Negative experience: The gym is fine but they are scamming you with the contracts. They say its a week to week contract but charge for a 30 day notice period. Why am I paying weekly if I cant cancel that week. They also do not allow you to cancel online so that its highly inconvenient for you to cancel. Overall the gym is fine but the “contracts” are hell. Not consumer friendly, just out to get your money

Fantastic experience: The gym has a good amount of equipment, top quality in cleanliness, great culture within the gym. Staff is always polite and happy to help with whatever needs I have.

Negative experience: Just another commercial gym that doesn't care about its members as long as they're getting paid. So difficult to connect with staff at my local branch that i just gave up. Going elsewhere. Would not recommend using this company.

Negative experience: *Edited* Small gym, cleanliness is good, equipment is good. Service is great I cannot fault them, I injured myself and they have put a hold on my membership until I'm better... Edit: was five stars, they removed my membership during my injury lol, even after saying it was on hold thanks guys wont be coming back.

Negative experience: I have never been to this gym I am getting emails from this gym about the payment declined what is this going on with this gym I checked all the reviews everyone complaining about the fake payments this gym taking out from accounts I am going to lodge a complain against this

Negative experience: Signing up for this gym last year was one of my greatest mistakes. This gym does not offer casual passes. Was lured in with a $11/week promotion to make up for it. To my surprise, I was charged $16, twice, ontop of a signup fee, a tag fee, and because my account went negative due to me not expecting these payments, a 'late payment' fee. I was promised refunds for my double payments, which I never received despite calling week after week. I was promised 'credit' where I wouldn't get charged for 2 weeks, which I WAS charged for. I had to negotiate for MONTHS just to get my membership cancelled. The lack of good equipment and poor sanitisation is just the cherry ontop, this gym is not worth struggling for.

Negative experience: I have no idea how this gym is still in business. Calling it disgusting is an understatement. They are so stingy they don't even hire a daily cleaner. Avoid this gym at all costs—you'll find dirty equipment, people training in thongs, and filthy toilets with stained walls and urine and feces everywhere. Zap took over from Jetts some time ago, but I received no emails or notices about their new terms and conditions. They charge a late payment fee if you're late, and there's a cancellation fee even when there's no contract. It's clear this company is only interested in money and doesn't care about anything else. Avoid this gym.
Hi Mary Thank you for your feedback. I understand one of the team spoke to you today as you haven't been into the Craigieburn gym since the 4/4/2024. You utilsed the club 5 times since we migrated to Zap. Our team clean daily and we also have cleaners that come into the club. All members received correspondence for the Jetts migration one month prior and the clubs had signage advising members of the change. If members cancel in a contract there is a cancellation fee and if a member has a flexi membership there is a 30-notice period required when cancelling. This was all explained when the team member contacted you earlier today. With the penalty fee you were charged in August we applied a credit to your membership.
Negative experience: Horrible gym. Would give 0 stars if I could. They don't maintain equipment or clean their toilets. They charge you even after cancelling membership AFTER the contract period was well and truly up. Dodgy business and they have no clue how to run a gym.

Negative experience: I had Very bad experience with this gym. We took the membership only for one month which was a direct debit of $16 from my account. Now its more than one month and they are keep on taking money from my account. Not even $16, they are taking $25.99 from my account which is not fare. While having this membership i went to this gym and i asked them again and again about the subscription but they said they are not gonna take anything from your account after one month. They didn’t guide us properly. Very bad services.

Positive experience: it does the job for 13 dollars a week, but paper towels stocked up regularly would be a plus an more then one bathroom. equipment is decent an its usually quite for the price point its decent.

Negative experience: I have been training here for a few years now and not once did I have an issue with Jetts, ever since Zap took over it’s all gone down. The place is money hungry. They are constantly charging me random amounts for no reason. There is no contract in place so even if the payment doesn’t come out they have no right to charge me a late payment fee!!!!!

Negative experience: Since ZAP has taken over from Jetts, things are becoming progressively bad. No hygiene taken care of, no wipes, no tissues, weights thrown on the floor and really bad atmosphere.

Negative experience: I have been training at the gym for 1 year. The state of the gym looks like a tip, the toilets stink, like urine, no wet wipes, machines need to get oiled down. It's absolutely filthy.

Negative experience: Been going here for over a year. It was a decent place but it’s gone to the dogs now. 90% of the people there don’t have a membership. They just bring their friends and relatives to socialise and crowd the place. Post 7PM is the circus show.

Negative experience: Honestly, I am not happy with the Gym facilities. Hand sanitizer is always out. Hand wipes are never ordered within the time, so it is out of stock and when you ask the team member, their response is awful. The skipping rope is broken... It is not a great place to do exercise :(
Fantastic experience: You wouldn’t find all the fancy machines like you would in a body building gym but it has all the tools, tricks and equipments that will help you look in great shape mentally and physically. It’s a small gym but it’s good enough plus the membership fees are quite reasonable and there are no hidden charges. Always been a Jetts fan always will be.
Negative experience: The most important thing is they don’t care about customers because they know they don’t have much competition in near by area . As there are not much gym in that area of craigieburn and Mickleham so people will come . They don’t fill supplements like protein shake on time . Most importantly gym is too small and too many people in the evening

Negative experience: By far the worst gym in all of Melbourne, Their phone has been broken for ages now, their scales have been broken for over a week, their dispenser in the bathroom has had no soap in it for over a week which tells me people don't wash their hands when they’re done in the bathroom. None of their members wipe down the bench when they're done. The equipment is cheap, the smith machine has the safety bar welded on so you can't even adjust it to go down when you want to stiff leg deadlifts. The seated cable rows whole stack doesn't even equate to 70kg. It's honestly the worst gym I've ever attended, staff are never there and the layout is so bad. I've trained at many many gyms & Jetts in Craigieburn is by far the worst I've ever attended. Would never recommend this gym to anyone, most poorly managed gym, no care factor by staff, absolutely lazy.

Negative experience: To say bad customer service would be an understatement. I went to the gym with my partner a few weeks after lockdowns had been lifted. My car was getting repaired and as a result I did not have my tag which normally would be on my keys. As soon as we walked in a staff member literally jumped on me and basically asked me to leave because I did not have my tag and it was a Covid risk. Without an opportunity to state my case (Even though my husband has helped himself to the toilet in the gym) That wasnt a Covid risk worth recording my name ? She refused to sign me in as it could not be done without a tag. We left as requested to this day I wonder if this was fair treatment. The only reason I remained a member was because of the person who signed me up from a different Jetts who called and apologised. I have lived in Australia for 15 years and always had a gym membership and often lost or forgot my tag and this was a first for me. Even though this gym is close to where we now live I am not comfortable to go there and choose to drive an extra 40 mins to a different Jetts because of how I was treated. Its been 2 months since my experience but its left a lasting mark on me I avoid that gym .Google doesn't allow lower that 1 star but I rate my experience 0/10.

Fantastic experience: I use Jetts Craigieburn every now and then (I’m a member at a different club, but travel). Especially since Covid restrictions were in place, the cleanliness of the club has been great, equipment has been well spaced to allow for social distancing, and staff genuinely care about your health and well being. Highly recommend

Positive experience: My experience with jetts Craigieburn has been good in general. Sam is a very friendly face, the gym vibe is good, its clean and never overly crowded, the equipment is not all crammed up like some other gyms in the area. With that being said, my only gripe with jetts is that everytime I try to access the gym in some other area it won't let me. I thought if u r with one jetts you can go around at other jetts too at your convenience but this was a failure on multiple times, out of hours customer service was quite useless.

Fantastic experience: I liked my previous gym but was finding that it wasn't the most conveniently located and after having a look at the local options settled on Jetts Craigieburn. In the couple of months that I've been a member I have discovered that my initial concerns in regards to it's size have completely evaporated as Jetts Craigieburn is a compact yet well equiped space that provides plenty of scope for a complete workout. An added bonus is that the staff, Sammii, Jarrod and Andrea are warm, pleasant, cheerful and only too willing to render assistance when asked and I have it on good authority that Dass is no different and look forward to meeting him.
