Fantastic experience: I’ve never been able to consistently stick to a gym routine until coming to Helensvale Fitstop! The community is amazing, everyone hypes eachother up, lots of laughter and always a great time. Working out made fun! All the coaches are incredible. Can’t recommend enough! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The trainers are super knowledgeable and take form and safety seriously. I was a member of an alternative group fitness gym for the last 4 years and there is absolutely no comparison!

Fantastic experience: I have been attending Fitstop Helensvale for 5 weeks now .. I recently moved from another local gym where I had a personal trainer.. the difference between the two gyms are worlds apart. Matt at Helensvale and his staff are amazing. The environment is extremely welcoming friendly and adaptable, I’ve been attending Helensvale for 3 sessions a week . But soon wishing to increase it to 4 times a week .. I really don’t know how Matt manages to help train everyone at each session.. Matt gives each member his time to ensure that each member get the best out of themselves at each session. Though I’m nearly 76 years old .. I find the training has improved my mobility ,strength and confidence. And though I’m a senior member I don’t feel out of place amongst the younger members, everybody makes you feel welcome. That’s the environment you feel the moment you walk into the gym at Helensvale Fitstop. Though it’s only been a few weeks with Matt that makes absolutely sure each exercise is tailored to my own ability I’ve noticed such a difference in myself .. Both my wife and I joined Fitstop at Helensvale and generally manage to attend together and we haven’t regretted it at all we love it .. it’s fun . Many thanks to Matt and the Crew . From the trainers to the members - they are all encouraging, supportive, welcoming and positive. Fantastic experience: To say that Fitstop Helensvale has changed my life would be an understatement. The varied workouts keep it fresh daily. From weights, to cardio and mixed sessions there's something for everyone. The other members inspire you to strive for more each & every session. The trainers' enthusiasm and obvious love of their jobs motivate you to push for that little bit extra. The major difference to anywhere else I have trained previously is club manager and all round great guy Matt. I cannot put into words how grateful I am for his support with my weight loss journey to this point and I know he will be there for me (& everyone else) as it continues. If you are looking for a place to get started on improving your fitness & healthy living lifestyle you would be crazy not to give Fitstop Helensvale a go.

Fantastic experience: I can honestly say there is nowhere else I’d rather train than at Fitstop Helensvale. As someone who has been in the fitness industry myself, and have seen and trained in my fair share of gyms I genuinely have never been more pushed, encouraged, and supported anywhere. The trainers are of the most professional standard, and each have their different niche and set of skills & guidance that they add. The community is nothing short of amazing! We all get in, smash our workouts as a team, and push each other to achieve each of our individual goals, no matter how big or small those goals may be. I have never felt happier within my own skin, health, and happiness… not to mention feeling the strongest and fittest I have felt. This is all testament to each little amazing piece of the puzzle that makes up one hell of a Fitstop!

Fantastic experience: I’m so glad I found Fitstop Helensvale. Shaun (owner) has a passion for everyone building fitness into their everyday lives so you can do the things you want. The workouts are programmed by the head office so it’s not a random mix of stuff, thought actually goes behind the training. All the trainers have a positive and happy attitude that make you feel welcome. It’s easy to be consistent when you enjoy going there. Shout out to Matt for giving me that extra push, Tasar for having belief in me, and Alicia for inspiring me to get better at the air bike!

Fantastic experience: I always used to go to a normal gym and never felt motivated to plan a workout. I then signed up to fitstop (when it was previously at Oxenford) and from the first day, I felt welcome, encouraged, and the trainers put an emphasis on the journey instead of the end result. I absolutely love this place, and the community surrounding it. Amazing gym!

Fantastic experience: I have never really felt comfortable at the gym as I never knew what I was doing, this all changed when I joined Fitstop Oxenford/Helensvale. The trainers are really inviting and good at explaining the exercises/classes they don’t push you too hard at first and make sure you have correct form. They are extremely motivating and energetic. The classes are fun and the members are like a huge family. Definitely the Best gym I have ever been with for sure.

Fantastic experience: Joined this gym nearly 2 years. Such a great gym, made heaps of mates. I have two daughters has a creche for them to play in while working out. From the start to now the trainers have been so helpful. I couldn't speak highly of the place. Definitely reccomended.

Fantastic experience: Fitstop isn't just group class training for me its a community with friends and family, its such a welcoming environment. So if you are nervous to start training for the first time don't be. The trainers at Fitstop design the group session for all fitness levels, ages, etc. It makes it a lot of fun and a challenging all at the same time and the trainers are there too help you, as well as the community too :D So if your looking for FRIENDS, CHANGE, AND A CHALLENGE COME TOO FITSTOP :D

Fantastic experience: Professional trainer, and great range of exercises. As an ex injured pt, I will only train with trainers that focus on SAFETY FIRST AND TECHNIQUE. To many times have I seen trainers giving clients and members dodgy non functional exercises in comparison to Fitstop Ox, where the trainers really do focus on safety first, weights later. Highly recommend for all fitness levels and abilities, love the variety of SAFE, and FUNCTIONAL exercise selection.

Fantastic experience: I never got into the group fitness scene until my friend took me to FitOx and now I honestly could not imagine going back to a conventional gym. The trainers are excellent and are able to coach an entire class while still personalising your experience and aiding you to achieve your own goals. I've now completed 2 challenges with FitOx and have seen amazing results from both. Definitely recommend it to anyone and everyone, of all fitness levels.
