Negative experience: Used to be a nice place but not anymore. Equipment dusty & haven’t been cleaned for sometime. Specially the treadmills. Haven’t seen a club manager for days. No wifi. No hand sanitisers.

Negative experience: As a serious gym goer this place is below standard. Rusty weights and the benches are all rusted up they barely work and the people that go aren’t even bothered with ethics as they leave weights on and don’t wipe. Worst part of all was that I needed a day pass since it’s Christmas Eve and it costed $20.

Negative experience: Used the service before it was good but when i tried to contact them after a break to rejoin i called many times as they say on their doors that there staff members are available until 7 pm during weekdays but i tried calling them no one answered and when i visited there no one was there to assist and i went there before 6.30 pm very disappointed

Fantastic experience: If you are looking out for a gym decked out with plenty of equipment variety and a charming environment then look no further than this little gem. When ever I tag in I'm always motivated to burn some cals. The staff are a great support as well so any questions you have I'm sure they will be happy to help. They've always had my back.

Fantastic experience: Best Gym in gosnells by far! Majority of equipment you need is there and it's not as busy as the other Snaps in the area. Make your way down and see Hendrix. Super nice bloke and can help ya whenever you need. Big ups!!

Negative experience: I have come several times to the club. Is there no receptionist? What Are there no employees How do we deal? We share everything. Please clarify.I came on Monday Wednesday. I think there is a holiday. Sorry, there are no employees. I went to the best club. What is this club? There are no employees. The door is closed.

Fantastic experience: Great sized gym, with heaps of equipment, cardio area, and space for bodyweight workouts. The clubs manager is super helpful and supportive, plus the regulars I see there are always friendly. I’ve seen people of all fitness levels here so that says all are welcome, regardless of their experience There’s always member competitions, local business events and pop-up shops to keep this interesting So definitely get in touch if you live in the area and have your health and fitness in mind.

Negative experience: This was formerly a 5 star review, but things have taken a dramatic change in the past year or two. My access to the gym has been removed because they forgot to make me sign a form when I reactivated my membership a few months ago, despite this, they continue to charge me a full membership fee. I was also not made aware of this deactivation, and was instead left confused when I showed up for my regular workout and couldn't get inside. They are not taking any responsibility for this, and are refusing to offer even a partial refund for the time that my card has been deactivated. They claim that the form is mandatory for membership, but I have been entering the facilities for months without being aware of it, and the have been charging me when the membership is by their own admission, invalid. The staff do not answer the phones, or respond to voicemails, and as of right now their handling of this matter (via email) has been very unprofessional, cold and downright rude. I would be leaving a half a star review if I could.

Positive experience: Haven't been, think its a bit stupid that I have to provide my phone number and email just to see how much it is a week ($17.70 by the way). I immediately got an email from them claiming that they'll be calling me during staffed hours, and had to go through a process to opt out of emails in the future. Zap/Jetts across the road is less than half the price and are transparent about pricing, so I'll be going there instead.

Negative experience: Had to come here as my home gym is being renovated at the moment. A lot of the equipment is in need of repair or replacement due to worn down cushion making some machines incredibly uncomfortable to use. A lot of other machines are difficult to adjust and not user friendly. The weights however are pleasant to use and are seemingly new. The stair master machine is incredibly unreliable compared to many others i have used. Please repair your gym.

Positive experience: One of the most cleanest snap fitness gyms, its also the smallest ive been to. Despite me not getting the heart rate monitors to function well on some of the cardio equipment everything else was on par.

Fantastic experience: It is a small but well equipped gym. All equipments are in good working order. The best part is it is 24 hours and has got ample parking at the front and back

Negative experience: Recently left this gym as it was constantly dirty and the equipment is in various states of disrepair. The owner clearly doesn't care about putting any money into the gym - bench press equipment was breaking for ages with the rubber stoppers coming off, this was eventually replaced by what looked like a trashbag wrapped around the pole, and then just an out of order sign. Front signage hasn't lit up in months so it always looks closed. Some members would bring their children in, who would then run around and use the equipment like it was a playground. There's definitely much better gyms for the same price

Negative experience: I’ve started here about 2 years ago and it had average equipment and nothing to complain about and I was happy about it, but for past few months this gym is falling apart. The only bench press we have here is broken about one month and not getting fixed. There r few other equipment are about falling apart and and some literally about to. There is water leak from roof for more than two months and there is bucket sitting there in the middle of gym.I’m paying premium money for a below average gym and it’s just because it’s close to my place but honestly it’s not worth it anymore. I’ll give it another month and if things doesn’t get better I’ll be looking for better gym even if it’s not gonna be close as this to my place.

Negative experience: Machines need upgrade and replacement. Many Other gyms have led touch screens on equipment but gym still having old equipment. Probably they think its not worth investing in and for members of gosnells. Shame !

Positive experience: Place has been recently refurbished. Great range of equipment (Plus quality is nice), friendly staff and members. Music can be selected which is great, be handy if it could be set to a certain genre and walk away. It seems to go back to default which is pop. Can be a little cramp and busy at times but this is easily avoided by picking a less busy time of the day to workout. In all, its great value and has everything you require to train - Whether you are a beginner or a fully fledged gym rat, Snap Fitness Gosnells is for you.

Fantastic experience: Everyday okay! Extremely friendly and encouraging staff and local crowd! The club manager is passionate towards monthly gigs and occasional tasting of products and professional measurements. Club also offers free fitness classes that is morethan sufficient whether you're just starting or you're coming back from a long rest.

Fantastic experience: Nice small atmosphere, which enough for the simple athlete, close by to shops and food as it is located in the heart of Gosnells.

Fantastic experience: This Gym Gyms!... Does what any good gym should do plus more. Recently had new updated equipment installed. And one great feature other gyms should clone... A Jen at the front desk! After meeting Jen I am a firm believer that all gyms need one. A gym doesn't gym without a Jen!
