Fantastic experience: Wicked place to train with great coaches who care about their members. They know everyone and their stories and have a wealth of knowledge to get you through your fitness goals/ journeys. They bring energy and vibes to every session. The membership is reasonably priced compared to other gyms around and worth every penny. The 8 week challenge is awesome. I've done 3 and have enjoyed each one. When you join EMPWR, you will meet your goals whatever they are. Chow.

Fantastic experience: LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I have never really been into traditional gyms so EMPWR has given me a fun friendly place to workout and push towards personal goals. All staff and members are friendly, genuine and welcoming. No experience is required !!! Come join the family !

From someone that hasn’t been in a gym for 10+ years and feeling very nervous I couldn’t believe what a safe and welcoming environment I walked in to. The energy and time Billie and Jason give each and every member is amazing. If you’re hesitant or wanting a change, I urge you to give EMPWR a visit they really do cater for everyone. I couldn’t imagine training anywhere else, their classes are fun, lots of variety and are always a challenge. Fantastic experience: I may be biased but this gym is one of kind. The only gym I have consistently kept my membership with and has become like a second home. I’ve also done several challenges including this one and always learn something new. The support, community and overall vibe makes sweating it out daily so much fun! Fantastic experience: Hands down the best Gym on the GC!! Every session is a good sweaty workout, and the coaches make it fun, pushing you beyond what you think you can do and making sure you’re doing it correctly so you don’t injure yourself. The music is always pumping, everyone pushes each other and we celebrate every win no matter how small! It’s actually not like your going to exercise, but to hang out with your mates, doing what we all love.

Fantastic experience: When I moved to the Gold Coast earlier this year I couldn't find a gym that I cliqued with in a style of training that I enjoyed. After trying out multiple gyms around the area (with no luck), I found HIITstation Helensvale. As soon as I enquired I was met with an extremely prompt and friendly response to let me know they were running a free week and to come and try it out with no obligation. Billie and Jason were both more than welcoming from my first day of the free week where I gained a better understanding of Muay Thai (as it was something I've never tried before). The sessions were super challenging and the Muay Thai added an element I hadn't ever experienced before. I was working hard but having a great time with amazing vibes and laughs throughout each workout. Fast forward a few months to when I began my first 8 week transformation program/ challenge with HS and I can't recommend this gym highly enough. I stuck with my training and their amazing education on nutrition and found that it was the best results I've ever seen after a very quick 8 weeks. I lost 9.8kg of body fat and was able to still put muscle on. Not only does this gym motivate and keep you accountable; they encourage and support you along your journey. The music is ALWAYS a vibe plus they have sessions that cater to parents with a crèche for the kids! Billie, Jason, Tillie, Emily and Phoebe will have you laughing, dancing and singing all while sweating and enjoying the journey along the way. I honestly couldn't recommend this gym more to anyone - no matter your fitness level!

The team are amazing, so supportive and work with you to get the best results for you. The classes are epic, your soul may leave your body a few times but will leave you with the biggest high! HiiT is more than just a gym to me, it is my happy place! The only regret you will have is not signing up sooner!!

I've been there for 3 years & have recently completed their 8 week challenge after having a baby, I learnt so much about food & training, It was good getting back into a routine & doing something for myself after having a baby & being pregnant! The trainers at hiit Helensvale are so welcoming & supportive, they are there to support their clients every step of the way. I couldn't recommend them enough, also being a gym junkie had multiple gym memberships across the years, there is no training like Muay Thai and style strength and conditioning that HIIT H provides.i have never felt so good being back with HIIT H!

Fantastic experience: If you want a gym that genuinely cares, has amazing staff, awesome community and gets results, look no further than HIIT Station Helensvale. I have tried so many different gyms and this is by far the best! Their 8-week challenge program has given me the tools and support to drop nearly 20kgs of fat, build muscle, and sustain the healthy habits I have learned. The program includes personalised meal plans, class training, additional workouts and a weekly 1:1 accountability check-in with a coach. Jase and Billie are extremely knowledgeable, personable and genuinely care about each individual member at the gym. The community they have cultivated help in making every workout challenging and fun. I cannot recommend HIIT Station Helensvale highly enough!

Fantastic experience: Jan 2022 I started my 8 week program with Hiit Helensvale, I signed up on the last minute before the cut off time actually ‍♀️ I wasn’t sure if it was because I felt some type of way about the way I looked or if it was because of being my heaviest ever. Apart of me wanted to pull out even tho I signed up on the last minute but the other part just told me to just do it. I went in not knowing anyone except Billie & Jason & normally I couldn’t care less if I had friends or not. But the day of evaluation I met so many people who encouraged me and told me you’ll do great. For me it’s the mentality you have as person. I knew what I needed to do but I always put so much pressure on myself to be GREAT. A quote my father taught us. Every week I decided not to check my weight because I knew it’ll make things worse. So, by doing this, my focus was to complete all the task I needed to before the next evaluation. As we got passed the half way mark. I knew by this point I needed to step it up. So I did extra classes and even took on PT sessions with Tillie. What I loved about this whole journey was how encouraging everyone was. From the time i started to the time i completed the 8 weeks the team was incredible they held me accountable and pushed me through all the obstacles that were thrown at me. I tried my absolute best and in the end I was happy with my overall experience. I can’t thank the whole Hiit family enough. Billie & Jason for opening up such an incredible Gym & having the most amazing staff ever. Not only did they help me reach my eight week goal but change my life for the better. I didnt expect anything more then this. I actually walked away with the Gold Ticket of my round which meant a free entry into the next challenge. After completing 16weeks, I felt absolutely amazing and i was super excited to go shopping again after two long years of hating it. From the early morning wake ups, the support to the work outs and meal plans. Overall the program is worth every cent. I now get to call this gym my family. Never put price on your health. If you ever want to give Hiit Helensvale gym a go. Do it for yourself and make a better change to your health I promise you. You won’t ever regret it. Huns xx

The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, it’s like we are all one big happy family. The group fitness classes are a vibe and the exercises for each class are demonstrated before class begins. It’s almost like having a PT session, you always have the expertise of the trainers Billie or Jase on hand at all times to help you with technique and form. They offer an 8week challenge which I can personally say is highly successful as I have completed one myself, not only did I achieve some amazing results but the knowledge that I learnt from that challenge has helped me to continue and maintain those result five years on. Billie and Jase are two dedicated trainers who love nothing more than to see each and everyone of their clients succeed in achieving their goals, so if you need that push come and give EMPWR a go and check it out for yourself you won’t be disappointed!

It’s like having a personal trainer every day, you would never work out this hard without the group environment and Jason and Billie pushing you every day. Most supportive coaches that aren't only knowledgeable in all things exercises, nutrition and all round fitness related but they are actually amazing human beings! One's you can laugh and chat to all round good for mental and physical health. This ain't a gym you need to be scared of for not being the fittest or having the most instragamable outfit all gym members are they to cheer you on for you becoming the best you. Its a true family at HIIT Helensvale plus Mums and Dads the creche is free! So you get you 1 hour on sanity to throw some weights around and smash some pads all kid free ! Winning

Fantastic experience: I completed my second 8 week challenge last year at HIIT Helensvale and gave it my all as well as trusting the process with Jason looking after my nutrition and both trainers pushing me harder each week in class. I changed my body more than i thought possible as well as my mindset and the way i look at nutrition. HIIT is such an upbeat place to train with an awesome community vibe. The challenge set up is a great way to change the way you look and feel about yourself and learn lifelong lessons along the way to a better and healthier lifestyle.

Fantastic experience: Life changing people and venue! I never feel judged when going to HIIT Helensvale and feel as though Jason and Billie take so much time to help me strive for the best person I can be mentally and physically. With all their hard work and dedication they never cease to amaze me. I haven’t been this happy with myself in a very long time and that credit is to Jason for all of his nutrition advice and Billie for all your killer work outs.
