Fantastic experience: I’m really happy that I switched to Fernwood Shepparton. There are plenty of Reformer Pilates classes to choose from and the instructors are fantastic. Great variety of other group fitness classes too.

Fantastic experience: Reformer classes are welcoming, and instructors are knowledgeable and supportive. If you're a beginner, I recommend chatting with other members to find the reformer instructor level that's right for you, as they vary. The gym itself has up to date facilities, and I really appreciate the variety of other classes available. It's the perfect place to build strength and connect with like-minded women. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Love fernwood Shepparton and reformer Pilates is the best. The teachers are lovely and supportive and we always have so much fun while working to our own limits. Very addictive and never thought I would ever love coming to a gym like I do. Made so many new friends and can always guarantee to walk out feeling amazing. ❤️

Negative experience: my friend and I visited Fernwood for a tour of the reformer pilates last month, just wanting to view the facilities and gain an understanding of class times and prices. The employee autmoatically assumed mine and my friends age without asking us, and we were sat down and were shown huge prices. we were basically asked to make a decision on which membership we wanted then and there, and when I asked if my friend and I could discuss the prices together the employee said 'what are we talking about', making it very uncomfortable for us to try and discuss our individual circumstances with each other. We were pressured into signing up for a $7 7 day trial where we had to fill out numerous, lengthy forms and provide our bank details. We attended one reformer pilates class which we enjoyed but the ongoing cost was not something we were prepared to commit to. since this date, my friend and I have been basically harassed by Fernwood, having to block multiple numbers as they have been calling us at least daily for weeks, as well as texting us, emailing us from numerous addresses and being incredibly pushy. I would not recommend

Fantastic experience: Amazing Love it

Positive experience: All the staff are so lovely and friendly you always feel welcome even as a new person who has never been to the gym before. Crèche was a main contributor to my joining Fernwood. The ladies follow your lead with your child and respect your wishes on how you want them to handle your them. Classes are beginner friendly and energetic! Facilities are top notch

Fantastic experience: I've just recommenced my fitness regime since hip replacement in 2023 I always thought fernwood was out of reach financially and socially ... I Was wrong ... if I utilise my membership minimum of 3 times a week I am getting VALUE for money in the past 2 weeks of joining Fernwood ☆ I ve felt welcomed and connected with each visit ☆ the classes I have taken part in (yoga and pilates ) are top quality- I've done clinical pilates for 4 years and up until covid done yoga for 20 years ☆I've become motivated to exercise walk and eat clean and I've lost a few kgs already !! even made a LOW CARB LOW SUGAR GLUTEN FREE CAKE ! for my husbands 60th ☆☆☆☆☆☆ so far -so great ! very greatful Therese Nicholson

Positive experience: Great gym. Love the dedicated creche with wonderful staff. Lots of choice in the gym- group fitness, reformers, machines.. can literally choose whatever you like. The staff are superb and the gym environment definitely makes it a safe and clean space to work out.

Fantastic experience: So much choice to mix up your fitness across each week at Fernwood. The Infra red sauna is the easiest way to sweat I’m really enjoying Fernwood it’s FABULOUS

Fantastic experience: Fernwood is an all round fitness centre for women, for me it offers Reformer Pilates and Mind, body, spirit classes, such as yoga and body balance. There are other options such as gym, body pump etc if I wish to do these, as well as a range of virtual classes. The facilities such as breakfast options and bathrooms complete with hairdryers and hair straightners are wonderful additions for a busy woman, wanting to keep fit and get to work. Above all, the friendly and welcoming staff, it's a place I feel comfortable to achieve my fitness and well being goals.

Positive experience: I have been to Fernwood in Melbourne and didn't have the time to continue, my first experience at Fernwood in Shepparton has been great. Staff have been helpful and set me up with what I needed.

Fantastic experience: A very welcoming environment! Feel comfortable heading into the gym. The girls are great! The Crèche is also super convenient and my girls love it, making it so much easier to go to the gym as a mum.

Fantastic experience: Originally joined Fernwood when I moved to Shepparton and loved it. However couldn't afford whilst on Mat leave and tried other cheaper gyms and didnt find the staff as welcoming and helpful as at Fernwood and equipment wasnt kept as in good shape. Back at Fernwood now and absolutely loving it again! Is a little more expensive than other gyms but worth it. Also much prefer working out in a women's only gym, I thought mixed gyms would be fine but just found myself uncomfortable. Very clean, great facilities and range of classes.

Negative experience: dissapointing how they try and scab extra money off you when you cancel your membership, very unfair, absoloute scam
