Fantastic experience: I was unhappy with my body and very anxious to work out in the gym, but I went to Morley Jetts a month ago and was welcomed by the amazing staff. I started using the equipment and the staff helped me on showing how each equipment set works and I’m so glad I can start my journey at Jetts Morley, the staff are so friendly and caring which made me feel so much more safe at the gym. I would recommend this gym to anyone with such amazing staff.

Negative experience: used to love this gym, would go everyday, 2 years ago, was a beautiful gym, beautiful people, the gym is quite dirty and very unhygienic, I’ve worked in science rooms with decomposed animals, it felt like that again, if the gym looked more alive and clean, there would be a lot more members… I’d love to see a comeback from this gym, I used to love this gym, it’s sad to see how it’s formed

Negative experience: I love training here for the convenience but the cleanliness and re-stocking of sanitising wipes and bathroom goods unfortunately lets this studio down.

Negative experience: I won’t recommend jetts Morley after i been member for 2 years and i decided to stop ,i send them an email where i ask to dont “automatically renew “but they didnt cancel me from the database . After I realised i was continuing to pay, i straight called them asking again to stop and refund me the money for the misunderstanding but they refused without show any common sense or gratitude for a 2years old member. Congratulations Jetts Morley you lost a customer and also your face for 29$

Positive experience: Big in size, the biggest Jetts i have been to actually. Ive been to a fair amount of Jetts and most are way to crowded and jammed in narrow spaces.

Fantastic experience: Plenty of equipment, and plenty of space. Equipment is older, but still works. Large sized gym. Never too crowded.

Fantastic experience: Thank you Jetts Morley for offering classes that cater for all people (fit, injured and recovering) being 13 weeks post back opp i have been very redistricted and J series just was never an option!!! I'm glad to see that you listen to everyone needs and offer an experience that caters to these needs and aren't blind sided by only offering one option!! ... Fantastic experience: They have an awesome range of equiptment (TRX...need I say more) and the st a f2f are super friendly. I moved here from another gym and so glad I changed:)

Positive experience: I've trained here for about 5 years and I consider it to be pretty good. Pros: friendly staff, decent equipment, 24 hour access, decent floor space. Cons: Parking can be a pain at times. Occasionally I have to wait for equipment but I suppose you get that at most gyms.

Negative experience: Horrible customer service

Negative experience: no stars if i could , staff are rude unhelpful

Positive experience: Trained here for over 2 years and overall enjoyed it. Good all rounder type gym but if you're into lifting weights bodybuilding style it's not ideal. Not enough machinery and equipment to go around at busy times

Positive experience: Staff are good people. BUT, .... to many time wasting douches on equipment playing with their phones, this is problem with most gyms. These people should be moved on by attentive staff. Not enough cleaning stations, machine post use cleaning not enforced. Use of towels on machines needs to be enforced. I try not to be a gym Nazi, but c'mon. This behaviour not tolerated in eastern states or most gyms internationaly. PEOPLE LEAVE THE PHONE AT HOME. Desperatley need better and more parking at this venue.

Negative experience: GYM SUCKS OVERCROWD ED D SMALL.HAVE TO WAIT 10 MIN FOR A MACHINE IF U NOT QUIK ENOUGH MAKE IT 20 MINS..VERY LIGHT WEIGHT ASWELL
