Fantastic experience: Filipino / Kali - A very rewarding martial art if you stick with it. A mix of flowing empty hand and weaponry. Great gym and great bunch of people. Time goes too fast when training.

Fantastic experience: Been going to Paul's classes for a while now. He has so much knowledge on all aspects of martial arts and great understanding on body mechanics and how to effectively use our natural movements to our advantage in combat sports. The gym is well equipped and classes are structured well and he varies it up to keep it interesting. Great for beginners and also great for those who know the basics and are looking to practice their skills and techniques. Would highly recommended Paul's classes to anyone looking to get involved with martials arts, no matter what skill level and age.

Fantastic experience: The FMA/Kali class has the most welcoming and friendliest people. The class itself is only an hour but has a good mix of instructional demos and sparring using hand to hand combat and weaponry. Definitely a lot fun!

Fantastic experience: My son has been attending the kids jui jitsu class at Mitrevski for more than a few years now. He enjoys the sessions and has made good friends there. Aside from learning martial arts skills, I believe the training also helped my son develop positive character traits. One that stands out for me is when he perseveres at something and not give up right away when things get hard. Paul seems to have a good rapport with the kids too while still maintaining discipline which is an added bonus. We are very happy we enrolled my son to this gym and have no plans to leave anytime soon.

My son has benefited greatly under Paul’s guidance and he’s confidence has soared. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

If you actually want to learn how to box or any another martial art then I definitely recommend mitrevski martial arts. A place for beginners and the experienced.

Fantastic experience: We are a member of this Academy now for over 3 years. My son loves his Jujitsu training and never wants to miss it! As a parent I am very happy with the growth in my son since attending this school. He is extremely dedicated to his jujitsu and it has had a positive impact in all other areas in his life. My son tells me he feels more confident and he feels more safe and he has so much fun and has made some great friends outside of his school friends. My son has been studying martial arts since he was 5 . He started this academy when he was just 9. He is now 12 and has advanced in his belts and he has even been to a competition before Covid interfered. He does boxing with Paul as well which has been the best at increasing his fitness level. Both Jujitsu and boxing lessons has made him a better AFL footy player. If you ask my son he will tell you he will be doing Jujitsu forever. For me this an important life skill to have. My son is thriving at this academy and I highly recommend this school.

Fantastic experience: Mitrevski Martial Arts Academy is an establishment like no other in the local community. I am so incredibly grateful that my young daughter has access to such skilled, passionate and professional coaches that teach the kids classes with the same level of commitment and expertise as the adult classes. The physical, technical and social skills that my daughter has gained from her training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu have been an incredible asset to both her mental and physical well-being. So impressed by her new found skills was my husband, who has also joined the academy and cannot speak highly enough about the adult Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes! If you’re committed and want first class training and commitment from your coaches, you won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been attending Mitrevski Martial Arts academy for a while now and highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in joining. I enjoy training and doing boxing there and always look forward to going. Paul the owner is a fantastic coach and very motivating, helpful and patient when coaching me. He is easy to approach and gives me advice on what I’m doing. I have developed in my skills and in my fitness. I am 14 years of age. Paul caters for all age groups. It is a great place to train! Fantastic experience: Mitrevski Martial Arts is 10 out of 10. If you want to learn great skills and discipline then this is the gym for you. There are no heroes at this gym. I found everyone is treated equal. All members are great people. The gym is beautifully presented and always perfectly clean. So go give it a go, you won’t be disappointed.

Paul possesses more then just the skill of training his students but also making a quick connection which he uses as a tool to help push your further (this was definitely my experience). Paul was able to teach me how to push myself, he didn't make me feel uncomfortable. His ability to motivate you to push on left me walking away from every session with a hightened sense of achievement. My time training with Paul has had a major positive effect on my day to day life (it gave me confidence and was a great way to break free of the general day to day stresses). I now not only feel healthier, fitter and stronger physically but also mentally and as a result this has gave me a higher quality of life socially with friends, at work and also at home with my family. Good, clear and 100% honest communication with him as my trainer Paul did far more then tell me what I wanted too hear instead telling me exactly what I needed to hear. The environment was extremely welcoming and comfortable to be in/train in and far from intimidating (for a beginner like myself this was a key point). Highly recommend Mistrevski Martial Arts to all who want to gain the the various life changing skills Paul has to offer. Looking forward to lockdown ending and getting back into it! Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with Paul since 2013. He is an amazing martial artist and instructor, and more important a great person. Realistic training is what makes Mitrevski Martial Arts different. Can’t wait to recover from injury and go back on the mats!

My review still stands true, I still train in Paul's gym to this day. Hope to see you there... I have been attending Mitrevski Martial Arts for nearly a decade now studying under a few different masters for Filipino Martial Arts. I have found Mitrevski Martial Arts to be consistently reliable for the training, dependable in what they teach (be it boxing, jiu jitsu, Filipino Martial Arts, fitness, etc). and have something to offer for most people who want training. Best of all, the owner Paul has a sound philosophy for martial arts, and has something to teach for everybody who is willing to learn. Paul is a master of these arts and a master of his body and is willing to teach you these. TIP - Get his clothing range! It's cool, has "MMA" logo on it (Mitrevski Martial Arts heheh) His gym is well equipped for all activities that are conducted there, and it has improved through the years. I highly recommend it. (EDIT 8/3/23 - the above still stands. I'm still training there.)
