Fantastic experience: Brilliant support on all levels. My treatment and exercise plan are tailored to me and not to a formula. I have been welcomed and encouraged which has enabled my confidence as well as my physical improvement. I am 70 with chronic pain and mobility issues, my exercise physiologist is now my partner to getting me back to walking, swimming and everything.

Fantastic experience: Megan is by far the best chiropractor I've seen. The care she takes is second to none and she explains everything. I also take my 2yo to see Megan and after only 3 visits, she is comfortable enough to lay on the table by herself. Megan is super patient and makes sure my daughter feels safe and makes things fun for her.

Fantastic experience: Very good physiotherapy treatment! After two sessions my problems were resolved and the pain was almost gone. The welcome was also very friendly. The therapist was very professional and friendly. I will happily continue the exercises for home training. I can only recommend the practice.

I have been prescribed stretching and exercises at a level of competency and intensity that is achievable for me. I would recommend anyone attending here and having a go.

Fantastic experience: TPM is amazing. My 9 year old daughter has had 2 appointments now and i have been so impressed. From the friendly reception staff who are really welcoming to the wonderful Sioban who is treating my daughter. Sioban listens to my daughter, is kind and caring and takes the time to help us both understand the injury and the exercises to help. The physio app is amazing and as a busy mum i apreciate this app so much to help keep us on track and ensure we are doing the exercises right for the best outcome. Sioban uploads any new exercises before ive even gotten home. She responds to messages in such great time. Honestly, the whole experience is second to none and of such a high standard and i appreciate it alot.

Negative experience: I have visited the practice 3 times. The staff were very pleasant, however there was confusion with the scheduling of my appointments and the advice given by the exercise physiologists and the physiotherapist was totally contradictory. On reflection, I don’t believe that my underlying conditions were factored into my last appointment and as such I will not be returning. I would not recommend this practice to others.

Back pain ( fall in the garden ) was identified by Shane, explained anatomically and treated with massage and good sense with practical "does and don't". Ms Dale at the desk was patient and polite . Great work all round

Fantastic experience: I found the practitioner showed genuine concern for rehabilitation about my condition (broken arm). She said she would acquire X-rays from the hospital and set out an initial, gentle plan which I appreciated because of the pain level. I look forward to my next appointment

Currently attending the Surf Fit classes run by the super friendly & energetic Dael. I am really enjoying the different exercises and the great vibe in the class.

Fantastic experience: TPM really is a fantastic destination for your health in Woolgoolga. I’ve had a remedial massage with Christine who I found to be very knowledgeable with anatomy and easy to understand while being skilled at really getting to the problem I had with my neck and shoulder. Due to the nature of my issue I’ve also seen Exercise Physiologist Alan who has taught me exercises and stretches to do to suit my body and set goals for me to work towards. I would recommend this service in Woolgoolga and will definitely going back as my neck pain has already reduced. Thanks to the great team at TPM!

Fantastic experience: I've had 2 recent chiropractic treatments at TPM. Initially I was quite nervous but Megan soon put me at ease. She conducts therapy in a safe, calm and professional manner. I have a chronic issue and have already experienced a benefit and improvement which is great for my overall well-being.

He explained everything to me so that I could better understand my injury, the likely cause and the steps he would put in place for my for treatment plan. Already my doctor is totally happy with my improvement in such a short period of attending this service, that he's considering sending more of his patients here. Ciata is your to go physiotherapist & acupuncturist! She's very knowledgeable, honest, patient,kind,with great sense of humor and thinks outside the box, she takes her time to make sure you are well looked after, she's emotionally intelligent and highly experienced. They practice good hygiene at this service and genuinely care about client's needs/well being. The first day I checked in, I felt at home right away as Katie the front desk person is entirely friendly & delightful, with a most welcoming smile, so smart with making/managing appointments for clients. The entire staff at Woopi Physio are totally RESPECTFUL of you, no matter your background, you will feel totally safe in every aspect. I recommend Woopi Physio 100%. Hopefully I don't get hurt again, otherwise I will go back there for rehabilitation anytime,anyday.
