Positive experience: great gym a little small but had all the basics to get your session done, girl behind the desk on Friday afternoon was very friendly when i came to collect my card.

Negative experience: I approached the front desk to inquire about of discount in my credit card However, I was met with rude and disrespectful behavior from the staff member on duty. Despite my polite inquiry, they responded in a dismissive manner and made me feel unwelcome. This type of treatment is unacceptable and does not align with the values of customer service that Snap claims to uphold.

Positive experience: A smaller gym in the city to choose between the Snaps - unfortunately the bathroom is not up to scratch, it's mouldy and needs a good regular clean.

Fantastic experience: Super friendly and welcoming staff. Gym is well equipped, with everything you need

Negative experience: There is no choice with machines. Most of them broken and out of order for more than a month. All the time dirty and Toilets with bad smell. Water to refill the bottle with red light which means that the filter is gone already. Unacceptable.

Positive experience: Decent, but could splurge on a few trimmings like a water fountain and maybe his and hers bathrooms? But then SNAP is cheap, so well done for keeping the prices down I guess...

Negative experience: Good gym BUT there's no way to leave without paying extra money - they won't let you just stop paying, you have to pay for another month's worth of time before you stop, and there's no way to get out of it. Staff are friendly enough and the facilities are good, but seriously this is crazy.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff, has whats needed to do an effective work out. Doesnt feel cluttered. Another thing which I like is that I feel a sense of community with people chating and knowing each other.

Positive experience: Upon my comment below, I was contacted by Snap Fitness Milton's manager. She addressed my concerns and tried to resolve them. So bumping up to 4 stars. "Seems like everytime I make a payment (automated or on their EFTPOS), there are hidden charges which are not disclosed upfront. Only gym I have seen where there are limited resources but they keep jacking up prices. I definitely wouldn't recommend this gym to a friend."

Positive experience: Bit on the small side, relatively good range of equipment. Feels very full one there are more than 15 people.

Positive experience: May feel a bit cramped if there are heaps of people in the gym, however it's a perfect gym as it has everything you need. Great staff, great equipment and definitely worth checking out if you live nearby

Positive experience: Got everything you'd want. Though it does feel a bit cramped. Water machine doesn't work very well. Few classes on at strange times.

Negative experience: Tiny gym, over-packed, little amenities - better snaps in the city.

Negative experience: Only gym I've ever been a member at where your rates go up over time not down.
