Negative experience: Now it's just another predatory gym. Would give 0 stars if it was an option. Went in back in February shortly after it changed owners and started upping the price to cancel and was told it was taken care of. Cut to yesterday. I get a text and email (the first since cancelling except some Melbourne Cup promo spam) saying I now owe them $600 in membership. Went in to talk to them and work out why I'm being charged after I cancelled in February and they tell me they never did it. When I pointed out they hadn't contacted me in any way since they said they didn't have to. When I told the new owner I wasn't paying $600 they threatened to extort me! Saying they'd destroy my credit if I didn't. And also, threatened to sue me for defamation if I told people what they were trying to do. Which just shows you they've done this before since they had that prepped and ready. THEN as I was leaving they shouted abuse at me shouting that the hoped I died on the way home! Clearly just another predatory gym now. Which is just sad as it used to be amazing when Enoch was running it, but now it's just extortion and abuse.

Negative experience: A great small gym for the last 1+ year I was a member and Enoch owned the place. Now new owners have taken over and upped the weekly price from $13.95 to $17.95 (plus a $1.50 transaction fee each fortnight so really it's $18.70 per week) and the justification being because of one new machine and a few bits of secondhand equipment being brought in. I didn't receive any notification that there would be a price increase, despite them telling me I got an email. Proved that I didn't, but they won't refund me and still want me to wait the four weeks notice period to cancel my membership. Only offered to put me back at my old membership price if I went on a contract. ACCC have been contacted. Can't expect people to pay large chain membership prices for a gym the size of a shed. Great way to lose members.

Fantastic experience: Joining this gym a year ago was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! The equipment and the atmosphere is unmatched. Sophie, the owner, is not just knowledgeable and professional but genuinely inspiring her energy is contagious! The sense of community here makes every workout feel motivating. Since joining, my strength has skyrocketed, and my confidence has grown beyond what I thought possible.

Fantastic experience: This gym has everything you need, is open 24/7, is spacious and roomy, and Enoch the owner is so lovely. He’s very helpful, relaxed and understanding. I would 100% recommend this gym.

Fantastic experience: Love my local gym Ufit! Enoch the owner is super friendly, always around to offer an hand (or spot) and tinkering and upgrading the equip to make the experience even better. Painted walls, new plates and extra squat rack all in the last 2 months! If you’re in the Gaythorne /Keperra / Mitchie / Arana Hills area and looking for a gym I’d highly recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: Very relaxed and friendly environment for new and long standing members. Spacious floor plan with no crowding around the machines. The machines are all modern and kept clean. Owner is a top notch guy; always happy to help out new members. The best gym in the Northern Brisbane Metropolitan area~ and Ive tried a lot of them.

Fantastic experience: Best gym with all the equipment needed. Great, friendly helpful owner. I always go back when I'm living local. Please check this gem out even if you only want cardio workouts. Treadmills, rowing machines and bikes with TV screens to entertain. If you need a Personal Trainer, these are available. Showers and toilets in house. Discount at the drive through coffee franchise with gym membership.

Clean, well maintained and cared for space and equipment, absolute bangers playing, well spaced out machines so you feel like you're in your own zone. Lots of parking, well lit, definitely worth getting a membership :)

Enoch and Alicia are the nicest of owners and offer such an amazing family-like experience at U-FIT 24/7. The atmosphere is welcoming and everyone is super friendly. Couldn’t recommend this gym enough. 11/10.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to this gym since not long after it opened and I honestly have never been in a better gym. Never too crowded and a great atmosphere. Enoch, the owner, is great, friendly and amazingly supportive. The trainers are amazing as well. Has helped me through my fitness and heath ups and downs and I love going down there for a workout or to hit some pads. Even having moved away I still go there as much as possible. 5/5!

A little bit about Enoch the owner - he is a fantastic guy - he genuinely cares about the members of the gym - helping me reach my goals and giving great advice - making sure that everyone who goes to the gym has a positive experience. Not only that, but Enoch and the other staff are great people and awesome to have a fun chat with. The gym has a really positive vibe to it, and even if you've never been to a gym before in your life - that is no problem, because the gym's own slogan "Everybody fits in" is completely true. Its a very welcoming gym with great people there. I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone, regardless of experience.

Fantastic experience: I have never been a fan of gyms, as I have found the exercise routines boring, and quite frankly I haven't had the back bone to keep it up . But since I have joined Ufit 24/7 I am hooked. Enoch have created personlised programs for me that suits my body type and ailments, and not least my personality. It is not a chore to go and I love that I can come any time of the day, when it suits me. The dot over the I is that the weekly fee's very reasonable and there is no contract. Everyone can afford to join.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of this gym since June 2017. This gym is very different to the larger gyms I had previously been a member of as it feels a lot more personal. The staff are always very friendly and welcoming and because the gym is open 24/7 it is very rare that you have to wait for a machine or a weights bench.
