Positive experience: Pros: Great variety of equipment, great amenities. Cons: Parking during peak times and the air conditioning is non-existent.

Negative experience: Gym is shut down for renovations for much longer than anticipated, and plus fitness continues to charge payments even for those that can't afford to go to nearby gyms.

Fantastic experience: Plus fitness Moorebank is an exceptional club. Both owners Kevin and Margaret are great communicators and show a great deal of care not only for the club but also it's members. They truly go above and beyond in making sure everyone feels welcomed and safe. Having also worked with Theresa, she's displayed a great deal of knowledge and professionalism as a Personal Trainer. I can't recommend this team enough. Thanks for the recent upgrade in equipment and keep up the great work!

Negative experience: It's a good gym for what it is with good ventilation, well lit with good facilities for hygiene. But this gym really needs to invest in a second barbell and more bumper plates since one really isn't enough. Sure there are other equipment but the fact I have to wait for people to finish their routine seems like something that could be easily avoided by getting another barbell and more plates. A gym should accommodate for people to lift weights too and not purely use machines and cardio machines

Negative experience: Too small and cramped. Machines are too close together and when using free weights you feel like you are on top of the person next to you

Fantastic experience: The reason why I joined this gym over other known gyms is because the staff truly care for their members. Due to medical conditions, unfortunately, I haven't been able to continue my membership and the staff has been supportive throughout until cancellation. If you're looking to start your fitness regime again, I highly recommend Plus Fitness Moorebank. Highly!

Fantastic experience: I'm happy to say that the manager has taken care of the loud music complaint that I posted before. The volume levels are good now As my membership was up for renewel 2019.The manager really looked after me.The manager gave me a discount on my membership. Due to me taking a friend there to sign up for the 12months. And because we paid up in full The manager added a further discount to both memberships. It's not all about workout" it's about the SAVINGS $$$$$$

Negative experience: The good: They leave free fruit and deodorant out for anyone to partake The bad: Limited range of equipment Old and rusty equipment Mininal parking Limited floor space (people are walking into each other becaus gym equipment is squashed together) Membership costs the same price as all the other franchises.

Fantastic experience: I am very happy with my gym membership at Plus Moorebank. The staff are really friendly always saying "Hi" and having a chat with members and they have very high standards for keeping the gym clean.
