Fantastic experience: This is the best gym of all the gym I have ever attended and I've enjoyed over 15 different gyms. The staff are awesome, the vibe is so chill and where else do you get magnesium baths, Ice baths and sauna for free as a part of the membership. Absolutely love it.

Fantastic experience: Ive been looking for not only a gym, but a community, for over 4 years now. Then I found pulse. It’s only been 2-3 weeks into me getting back into training but I feel like a found a place that gives that community vibe. Plus a gym with all your needed equipment, an upstairs fight training and a recovery area?? What a huge bonus. Best part? A place where the kiddos can wait while you train- it’s the first time I found a gym so accommodating for parents. This little gem ticks all the boxes, even those I didn’t know I needed ticking!

Fantastic experience: this gym is incredible! It is so worth the memeber ship, full working kitchen , recovery area , clean facilities , high grade equipment. No matter your needs for the gym they have it all. Great coaches. The fight classes are the best you will get in Brisbane. They have coaches from Thailand that specialize in Muay Thai. This gym has so many special touches that make it the best environment to be in. I love coach O and Joel for fighting they take special care in teaching you the right technique and hyping you up in the process! Coach Duff is the best for everything powerlifting and makes training and competing the best experience. Doug the manager is so friendly and accommodating and looks after you. Pulse is one of a kind gym. I could write about it forever!! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Great place to strengthen yourself, world of knowledge from the coaches and freedom of go at your own pace. Pick a coach or do your own thing, this gym allows both. Everyone in the gym is polite and the gym atmosphere is electric! Recommended for all people, no matter your journey.

Fantastic experience: 10/10 Doug the gym manager is the best so welcoming gym is clean and upgrading constantly coaches/pt braydn, duff and Jilly are all highly recommended - been with Braydn for 2 years, all three are always welcome to spot a lift and the fight upstairs is elite, special thanks to James for teaching me how to throw punches and kicks

Fantastic experience: I have there several times, to be honest. The facilities is good and Clean, large space to practice and well coaching. The ground for gym, which is 24/7. The second floor for martial art like kickboxing, MMA, … I do kickboxing. Recommend do a Free Trial. Also air conditional and fan everywhere

Fantastic experience: Coach Duff has completely transformed the way I train, Under his guidance I have experienced such great progress in my personal strength and body recomposition, and gained an appreciation for powerlifting. Beyond the weights, Duff also emphasises athlete development through nutrition and mental resilience. He's super nice and supportive and is great at helping you maintain accountability for consistency in the gym.

Fantastic experience: If you like a more quiet environment to do your training not too many people than this is the place for you. There's plenty of variety in equipment, and there's some serious weights for all you powerlifters. Ladies, you won't feel like you need to glam up and be in the latest gym wear here. It's a nice relaxed environment

Fantastic experience: The best strength gym in West Brisbane! Has everything you need with comp quality equipment and coaches with a crazy wealth of knowledge always willing to help you out. This gym has the loveliest staff and the atmosphere they’ve created is second to none. Providing access to meals, energy drinks & supps. I love the magnesium tub and infrared sauna and they’ll also be offering kickboxing. It truly has it all. Would recommend to anyone and everyone who’s wanting to focus on their health and fitness.

Fantastic experience: Pulse Playground is an amazing space with all the equipment needed for an awesome workout, or recovery session. To achieve either, there's an array of free weights, racks and machines, along with a games room, sauna and magnesium plunge. Moreover, the members, coaches and owner are all incredibly friendly people. I absolutely love training at the Pulse Playground.
