F45 Training Coomera-Pimpama

Negative experience: After having financial difficulty’s I had to cancel my membership, got left with a $2500 bill which was 50% of my remaining membership obviously I couldn’t afford to pay this so got sent to the debt collectors which are hassling me constantly as per ‘ the clients requests’. I won’t be recommending this specific gym to anyone

Fantastic experience: THE BEST gym but more importantly community iv ever been apart of, I feel at home whenever iam there and no intimidation when starting fresh or at all in that matter unlike a lot of other gyms. The trainers are super helpful with form, technique and helping to push you when you want to also, I wouldn’t go anywhere else and recommend everyone to go for a session themself and see how amazing F45 Coomera-Pimpama really is, you won’t regret it ❤️

Fantastic experience: I am a beginner in the "Gym World". It would always scare me up to this time regarding the equipment use, techniques and environment. I finally encouraged and pushed myself and choosed F45 Coomera Pimpama to start my whole new exercise journey. It's the best gym lives up to its name. When I met trainers and explained that I am starting from 0 and have no experience in gym/exercising they were so welcoming and easy going. I did my free trail where I absolutely loved my trainers and the vibe. Trainer gives their 100% to make you feel comfortable and encourage you that would lift your confidence. They ensure that you exercise in the safest possible manner. I could not be more Happy with the way they have treated/helped me. They have been amazing to teach me the right techniques and have been encouraging so much that from being a beginner and hesitant to start now I am going 5 days a week. Apart from that I loved the environment where other trainees are so happy and co-operative. It being kids friendly is another good thing that every Mum would love. I am glad that I choosed f45 and can say to everyone that this is my first ever Gym where I started my exercise journey. I am now feeling extra energetic less tired and so much motivated. I cannot wait to see the changes in few months. (saying that it's my 3rd week) Donot think twice if you want to start your journey with this team. Weather you are a beginner like me or a fitness Fanatic i would Recommend everyone to join this fantastic Team for better physical, mental and social outcome.

Fantastic experience: It’s been a just shy of a year since I started the F45. I’m at the stage of middle age and working as a shift worker as well as physically demanding job. Used to be reserving my energy by bumming around a lot at home but after my life with F45, effects are evident; improving in stamina, endurance and even better performance (not to get cranky easily either). I am few months postpartum and trainers are fantastic and they assist me with the workouts accordingly The trainers always encourage the team with their support and push us to get better and achieve the targets I am so happy that i found CP . Fantastic experience: I could describe F45 Coomera in 2 word's Life Changing!!! I had set myself some personal goals, I wasn’t looking after myself, and I had put on some major weight thinking I was,”enjoying myself,” but in reality looking back I was destroying myself. From the 1st of January 2024 to my birthday I wanted to get my weight from 108kg to 95kg, I decided to cut out the alcohol, and concentrate on me, a month had passed, and just eating better and not drinking I lost 5kg. I had reached out to the owner of F45, and after a very helpful conversation, I decided to take the plunge and join them on a 6 week challenge. From my initial body scan, to them educating me on what I needed to do outside the gym in terms of eating correctly, as well as setting some realistic goals, I started to train… at the time I started I had suffered with tennis elbow, the trainers adapted certain things for me to accommodate my injury, whether that be lighter weights, different movements or exercises all together, they were conscious to ensure I could exercise in the safest possible manner without straining or causing further injury. When you go to any Gym, or new environment it is nerve racking, you are self conscious of how you look, how you will preform in front of others, especially myself being heavier than I would of liked to be, but after the first few minutes, I was welcomed in to what I call now the F45 family, with open arms from both the trainers and the amazing other members training there, I couldn’t be more grateful to all of them, and made some amazing friends along the way. So now writing this I’ve been an active member of F45 Coomera for 2.5 months, 2.5 months that is, “life changing” Why is it life changing. - I am a better person for being there - I’m feeling fitter than I have for years - I have amazing sleep - I’m a better father as I have the energy for my kids - I’m a better husband as I have time for my wife, go for walks with the dogs together, or beach walks. - My mental health has improved massively - I’m so much more confident in me. - Currently sitting 11kg lighter Surrounding yourself within a positive environment, with positive people that are all working towards the same goals is amazing, it’s a little bit addictive, as the day I miss usually Sunday I can’t wait to get back on Monday. I would recommend F45 Coomera to anybody and everybody, whether you are starting out, or a fitness fanatic wanting that extra push, the trainers are amazing, they push you to exceed your ability, to make you believe in yourself, and is astonishing the results I am getting both inside and away from the gym. Fantastic experience: Recently joined F45 CP End of 2023 as a challenge to break out of my comfort zone as I was never big on group classes!! I can fully say!! I have found my place, my community and my love for this gym!! The people, the coaches!!! Amazing, encouraging, supportive, challenging absolutely obsessed!!! Come on down and try for yourself!!!

Negative experience: Iwas working out there and my trainer always msg me whenever I didn’t show up there but when i got shoulder injury they never messaged me how r u how u going I believe they need my money hich they got they don’t want to know what happened to thier clients its ok I don’t have any problem they made money i made an injury but I recovered thats it. Fantastic experience: My fitness journey over the years has been all over the place really. I would join various gyms but I never felt motivated enough to attend regularly. I took a chance one day signing up for a free trial at F45CP and I absolutely loved it. I joined soon after and it's honestly changed my life. I'm fitter, stronger and overall a happier person. The trainers are incredible and push you to do better. I recommend my gym to everyone. My husband attends now too and he thoroughly enjoys the weight classes. If you're thinking of joining, do it. Fantastic experience: Used to joke about F45 being like a cult before I joined... man was I wrong! What I actually found was the people and trainers are the most genuine, warm and welcoming that they become like a second family. The coaches and team at the Coomera Pimpama F45 really go above and beyond to help you out any way they can to support you in achieving your goals and bringing out the best in you. The owners and manager also go to a lot of extra effort to creat fun events and involve local business' to bring the community together. Before joining I thought it was very pricey for a gym membership. What I didn't understand was that it isn't just a gym membership, it's a lifestyle change that has improved me physically, mentally and socially beyond measure. Looking at the impact it's had on my life, it's actually the cheapest thing I've ever bought. If you're thinking about it giving it a go, get in contact with them! Try the free week, no matter your fitness level, go as many days as you can. I dare you not to have a smile on your face at the end of that week! 6.30am crew is the best, but all classes are great

Fantastic experience: I have been a member here since the opening and I couldn’t imagine my life without this place. The trainers I have met have not only Been the best encouragement, they have literally picked me up off the floor and helped me push on while I fought through panic attacks, the have supported me through my pregnancy, held my hand through my break up and also held me up during some extremely dark times. The friends I have made here are no longer friends, they are family. The community that rallies behind each other is like no other place I’ve ever been. The celebrations of each other are some of the best celebrations I’ve ever attended and the friendships are unlike any I’ve ever had before. The personal trainers, Brett, Jai, David, Laila and Lynnie are so kind, supportive, knowledgeable and best of all approachable too, you do not have to worry about what level of fitness you are at! I started not being able to do a push up! and now I can do 50 in a row! Fantastic experience: This studio does NOT feel like a "bootcamp" at all. I have been to many impersonal gyms before and f45 coomera-pimpama is the complete opposite of that. It really feels like family. My wife and I were welcomed in and have been fully supported all the way. Our dog and children have even been made to feel welcome at some of the many member catch ups and events the studio holds. There is always an emphasis on mental health balanced with physical. Exemplified by "check-ins" by the trainer's outside of class and form checked and supported during. I am back to being excited to work out again

I can tell you the vibe hasn’t changed! It feels like a family that wants people to achieve their goals. It is the only place I have really pushed myself and been consistent. Fantastic experience: This is the best gym I have ever been to. I never thought F45 would be my type of thing, for so many reasons. This studio is now my second home. The trainers are so knowledgeable, supportive and encouraging! Each day is different with their workouts and the trainers help you get to where you want to be! If you’re considering it, I say just do it!

Fantastic experience: F45 has given me back the confidence to come to the gym again after a bad experience. It is a very welcoming gym. The trainers really know what they are talking about and are always there to help, you can even book one on one sessions to learn technique or talk about food. It is really like having a personal trainer every time you train. I started to see results instantly after starting 1 1/2 years ago. I have made some great friendships going there and look forward to the awesome events the gym throws. It really is like no other gym I have been to. It is a lifestyle choice I am now addicted to.

Fantastic experience: To those who need to see this. Like many other gym goers I found myself struggling to be consistent with a routine and often making excuses not to go to gym. Most of the time it meant I was paying for a membership I wasn’t using. F45 CP has since changed my mentality and I think it’s come down to the dynamic team environment it provides and the knowledgeable staff. The trainers and atmosphere every time is the reason I keep on going. If you’re looking for that extra push and a steep learning curve of your personal limits then this is the gym for you.

Fantastic experience: When I started at F45 Coomera-Pimpama I had never tried group training and was fairly pessimistic about it all. My mind changed in a matter of sessions. The trainers and the amazing owner Lou feel more like great friends than your typical PTs, and they really want the best for their team! I am presently 15kg down in just 6 months. I never thought I would get here, and I wouldn’t have without this place. Please, give yourself the life changing push to give this place a go with a 7 day trial. You’ll never look back!

Fantastic experience: Just over 3 years ago I joined F45 Coomera-Pimpama as a foundation member and this is one of the best decision I have ever made. Having trained 4 years prior at a different F45 studio, I wasn’t sure if this studio could live up the the expectation I had experienced previously. To be honest to exceed this expectation, this studio had to pull out all stops across all areas; facility, trainers, the vibe and most importantly how I felt training daily. Well … I have no words to describe how F45 Coomera-Pimpama not only delivered on all of my expectations but well and truly exceeded them and more. The facility is impeccable, the members started as strangers but are now considered as a chosen family, the vibe is next level and the trainers who have walked and still run that studio floor are the best I have ever met and that is a massive call especially for me. This F45 community got me through a really rough time, when I wanted to quit and run but they were the glue that has kept me going and keeps me going on the daily. The check in’s, the support and encouragement, I honestly don’t want to think where I would without my fitfam.
