Negative experience: Please be aware that they have many hidden clauses. The website doesn't show a $99 sign-up fee when you sign up. If you do not have sufficient money for debt, there is also a $6 additional fee. Their facilities are always maintained and old.

Fantastic experience: I love this gym, it has a great ambience and a fully stocked bar. I love being able to sink a Margharita between sets. It's such an elightened way to work out. But you do have to be careful. I was working with some free weights the other day after I sank some shots at the bar, and I dropped a dumbbell on my right foot, but totally that was like, my fault obviously.

Negative experience: if 0 was an option, i would have given zero. This gym is absolutely terrible. i cant stress enough about the rude and impolite staff, and the dirty smelly toilets. and the quality of the machinery is so poor, that it is not even comparable with other gyms. The price that you pay here is so not worth it. and i personally would not be wasting my time and money for this nonsense. absolutely don't recommend. 0/100.

Negative experience: I couldn’t rate 0 , so rated 1…I am 2 years member of this centre , paying my membership yearly. Today i brought my daughter who is in her holiday with me but the receptionist , did not let my daughter in and behaved roundly to us! She made my daughter feel embarrassed keeping her in front of the gate! She said if you want her to come in you must pay $20 Then my wife called the centre to ask for manger contact details , the receptionist refused to answer her and talked aggressively!! I am now waiting to see the manager and get refunded then i will go to another place I am adding this review on 23/01/2024. After weeks trying to contact the centre , only 2 days ago they have told me “although we are aware that our staff was rode to you and misbehaved, but we wont refund your 8 months remaining of membership but you can sell it to a friend or family member “ , literally i can’t believe how inconvenient and unacceptable it is , There is no phone number no name of a person to directly contact, Very very poor customer service

Negative experience: Generally I love this gym. Practically live here. But the experience I just had. 6 different security guards would not let me into the premises! The gym tags weren’t working to let us into premises after hours and the security did nothing. This is beyond a joke. I don’t come to train to be turned away because the systems have been reset due to the storm and then 6 security guards can’t let me in the building. I’m absolutely appalled and will likely change gyms after this

Negative experience: For a gym as busy as it is the equipment is in dire need of upgrading/replacing. Supposedly there is no plans to do so anytime soon which is a shame. Not worth the price for this reason compared to newer gyms in the same area for the same price.

Fantastic experience: First visit - I’ll address the elephant in the room, the equipment have been used and loved but it not the worst I’ve seen. Compared to the other EMFs, this location is smaller but has the essentials such as the squat racks, bench press, free weights and mixture of strength machines. Overall a good gym to get your daily workouts if you live close, but the Coomera location is newer.

Fantastic experience: I look forward coming to this gym every time I travel a few times a year for a week+ each time. Have the 24 hour pass that I can load for a week at a time before I come. Great facilities and service.

Negative experience: I had an unfortunate experience at harbour town branch today. My son and I work out together. We bought one towel between us. The numerous signs in the lobby that were pointed out to me to emphasise a point says NO TOWEL NO WORK OUT. I tried to explain that we had a towel and no machines would be used without it as we work out together. The woman at the desk was adamant that that was the policy. Clearly some grey area here. If it had said one towel one member I would understand her hard policy stance. Rather than trying to meet somewhere in the middle I was arguing towels are 6am. Stupidity at its finest. Do I want to return here with the other two memberships I pay monthly subs for? Unfriendly unwelcoming unappreciated.

Negative experience: Gym is conveniently located although has been downgraded since I joined, one room removed, machines have been under repair yet haven't had some pads replaced when completely worn out, the gym keeps getting new members and hasn't upgraded or increased the size of the facility so it's always maxed out with members training at all time frames. I would think such a popular gym would upgrade and treat its members right but it really just seems like a chain of money making franchises rather than a quality gym you can enjoy training at without it being over saturated with members taking up every bench. A huge issue also being all of the bars for cables screech insanely loud and should also have been replaced or serviced. Honestly a huge let down for somewhere that would charge top dollar for a basic membership you can only use at that gym.

Positive experience: Great amount of equipment/workout areas. Usually not too busy even in peak times. Just need to improve the music (Crowd DJ would be amazing). But most of the time even that is fairly good :)

Positive experience: They have bare minimum staff and usually gone by 2pm. Nearly impossible to contact anyone unless in their time zone at gym. Great equipment and atmosphere left due to distance from my new place

Negative experience: If I could give them 0 stars I would, the level of customer service is disgusting. My partner has been trying to cancel his gym membership here since January this year. Filled in the application and emailed it back, they still haven't cancelled his membership, keeps telling him that they haven't received the paper work when we have proved it was attached in the email and have even forwarded it onto them for proof. I will personally NEVER go with this gym again simply because there is no level of service. Even when I was attending, there was never anyone on the front desk. It is really sad that they have deterred 2 loyal members who would have joined again if we lived in proximity but now I will happily stay with Snap Fitness as you can get in contact with them for anything if you need to & they return all phone calls and emails. Very disappointed to say the least.
