be told that there is no free 3 day trial, I needed to pay $25 for a casual visit or sign up. I asked the guy what gym doesn't give interested customers a trial to see whether they enjoy the gym or not. He said I don't make the rules. I mentioned all other UFC gyms offer this. It is ridiculous to expect a customer to sign up without trialling the place. Not happy and went elsewhere.
