Lyfestyle 24 Gym

Fantastic experience: So sad to see that this place is closing soon, easily the best gym around. ive been going for nearly a year now and its the most comfortable and laidback space ever, with every good machine and place to do a certain exercise, its just perfect. i loved the fact that it was small because i dislike going to large gyms just because of how unsafe it makes me feel, but this place i felt more safe at than my school and even home sometimes. Just really sad to see this go as i never planned to go to any other gym here, i hope in the future somehow that this place reopens, it'd be a dream come true man.

Fantastic experience: A fabulous unpretentious gym. I was travelling so made use of the one week membership that they offer. Joel and Jess are incredibly supportive and the gym was friendly and clean. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: The gym owners are very friendly and welcoming, great to have a chat with and always looking to improve. Just started selling a bunch of supplements like protein powders pre work outs and greens and reds drinks, they also help with workouts and if you are having trouble working out or not sure they are there to help assist and share knowledge.gym feels like home

Fantastic experience: Best gym in the bay area. Right in the middle of town with lots of parking. Good quality equipment that is next to new and a wide range of machines to suit everyone. Their pricing is quite low in comparison to other gyms and you can pay casually monthly or up front for year. The staff are very friendly but always helpful. The gym also runs free classes. Would highly recommend this to all types of gym goer in the bay.

Fantastic experience: Great little gym! Got everything. Equipment is new and in great condition. Plenty of it. Friendly staff. Sells sports drinks during staffed hours. Really enjoyed coming here while in Hervey Bay.

Lara and the team have worked hard to make it a happy, clean and welcoming environment to work out. I always feel comfortable asking questions about certain things and love my newest programs. The new equipment and upgrades are all awesome as well. A great gym if anyone is sitting on the fence about joining one!

Positive experience: New staff, new energy I've noticed. Offering programs of fitness for all levels including a Medicare programme.
