Fantastic experience: New, clean, kind and awesome like other F45 gyms. I love that you know what you are getting when traveling. This one offers open gym to come in and use the machines for $10 Monday-Friday between 10 and 2. It’s a great deal if you just want to lift weights since there aren’t many gym options in Airlie. They also have Normatec compression boots to hire for $15. It’s a great place!

Positive experience: Incredible place and all the coaches are really the best! Their energy push you for that extra mile. Too expensive though!

Fantastic experience: The environment and commitment that you need if you wanna train hard and have fun at the same time! Best coaches and vibes, always keen to correct you to make sure you’re doing the exercise without injuring yourself. Very flexible with the membership which I really appreciated as well.

Fantastic experience: Trained here whilst on holidays. Had a great experience, Sonny, Cleo and Mon were all extremely welcoming and friendly, the studio is nice and new and well maintained and got a few great workouts in, thanks for having us

Negative experience: Poor culture, can’t comment on the actual fitness class. Incidentally got there 5 minutes late in 6am class and didn’t let me fue to “safety concerns as class exercises hace already been explained”. Sports is all about inclusivity and team spirit - thanks for letting me down at 6am on a Saturday!

Fantastic experience: When my partner and I first moved to Airlie we were looking for a community. We were lucky enough that F45 had opened a week prior offering exactly what we were after. Everyone is so friendly and supportive, Sonny, Vicky and all the trainers are simply incredible, always greet every single member by their name and with a warm smile, regardless if it is at 4:55 am or 5:25 pm. Can’t recommend this place enough, it is not only a gym but a community.

Fantastic experience: F45 Airlie Beach is one of the best gym experiences to be had. Classes are structured and well organised - you are in and out before you even realise that you're working out! Trainers are welcoming, friendly and so knowledgeable, with plenty of tailored adjustments to workouts for personal niggles. You are treated like a rockstar at every session - cant help but walk out smiling and invigorated every time.

I love that there are screens with exercise instructions to remind me what I am doing throughout the workout. Fantastic experience: Arriving to Airlie beach as someone who had always just gone to the gym on my own I was a bit apprehensive of joining f45 as I had never tried this training approach but due to location I decided to give it a go! After 8 weeks here I can’t imagine myself not doing f45! Sonny & the girls (Mon, Cleo, Clare, Bridget & Vicky) are just unbelievable! They genuinely care about you and the progress you are making! They push & encourage you to do your best through every session! It feels as though you have your own personal trainer but it’s so affordable. I am feeling stronger and leaner each week and just loving the atmosphere the studio has. Any one can come along it doesn’t matter your fitness level - they cater to everyone :) I would definitely recommend to anyone who is considering joining!!

Fantastic experience: So excited to have an F45 in town!! I had signed up for the pre opening of the studio but had been away for work, however the past three weeks in the studio have been nothing short of amazing. An incredibly welcoming professional team that makes working out enjoyable. Just the right amount of critique to ensure all exercises are done safely whilst ample encouragement is given. Really enjoying meeting new faces around town and having a laugh together. 4:55am classes all the way! Highly recommend if you are looking for a new gym or even something to kickstart some healthy habits to come and check out the studio! Thanks guys

I’ve worked part time as a group fitness instructor back home for over 15 years and this was up there with of the best sessions I’ve seen. Just AWESOME!

But I cannot rave highly enough about the facility/equipment and the team they have. Fantastic experience: I was in Airlie for a holiday in June 2022, and as an avid f45er I decided to check the place out and fit in some workouts while I was there. It was amazing. Super welcoming, gorgeous fit out with great equipment and a tonne of space, not to mention a great team of trainers. For a studio that had only been open mere weeks by the time I got there, I was blown away by it. Sonny and Vicki, you’ve done an amazing job setting up the community and I can’t wait to see you guys again in future. Thanks for being so welcoming and full of local tips for a visitor. This place oozes the true F45 “team training, life changing” attitude and I absolutely loved how welcoming and inclusive everyone was, with a complete lack of mirrors and egos.
